This McDonald's was very disappointing. The staff was not friendly, and a bit indifferent too. The order was incorrect. Wrong flavor milkshake, a burger was missing. Not enough straws, no napkins, and so on. The food was also lukewarm.

The best McDonald's in the region. Always clean and customer-friendly. Unless it's very busy, the toilet gets forgotten.

Friendly staff, and the food is generally warm when you receive it, which is very pleasant! Overall, it looks neat. The young staff could be trained a bit better on how to keep the place clean and tidy. What is still missing is a chicken nuggets menu. It is available occasionally, but we would really love to see it on the regular menu!!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Oldenzaal and used the drive-thru. Overall, it was a good and straightforward experience. Sometimes that's all you're looking for when using a drive-thru, especially when you're on the go. While there wasn't anything particularly exceptional that stood out, the service was reliable and met expectations. It's a convenient location for a quick stop, and based on this visit, I would have no problem using the drive-thru here again in the future. Overall, a solid 4-star experience and a good example of what a McDonald's drive-thru should be.

The food was good, the service good. A few young people had been sitting outside and had left their mess behind. Furthermore, I noticed that there were young people around 16 who should have been in bed long ago. I was there at 00:30.

They made me wait fifteen minutes at the checkout. I wanted to pay in cash. In the end, I just walked to the terminal. I understand that there are busy times, but no one was keeping an eye on the cash register.

Just got from MC Lochem, where it was a garbage dump inside and out. Now in Oldenzaal, what a difference, everything is neat and clean.🥰

After the Harry Styles concert, my girlfriend and I thought we'd end the evening at McDonald's. Unfortunately, I found two strands of hair deep in my McFlurry. Super gross, if you ask me. They should pay better attention to that next time!

Very kind workers, very clean and ambience is very good. I like the food and the variation very much, better than the german McDonald's. Absolutely LOVE the Lemonade (preferably the lemon one). I was there in the noon and it was very quiet.

I've gotten a Mini McWrap sweet chili 3 or 4 times now. This is the only McDonald's in the whole of the Netherlands where they don't put crispy chicken tender in the wrap. Here, they just shove a half-cut chili chicken patty in there in the sleazyest way possible. But god, at least it saves them 3 cents. Poor wretches. Please fill the wrap with the contents intended for the wrap and don't just throw whatever you want in there on your own initiative. What's next? A Big Tasty with a hamburger patty? At first they did it the way it was supposed to be done, but for the past few months, it's always been the half-cut chili chicken patty.

Saturday night, 9:00 PM. I don't think there is a manager present here: it is a complete mess. Trash is standing and lying everywhere (even on the floor) and the staff cheerfully steps over and past it. And not because it is so busy here... there are at most 20 people. Shame, I am not used to this from McDonald's.

Incredibly long waits at the McDrive, even though there was absolutely nothing to do, and the staff were extremely disinterested. In hindsight, I would have been much better off driving to Hengelo or Hengelo Zuid.

My rating is relative for a fast food place, as it is not possible to compare it with other types of restaurants. My experience with McDonald's in the Netherlands is especially good. The meat is so good, and it feels of good quality when you compare it with other burgers of this kind of chains. They have also vegetarian options and are very good. The service is fast enough, and the employees are friendly. The prices are affordable, for the quality of the food. The decoration is typical of McDonald's, but the quality of the finishing is good. The space feels cozy and looks clean and ordered. In this case, in Oldenzaal, it is a place on the side of a highway, despite that it is not isolated. It is very enlightened and the space around feels save. The visibility of the sign is clear, the access is easy, and there is enough space for parking. I think that services in the Netherlands are generally good, and McDonald's reflects this reality.

I rarely go to McDonald's, and when I do, I'm always shocked by the outrageously high prices. You can get considerably cheaper at your average fast food restaurant. Also, the burgers were all lukewarm. The taste was okay, but the price is definitely not worth it.

Wow, the worst McDonald's I've ever had! I waited about 45 minutes and then received food that tasted like paper. Even the fries weren't properly seasoned. The trash cans in the lobby were overflowing, so customers left their leftovers on the tables. They have a monitor to display orders, but they don't use it or they don't process the orders correctly. Customers wait in line at the pick-up counter to steal orders whose owners don't come forward. Meanwhile, half-eaten orders are left on the counter and aren't cleared away. I've never experienced anything like it.

