I had a terrible night... because of this order. Very nauseous. I ordered the garlic shrimp. There were only 3 shrimp in it. I am furious!!!!! The chicken legs were heavily overcooked and almost black in color. Very bad!!!! I will NEVER order from here again!!!!

Had to wait 50 minutes for delivery; once it arrived, the fries were cold and they weren't deep-fried or baked, but just potato—very soggy fries and no sauce. So for anyone wanting to order, don't do it!!!!!!!!!!! The menus look very nice, but then you get garbage!! I called the place, but no one answered. Called over 4 times; this was the first time and the last time at this rotten place.

Ordered twice and didn't get any drinks! They don't answer when calling either... just unreachable... this is really a shame because you pay for drinks you don't even get.

We ordered here at midnight 00:15. 2 hours before their closing time. Called to see how long it's going to take at 01:30. They said it left half an hour ago(it's a 10 minute distance). To eventually receive an error notification of the order at 09:00 the next morning. Don't recommend this place, you might not get your food.

I placed an order online still around opening time, they accepted my order and my payment went through, and never received my order or my refund. Would not recommend getting from this place.

I had ordered via Uber Eats, but it was already very late. I actually thought it was strange that the place was still open. Shortly after my order, they saw on their phones that a mistake had been made in Uber Eats and even drove to the place to call me personally. They wanted to let me know as soon as possible that they were actually closed, so that I wouldn't have to wait unnecessarily for my food. Uber Eats eventually passed this on almost immediately as well, but I really appreciate that they also took the trouble to inform me personally. That shows they really care about their customers. Great service! 👏⭐

Had a delicious meal at Meat and Chips! The burger was cooked perfectly, the meat was juicy and full of flavor. The loaded fries were well-filled and nicely seasoned. The order was also ready quickly and still warm upon arrival. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good burgers and fries. I will certainly be ordering here more often!

Save yourself the stomach ache and headache if you order here. There is absolutely no hygiene at this place.

I've now ordered from Meat & Chips three times, hoping it would get better, but unfortunately, it's gotten worse each time. The food always arrived cold upon delivery, and neither the burgers nor the fries were warm. The taste also left much to be desired and was anything but exceptional. Most concerning was that the beef in the burger had a strong, unpleasant odor, which was definitely not fresh. Immediately after eating, I also experienced stomach upset, which completely destroyed my confidence in the quality. Given the high prices, you expect good quality at the very least, but that's nowhere to be found here. The price-quality ratio is very poor, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

A truly terrible experience. The food was unsafe: the fries weren't even cooked properly, and the chicken nuggets were raw and still pink inside. That's truly dangerous. When I called about it, they simply hung up on me right in front of me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No apology, no solution, nothing. This is no way to treat customers. I'll never order from them again.

Bad company, ordered food for €60, it arrived cold after 1.5 hours food was thrown around the bag and when you call the company they say you will get your order again tomorrow, then you call and then it is not possible, money back is not an option and a big mouth on the phone disgusting people!!!

The order took an hour and a half to arrive. Some dishes were also missing. I called them back to ask about this, and they said they would call back. In the end, they didn't call me back.

Loaded chips are truly perfect, and those dollar chips are way better than fries. They also have a delicious kind of sweet honey sauce in them. The prices aren't too crazy, but the wrap was a bit disappointing.

The food is always excellent, but the service isn't. Ordered food for 5:45 PM, and it wasn't delivered for over an hour. They couldn't reach me by phone, and they didn't call me (even though the number was supposed to be on the order). It's a shame, but I'll never order again.

I see all the bad reviews, but my personal experience has to be included. I've ordered three times now (again today, in shaa Allah) and every time it was incredibly delicious. There was also a young Moroccan guy at the counter who was polite and helpful, thankfully. I think the orders arrive late because you literally see 20 orders at once when you walk in 🤣🙏. That's why I don't dare order delivery and prefer pickup. Every business needs improvement anyway, that's normal. I hope Meat and Chips Den Haag also reaches its full potential because you guys are truly on a different level. It's not too greasy, but truly perfect. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food (the website estimates it to be between 40 and 60 minutes). I called again, and they said yes, the delivery driver was on his way. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The driver couldn't even find the house. Areas for improvement: Faster delivery or adjust the delivery time. Have delivery drivers make good use of Google Maps and/or comments on the receipt!

Nearly two hours of delivery time, but the food was delicious and hot. The fact that they couldn't be reached by phone was a bit of a drawback.

I had a very strange experience here. When I placed my order, I was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. When I picked it up after that time, I was told I had to wait another twenty minutes. In the end, it took almost an hour, and my food still hadn't arrived. The staff consisted almost entirely of young, inexperienced employees. All in all, this was a very strange and disappointing experience, the likes of which I've never experienced before. Never again, not recommended.

But I am certainly not happy with the delivery, I had to wait 2 hours for my order (telephone is of no use because you are often pushed away after calling several times I got in touch) I understand that it can be busy but I think waiting 2 hours for your order is really abnormal, I really don't think this is worth repeating (apart from the food)!

20-4-2025 got food BBQ chicken instead of slices you get nasty hard cold fries and then your hot chicken tfoee, 1 bite taken straight into the trash. Onlangs twee spicy chicken besteld bij Meat en Chips. We waren blij verrast, de smaken waren perfect op elkaar afgestemd en het eten was nog warm bij bezorging. Echt een aanrader. Normaal houden wij wel van afwisseling, maar hier zullen wij zeker vaker bestellen.

Was weer super lekker en ook weer vriendelijk geholpen je krijgt van ieder personeelslid een vriendelijk gedag en glimlach. Helemaal top hier en geloof mij ik ben een heel moeilijk persoon in de horeca. Ik heb zelf namelijk ook altijd in de horeca gewerkt. Ik geef dit restaurant dan ook echt een tien voor smaak, klantenservice en hygiëne!
