I don't listen to customers, and an apology would have been appropriate." Especially when the customer says they don't want anything in return, but only reports the problem and says they did come back earlier, but they were closed then, and then the same defense is still unanswered. They won't see me again, and I come here at least three times a month.

Be careful with allergies. Even though we indicated we wanted a dish without onions or garlic due to allergies, it was chock full of both. We confronted the server about this, who said all he could do was inform the kitchen, which he did. The response was rather nonchalant, but this is simply a health risk. I don't like leaving reviews (especially negative ones), but in this case, it's important to inform other visitors. We immediately left and won't be back.
