Unbelievable. Ordered a pizza, called an hour later, they said the dough went into the oven, called again half an hour later, and the dough went back in. This is just not normal when you order a pizza at 9:30 and don't get it until 12 o'clock on a normal weekday Wednesday evening.

Everything was absolutely top-notch, good service, genuine customer friendliness, and very tasty food. I will definitely come back.

I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. The place was completely deserted. The man was friendly, though; the food was okay, and he recommended the spareribs. So I ordered those twice, along with a plate of shawarma, because according to the man that was good too. So I took a plate of that to taste, and two soft drinks. Now comes the kicker: without batting an eyelid, he says 85 euros!!!

Food absolutely terrible, just ate a pizza, got the plate under my nose and a very sour smell came out of the pizza, never again Wanted to pay but I also had to pay almost 1.50 for a bit of sauce and a bit of sambal 1.50 Took the pizza with me and threw it away outside and another 0.50 cents was added on top of that. It's about time the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority paid a visit regarding hygiene and food, I think they wouldn't even pass the inspection, really very bad

The pizza is so bad that you disrespect a frozen pizza if you call it that. The kapsalon has two pieces of meat in it. The delivery guy starts honking in your street at 1 am and then starts whining about the petrol costing more than the order. All this for 40 euros; the whole day wasted.

The grossest pizza ever. Ridiculous, I don't know what sauce was on that pizza, but it wasn't tomato sauce, it tasted like carrot. The dough tastes like cardboard. And the cheese tastes like quark. Never ordering anything here again. I'm definitely going to have diarrhea tomorrow. This place makes no sense.

Pizza Margarita tastes anything but Margarita. The garlic sauce tasted like licorice. The sauce tasted like a very sweet carrot. The cheese tasted like Greek cottage cheese, and the crust was even worse than the pizza box. The worst pizza I've ever eaten. It's a disgrace how you put such fundamentally strange ingredients on a pizza. Ugh. I'll be sick tomorrow. And the order didn't arrive until an hour after it was supposed to.

This guy is always ready. Come in and say you're hungry, he'll fix it, he'll show you what he has fresh, delicious sauces to go with it. And he's always open. I see bad reviews and I don't understand them. Nicest guy ever with good food. Never finished the pizzas. But delicious mixed grill, kapsalon is good, durum, Turkish pizza... I've tried them all and never been disappointed.

Never had anything this bad before. The calzone was a complete failure: a strange, sweet sauce that didn't suit the dish at all, soft and soggy dough, and a taste that was just plain awful. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out too long. The worst part? The price was absurdly high, as if it were a luxury meal, while the quality was more like fast food of the worst kind. Absolutely not recommended — a waste of money.

It's strange that the tomato sauce tastes like curry, very striking, it ruins the pizza. I'm getting a little depressed about it. I think this pizza is going to cost me a therapy session, God Jesus.

We ordered 2 pizzas. The food was ready within 20 minutes. The pizza looked good when we opened the box. The 1st pizza was with anchovies. This was extremely salty, I like salt myself, but it looked like a whole can of salt had been poured over it. The pizza with salami wasn't much better. The sauce tasted like a children's pizza sauce that was inedible. I thought it was just me so I let someone else taste it and he really didn't like it either. We called the owner and he was angry that all his pizzas were tasty and hung up the phone. We then consulted the private label frozen pizzas. Never order here!

For starters, it's not worth the 1 star. Ordered 2 pizzas, one with anchovies, olives and capers. The other with salami and turkey. They were delivered on time, the boxes were soaked in grease... but we opened the boxes and the pizza looked good at first glance. The pizza with anchovies, olives and capers was extremely salty, we like salty food but this was too much. But the drama really started with the pizza with salami and turkey, the sauce on the pizza was spread very thick and really not tasty and that is putting it mildly. Tastes differ, but this tasted like pasta sauce, both pizzas had different sauces, with the other pizza having a tasty sauce. We decided to call Medina and got a man on the phone who absolutely disagreed with our complaints. As he said, the pizzas were good and he had never had any complaints about them, which I am also surprised about given the reviews. The man got angry, started talking in a raised (angry) voice and hung up. The pizzas go in the trash and will NEVER order from here again. Even if the reviews are bad, don't think it's not that bad because it's throwing money in the trash. Very unfortunate

I get my pizza done on time, then I take a bite and almost throw up on the dining table. I think this is really bizarrely bad. Then I call the restaurant (or if you call it that) and I hear shouting on the phone and it hangs up. After I explained my complaint, I find this really disappointing and very unprofessional

Food was delivered too late 1.5 hours for a large hair salon on a Wednesday evening?!!!! Had dinner 6 months ago, owner very customer friendly. I sincerely wonder that that case is not closed yet... never again!!!!!

Most disgusting food I threw straight into the trash. Frozen fries in the kapsalon, chocolate sprinkles that pretend to be shawarma, the salad that is served separately is OK. Turkish pizza unbaked, meat nowhere to be seen and sauce in abundance. Even my cat that eats everything leaves it alone. So me too. Bah bah and more bah

I order spare ribs and get chicken pieces. Lady orders kapsalon without cheese but with lettuce. And the gentleman does the opposite, and when you call back, he angrily says that he is closed.

The food was delicious and tasty, everything was prepared perfectly and everything tasted fresh. Never before have I received my food so nice and warm. The owner is always very friendly and delivers quickly and on time. Highly recommended for everyone to order here. Deserved 5 stars!!!

Great foods, but the staff needs to really work on the communication. I called twice to ask for the payment options, like credit card or cash, and i got hanged up the phone before i managed to ask. 👎🏻. UPDATE: I've ordered the champignons only, as i'm vegetarian. I got them delivered with meat. I went there personally to make some deal. The man doesn't speak english at all. Even after using the translator from english to dutch he still didn't understood and he made me the same meal with the meat. I wanted champignons only, all though i got some extra stuff for free so it justifies it from being a total disaster.
