It was delivered nice and cold. As if they're doing it on purpose... Tip: You can always indicate "On Sundays... Delivery times are usually a bit longer then due to the busy schedule." I read elsewhere: If delivery drivers spend minutes chatting with other delivery drivers on the street, that's utter nonsense!!!!! Apparently, it has nothing to do with a busy Sunday, but with poor staff. So, admit that you haven't got things right and you're not in charge of your staff! Don't hide behind the so-called busy schedule when your delivery drivers are taking up all their time, to the detriment of the paying customer. This is simply absolute incompetence. Time and time again. Never again with this company, and my advice to everyone: stay away! High-quality, extremely disappointing company.

Ordered (via Thuisbezorgd). It was supposed to take 40 minutes. Called after an hour. Had to wait at least another hour. There's nothing we can do about it; it's Thuisbezorgd's fault. We're not doing anything and are busy with other orders here, which have priority.

Just out of school on a late Friday afternoon, so quickly grabbing something to eat at snack bar Prins. Tasty fries, not too greasy and not too limp. A bit too little salt, but that's what we have at home. I ordered a small fries, and they were more than small. Plate full. In addition, a croquette sandwich that tasted good and was well wrapped.

How can the oliebollen stall at Bakery store Arjaans in Oldenzaal improve? By listening to customers who complain, letting them finish their conversation, and by being polite. I couldn't get past "hello" or "good afternoon." I just wanted to say the oliebollen I got for New Year's Eve were great, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time with the apple fritters; something had gone wrong. I couldn't even explain what was wrong with all 15 of them, as the lady at the stall immediately defended herself by saying: "You should have come sooner, and my number is on the side. I don't listen to customers, and an apology would have been appropriate." Especially when the customer says they don't want anything in return, but only reports the problem and says they did come back earlier, but they were closed then, and then the same defense is still unanswered. They won't see me again, and I come here at least three times a month.

Be careful with allergies. Even though we indicated we wanted a dish without onions or garlic due to allergies, it was chock full of both. We confronted the server about this, who said all he could do was inform the kitchen, which he did. The response was rather nonchalant, but this is simply a health risk. I don't like leaving reviews (especially negative ones), but in this case, it's important to inform other visitors. We immediately left and won't be back. In response to the owner: The review is intended for Las Carretas in Oldenzaal, which is now temporarily closed. Our experience was last summer.

This lunchroom has become my regular spot—I eat there weekly, and for good reason. The value for money is truly fantastic: you get generous portions, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with care. The owners are true professionals; you can tell they bring passion and love to their work. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff friendly and dedicated. Every lunch here is always a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food at a fair price.
