If you value your life, you don't go here. Just got an ice cream for the boys. (Reluctantly)

The food was decent, but the server spilled my fanta (which I can forgive and understand) but holy moly, the way they want about cleaning it was BAD. They also forgot our sauce, when we asked for it they said "we'll get it." They didn't get it and I had to walk up to the front to get my sauce, the worker there was not nice or kind at all. It was generally dirty too, fries everywhere on the floor, weird wet spots, cushions torn, food left on the tables, generally dirty.

Upon leaving the restaurant, my son hadn't quite finished his milkshake yet, so he took it with him to drink on the way. Before we reached the car, an employee walked up and said, "I'll give you a disposable cup," and poured the rest of the milkshake over. A bit strange considering we had paid a deposit for the cup. The employee didn't exactly make a friendly impression; rather, they seemed aggressive. I think we'll just go to Burger King from now on.

Ordered 2 burgers and coffee, forgot the coffee, made the burgers wrong. But it was resolved properly.

It really is a roadside McDonald's; the atmosphere is nowhere to be found. But the food is of good quality, and they are relatively fast. And quite honestly, what do you expect from a McDonald's where it is located? Well, simple. A quick, decent bite. That is what you get. And they do it well.

Very disappointing service and lack of transparency ​ I had a very frustrating experience at this location. ​First, the kiosk ordering system is misleading. I ordered a 'Large' menu, but without any warning or notification, the drink was downgraded to 'Medium' simply because of the drink choice (McFizz). I also noticed a 'plastic toeslag' (plastic tax) on my final receipt that was never displayed or mentioned on the ordering screen during the checkout process. ​Furthermore, they initially tried to serve me medium fries instead of the large ones included in my menu, and I had to ask them to correct it. ​The worst part was the interaction with the manager on duty. When I pointed out that the lack of transparency in the system is unfair to customers, the manager rudely replied, 'Now you know,' instead of addressing the issue professionally. ​It is unacceptable to have hidden charges and to downgrade items without informing the customer at the time of purchase. I expected much better service and basic respect.

A little less sauce on the buns would be tastier. But definitely one of the best McDonald's we've had.

This Mac is definitely the neatest and cleanest one I have ever been to.

What is the point of a manager if all she does is shout numbers at the customers? No hello, no goodbye; if you ask for a bag, you get a weird look. Additionally, she seemed very overwhelmed by the huge line of at least 5 customers. She was very unfriendly to the girl she was training. In short, a strange situation.

We arrived here just after midnight to grab a cheeseburger and make a quick trip to the restroom. But when we tried to walk in, we were already being denied entry. We would be okay with ordering via the drive-thru, but we weren't allowed inside to use the restroom, which is extremely disappointing. We don't expect perfect service, but this is truly the bare minimum when it says your restaurant is still open. If this isn't allowed, then adjust the opening hours 😠 This behavior is very disrespectful!

It took a long time at the McDrive. Malfunction, without saying a word, the whole order was free. Resolved perfectly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though it was a relatively busy Sunday evening, the dog also received some attention, a bowl of water, and a few biscuits.

I come here regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is served quickly and the quality is top-notch. Good portions and served hot. Even when our dog comes along, he is offered some water and occasionally a treat.

It's essentially a neutral McDonald's, with plenty of parking. It was a shame my McFlurrie had the same consistency as a milkshake.

There's always something going on, like the food being cold and a filled pancake barely filled, and things are missing. It all works out, but you just have to follow up. It's so annoying.

Wow 🤩 I arrived with a "bold" question: "How long approximately for 9 chicken nuggets?" "2 minutes," says the cashier/manager (white shirt), so I'm thinking something along the lines of the latter. "And 2 x 9?" "About the same, it's busy but the kitchen is moving quickly." I paid, and not even 18 seconds later (YES SECONDS) the 2 x 9 sweet and sour chicken was ready. Respect! Really great!! I was in a hurry because of a party I was late for, and this was part of the gift. Thanks for the quick cooperation!!! You made my day!

The food was excellent. The fries were hot and the hamburger was deliciously fresh. The table service was excellent. It's still a gluttony.

Today, absolutely everything. Breakfast took 25 minutes from the ordering post to receipt. Angry employee heads and not a single apology for the far too long wait. Food was thrown together (couldn't satisfy what you wanted either) Absolutely no reason to be positive

I have never experienced this in my life... And I have been coming to McDonald's for 38 years. What a place this is, man, man. I am laughed at in the middle of ordering by some type of goat with a microphone on his head. Because I can't name something regarding the order.. At least not completely correctly. I drove out of that McDrive with two screeching tires. I feel like I am being taken for a ride. I think get out of here. Bad place with ridiculous standards and values, you will never see me there again.

