I ordered fries, jalapeño pops, and ice cream, but received potato slices and soft, nasty jalapeño pops; only the ice cream was good, so it is not recommended.

Those young lads really know how to make burgers, I mean, the spicy chicken burger is so hot that it comes out exactly like that the next morning, my goodness.

Absolutely do not buy this, you will regret it! The burger was a huge disappointment. There was hardly any lettuce on it, maybe only two or three small pieces. The chicken burger didn't taste like chicken at all, and there was something in it that made the taste very strange. There was also only one tiny drop of pepper on one side of the burger. Otherwise, the burger was completely empty: just a chicken burger and a few small pieces of lettuce. Additionally, the price was way too high for what you get. This was really not what I had expected. People, don't buy this. The burger is way too expensive and you will regret it.

The worst restaurant ever for delivery. I ordered, but my order never arrived. I was in a huge rush and paid the full price, then waited three hours and nothing came. They didn't even let me know they were running late or that the order hadn't arrived. A truly terrible failure.

Ordered again today. Always good service. But I am of the opinion that you should always provide that. After all, you are paying for it! There were far too few fries and they were cold. And the burger had no lettuce or anything on it, just like I'm used to. The food was inedible. But ended up throwing it away.

I waited in general 4 hours and called them nearly 10 times they lied to me multiple times said driver is on the way, driver will be there in 5 minutes then after 2 hours oh he tried to call you but you did not pick up, he was lying, then said they will make a new order and be there in 20 minutes after 1 hour I called he said, we are trying our best but it’s not our fault what the delivery driver does, he is employed by the restaurant! It arrived 2 hours later completely cold and not good.

Worst experience ever… We ordered around 11:20 PM and received our food at 1:00 AM. It was cold. My girlfriend got something different, and when I called to tell her, she said, "Yes, it's gone, but we ordered kapsalon. Is that cheaper for you?" No, you make sure you have some. The fries were soggy. Sadly, the delivery driver didn't seem to care about being late. The delivery time was 12:15 PM at the latest, and they didn't arrive until around 1:00 AM. 🙄

The burgers are incredibly delicious! The meat is perfectly cooked, juicy inside and fantastic outside. And the fries are legendary; they're gone as soon as they arrive on the plate. Definitely a place to come back to again and again.

Ordered multiple times online at this restaurant. Multiple times there is a different rude courier( that they hire themself) who doesn't read the personal message or doesn't even say anything and looking annoyed. Unfriendly. Often uses regular fries instead of different kind of potato that I ordered, which I paid extra for, without asking me first. The drinks are way more limited than they seem to advertise, most non common drinks aren't available anymore, or they just don't call at all and switch it with whatever they got without asking.

I ordered 2 Boxes. Small normall with everything and big without vegetables- only fries and meat (i placed information only next to big size). I got 2 boxes only with meat and fries - also without sauce - It's obvious to me that sauces have to be. No reaction and no compensation for the mistake.

Just placed an order through the B&B website. I ordered two chicken stripes, each containing 5 pieces. Unfortunately, each box only contained four. Too bad :-(

Ordered a Smash Burger Meal + BOX. Smash Burger is spicy! Kids won't eat it - so it's in the bin! The Coke was missing! We called to deliver it - and nothing came! Used Lieferando - you can fool someone else! Best NOT TO PAY IN CASH! PayPal is the safest option here.

Let's watch a YouTube video to see what a Smashburger is and how it is made. The description states that it contains caramelized onions, which is just a handful of raw onions.
