Eethuis Mevlana Gorinchem in Wijk 06 Gildenwijk

My order from Mevlana Dönerhuis arrived exactly on time, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the food had cooled down considerably—not completely cold, but not really warm either. The pizza was rather crispy, reminiscent of something old or dry, which made the taste disappointing. The kapsalon was fine, nothing special. All in all, an average experience: points for punctuality, but the food quality could definitely be improved.

I've often ordered Adana or Kofte from Mevlana. I've always been very satisfied with my order. I really like the bread that comes with it. Sometimes, there wasn't a salad or sauce included. This was a shame: I will continue ordering from Mevlana.

I ordered döner and it arrived with everything old, even the bread. I had a stomach ache all morning. Don't buy it.

I went there to get something different than food from the nearby hospital. Yes, they are affordable, but they don’t season the doner. They messed up my order which was a Turkish pizza, but they gave me a Kapsalon instead, they. Did change it, but overall not the best place - not very hygienic or tasty. You can sit outside though…

Ordered 5 times... Got 5 dürums. And chicken kapsalon once. I thought the dürum was decent. But the kapsalon was excellent. Nice and hot. (Fast delivery) Also within half an hour. July 26, 2025, picked up chicken kapsalon. The fries are super crispy and the chicken is masterfully delicious. The container is well filled and the vegetables are nice and fresh. The garlic sauce is delicious. In the top 3 of kapsalons here in Gorinchem. .

Takes 1 hour just for shawarma and a burger but the food is still quite tasty

Almost 2 hours for just a burger and shawarma, we had to call 3 times.

Quite a bit of stomach ache the day after eating...not for me anymore. Also got lamb instead of chicken.

Food was delicious and still super hot! My compliments!

Despite criticism in other reviews, yesterday we had a lovely meal with family (7 people). Nothing fell on the floor, friendly staff, pin payment, good atmosphere. Top evening and well above expectations.

Wat een aanfluiting, anderhalf uur wachten op eten en dan verwacht je heel wat. Helaas alle 4 gerechten waren lauw, tegen koud aan. Beklag? Ach de bezorger was lang onderweg. De smaak van het eten liet ook te wensen over, daarnaast zijn de porties klein tegen een te stevige prijs. Dit was eens maar nooit meer

Terrible and unfriendly staff, do not radiate any friendliness and they do not know the word service. Hygiene is very bad and the food is in one word dirty! I complained about it and those guests shouted me out of the restaurant with all kinds of threats and swearing. I do not know where these guests come from but they do not tolerate any contradiction.

Food was awful, staff was rude and food was 45 minutes late🍆

I have received an order and it seems like I still have to prepare it myself so I call the restaurant and then I get a big mouth from Mr. bad food bad service.

Customer rating 0.0 not worth 0.1, We have placed an order for €35, but the gentleman cannot imagine that this also includes sauces. Kindly send sauces back with the delivery person (extra garlic) for half a bowl of cold kapsalon that tastes like nothing without sauce. Not recommended at all.

Chicken shawarma...hard dry strips...really bad...fries fried too long...really too hard

I find this place very peaceful. I also liked music, it creates a special atmosphere. Food delicious, Hawaii pizza best I've tried in the Netherlands

Worst thing in Gorinchem. Left after 2 bites. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Arrogant owner too.

Bad experiences, with shawarma burnt black sandwich and raw fries. Walk around throwing fries in my bag while I and others are standing there, he doesn't want you to stand, just sit down, he said twice because otherwise I see too much when you stand at the counter.sta. he dropped a sandwich on the floor pick it up put it next to a menu dish. dashagijnige boss. and the best part is that every pin machine is broken, you have to withdraw money in the piazza, other people said Jesus, can I start using a pin again somewhere, they were not happy either. and I heard that the pin has not been working for 2 years. That boss does everything alone, that's definitely going wrong, you just get waste that's left over. No lettuce, 3 shawarma dishes for 36 euros, expensive, just kidding. Never go back and learn from that.

Zimny kapsalon, dużo cebuli, brak świeżego pomidora czy ogórka. Dla głodnego ok ale jadło się lepsze. Poprawcie się!

Ze waren iets vergeten maar kwamen het heel snel opnieuw brengen. Heerlijk eten en goeie knoflooksaus!

Nette zaak met vriendelijke medewerkers. En het eten is natuurlijk heerlijk!

Het eten is heerlijk maar het is vreselijk koud in het restaurant. Ik heb met mij jas aan moeten eten met het gevolg dat mijn eten heel snel was afgekoeld.Dus de volgende keer wordt het afhalen.

Pizza, kapsalon en doner schotel, alle drie goedgekeurd. Nette, vriendelijke en warme bezorging op vijdagavond, 10 minuutjes eerder dan aangegeven, aanrader!

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten!

In een woord geweldig heerlijk eten ziet er gord uit geen slappe friet in de kapsalon bij opmerkingen ook netjes op gelet kwaliteit waar je u tegen zegt voor een prijs waar de portemonnee heel blij van word ook nog eens 13min voor aangegeven tijd bezorgd gewoon top hartstikke tevreden

Heerlijk gegeten, veel en vers! Plus precies op tijd bezorgd :)

Het is echt lekker eten naamlijk binnen kwartier is het eten klaar het is of van de hemel heb ge eten naamlijk zo lekker is dat eten 👍👍👍👊👊

Mijn complimenten voor het proefbaar goede vlees. Verse sla en goed gebakken brood. Veel waar voor relatief weinig geld. Keep up

Het is echt helemaal top gewoon

Ik ben zeer tevreden met mevlana! We hadden perongeluk verkeerde adres doorgegeven "i.v.m nieuwe telefoon" onze adres stond niet opgeslagen waardoor het een verkeerde nummer doorgaf. Ik belde naar mevlana en deze meneer zei dat er al iemand langd was geweest en verkeerd nummer was doorgegeven. Deze meneer zei dat hij per direct iemand zou opsturen. En ons eten was er binnen 10 minuten. Excuses voor het ongemak mevlana. We zijn zeer blij met jullie service en heerlijk eten😊

Ik heb maar een paar kipnuggets besteld en twee drankjes voor bij mijn zelfgemaakte maaltijd. Daar heb ik vervolgens ruim een uur op moeten wachten en dan komt er een jochie aanbellen en agressief aankloppen. Nu in deze tijden is het overal de bedoeling dat je de bestelling neerlegt zodat de klant het kan pakken, deed ie ook niet. Hij schreeuwde eet smakelijk mevrouw van nog geen 30 cm van me af, erg onprettig. Het eten is heerlijk maar waarom zoveel nadelen? Jammer.

Vriendelijke nette bediening, goede verse producten een adres om elke week naar terug te gaan.

Lekker eten maar het is nou nog 50 cent duurder. Jammer anders kregen jullie de 5 sterren van mij.

Exact gekregen wat ik van dit eethuis verwachtte. Snelle service, goed eten en een lage prijs.

Goede kwaliteit vlees, snelle service en schone open keuken. Zeker een aanrader!