It closes before 12:30 AM, even though they say online that they're open until 1:00 AM. If you tell them this, unfortunately, they can't do anything for you.

Worst and most disgusting McDonald's we've ever been to. The tables are too dirty to touch (luckily I had my own wipes), and the trash cans are overflowing. We just left our trash next to them. The service is noisy. One employee walked around with a numbered order sign on his head. The food was okay, but not very warm. And we better not mention the restrooms...

The wait time at a McDrive is ridiculously long. Not just once, but consistently! It's better to order inside than at the McDrive. It's sometimes faster, even though it should be the other way around. And it's usually just a simple order, so that's not the problem. McDonald's management, please do something about this!

We just try to do a takeway here. They forgot to pack our McCrispy Korean (which is like 8 euros) so we came back to asl for it. We asked politely, but the ginger employee in yellow shirt was exteremly rude and THREW the box with the sandwich in our bag without a single word. I was never treated like this in any McDonalds before and we will surely next time drive to the other side of the border.

Just ordered the new Korean Chicken, twice. What a disappointment! The blob of sauce on it was no bigger than a euro coin. The chicken was incredibly dry! I ordered a vanilla milkshake with it, but it tasted bland, like a strawberry milkshake. This has happened to me before at this McDonald's. Luckily, I like both. It's a shame, because I've never had such a disappointment at other locations!

The order included a big testi, they didn't put it in. Afterwards we ordered lemonade, which we waited for 15 minutes, there were no people at all, the food was delicious, but the service unfortunately left much to be desired

The food is comparable to other McDonald's locations. We visited this location around dinnertime on Sunday, so it was quite busy. Ordering went quite smoothly using the digital kiosks. Gluten-free burgers are available here. The burger we received turned out not to be gluten-free, but the manager quickly and courteously resolved the issue.

Worst McDonald's there is. I had to drive back today because my order wasn't complete. This is the fourth time. I'll definitely drive past Hengelo next time.

Paying for toilet but not even a voucher gare mac

Hamburgers burned, very little salad, high price. McDonald is getting worse. Difficult to enter from across the Street.

I used the restroom and had a sandwich here. Tip for the staff: Clean the restaurant better. Your shoes stick to the floor, and it's teeming with flies inside. And if there's one thing I hate, it's flies. Especially when you're eating. The tables could also be cleaned better.

Back from vacation, and the toilets and floors are dirtier than anything we've encountered on vacation. There weren't even any trays left, even though it was quiet; they still had to be cleaned... And half the food wasn't warm or cooked properly. Not exactly MC-worthy.

Tables were sticky and not clean, we received the wrong food, our drinks were spilled, we were unfriendly and had no apology... and we had to wait a very long time... so that's not the case back home...

The food was delicious and the menu was only 5 euros per person. We will definitely come back whenever we get the chance.

Visit on August 8th at 8:30 PM Our visit was unfortunately very disappointing. The ordering kiosks were missing table numbers, so we couldn't find them until we reached the cash register. Almost all the tables in the restaurant were sticky and covered in food debris. The chicken nuggets we received were tough, but luckily we could exchange them. The trash cans were so overflowing that we couldn't empty our tray. The restroom was in very poor condition and appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. Overall, hygiene left much to be desired in several areas.

Very mediocre We arrived here around 2:30 PM on a Monday afternoon, during the summer holidays, but it wasn't that busy. We ordered three drinks, a croissant, and fries. It took half an hour for them to bring it, and then we were out of croissants. We were given nuggets, but they still forgot the fries. They're pretty good, but such a long wait for a simple order and half of it still missing is not recommended.

Had to wait a long time. The burgers were old, cold, and very dry. Fresh and old, tough chicken nuggets were mixed together, inedible. The fries were incredibly soft, tasted like spaghetti.

This store has really gone downhill. Order mistakes are becoming more and more frequent, and it seems more and more like they're shamelessly making money here in a less than respectable way. The milkshake machine was broken. They asked if we could try something else. We opted for some kind of red fruit lemonade. More ice cream than anything else (see photo after 30 minutes). Ordered a double QP... got a single... and that was in one order... come on, guys, there's definitely room for improvement!