One of the "smaller" McDonald restaurants I've been to but one of the better ones. It's nicely and clearly decorated. The staff is friendly. We like to come here. Today again. My opinion still stands. Great food!

Stopped by McDonald’s Hoorn Noord and had a great experience! Fast, friendly service, clean and comfortable seating, and of course, tasty food. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

I can't really judge this one properly because I only went through the MCdrive and I was treated very politely.

Great shop with very friendly staff. If there's time, a chat is always welcome. Excellent products, freshly baked, and a knowledgeable owner. How it works. No cold products in the vending machines, so always fresh and hot is clearly indicated. Delicious fries, and everything is actually excellent. I even drive around just to sample the delicious baked goods. Keep up the good work. An Amsterdammer.

Pay close attention to where the entrance to the drive-in is, as the spoken language is also poorly indicated.

I just witnessed theft in clear daylight. Tourist that dont know pay a deposit on plastic cups but are not allowed to leave with the cups. Usually paying a deposit for plastic means you can reuse them or return them and get back your deposit. The tourist did not get their money back, and upon questioning the server told me it's none of my business. BE WARE AND BE WARNED.

I had some ice cream. It was so disappointing. Much too watery. Soft-serve ice cream used to be much firmer and tastier. I won't be eating any more ice cream here anytime soon.

I actually wanted to give it 3 stars because it's a bare, uninviting, hollow soundscape, but the service made it 4 stars. My youngest child accidentally dropped her burger from her bun, so we tried to buy a new one. But the employee said it wasn't our fault, and it was considered service to simply give her a new burger bun for free! 👍🏻 It's great that this location has gluten-free burgers!

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The first time I ordered from them, I waited 30 minutes for my coffee and McMuffin, only to be told they didn't remember what I'd ordered. Today I gave them another try, but this time they not only forgot my Quarter Pounder, but also gave me the wrong McMuffin. I advise everyone to avoid this McDonald's. Or at least double-check your order before you get home and realize it's completely wrong.

Today at ten past half 3 helped at the mc donalds in zwaag. Super friendly boy behind the order post and at the payment window. Witty boy who clearly does his job with pleasure. He made us feel very welcome which made the food taste even better. This shows what a friendly employee can do with the experience of the consumer.

The nuggets? Cheap, crispy, and actually tasted like food. The curly fries? A magical twist you won’t find in America unless you time travel to a long-lost Arby’s Honestly, I don’t even eat McDonald’s in the US it’s usually a last resort between “hungry” and “questionable life choices” but this location had that chill Dutch vibe and solid quality. Like, if you’re gonna break your clean eating streak, might as well do it somewhere that feels mildly responsible about it Would I go again? Absolutely. Would I tell my American friends and then pretend I’m above fast food? Also yes

For decades the rule has been: if you go through the mcdrive, check your order before you leave the mcdrive. This can be done super fast without holding up the line, and you can immediately call if it is not correct. If you drive away and it is not correct when you get home? Your own fault.

Excellent McDonald's, unfortunately when I got home I received a half full bowl of fries with a large menu. Also the last bits of the fries, because they were all small. A shame in terms of quality and service in my opinion.

Well located, near Ionity and Tesla terminals. On the other hand, we buy and pay for items (muffins), which are not available... They refunded me, but disappointed not to have been able to eat what had been ordered at the terminals

Check your order! I was in a hurry and misplaced confidence and that resulted in me missing my favorite McKroket and not being able to go get it.

What a dramatic experience at this branch! I have been visiting every week for the past three weeks, and every time something goes wrong. A simple order seems like an impossible task here. Do I order a large menu? I'll get a small one. Fries sauce? Forget. Drink? Not included. And as if that weren't enough, the food is always ice cold upon receipt. The staff is not customer-oriented at all: lax, disinterested and of a terribly low level. They don't seem to care at all whether the order is correct or whether customers are satisfied. How difficult can it be to deliver a standard order correctly? This branch should seriously review itself. This is not an exception, but a structural problem. If you don't feel like frustration and cold fries, please move on to another branch.

No option to pay in the app on location because it always gets stuck at the payment step. Employees on location were not helpful in this and indicated that it is not possible to pay at the counter (if you want the app offer). They can't do anything about it, but it's a shame. Finally left and I will delete the app.
