Haven't had such a bad meal in years; stale bread from the supermarket tastes better. First, they made the sandwich wrong, no problem, but then they even ran out of the last brown roll. I ordered a crispy white chicken for myself and got it on a brown roll... They should probably leave out the word "crispy"; it tasted more like a rotten egg than a nice crispy chicken. It just had no flavor. They're not exactly customer-friendly either. Maybe it's time for a company that actually wants to make money from returning customers.

I ordered a baguette with fillet steak, egg, and onion, but I can't say much about it because it had egg on it. But one slice...isn't worth the option "with" egg. Of course, you have to pay extra, which is unusual.

But they seem to be getting worse every year. I got two tuna salad sandwiches last week to have lunch with my girlfriend. Except everyone works there without gloves, which is very unhygienic, as they're touching their hair, nose, face, etc. at the same time. The tuna salad was so thinly spread that after a few bites, my girlfriend literally asked me what was on the sandwich. The tuna salad was spread like butter—a very thin layer and completely insipid. I also noticed that the staff don't prepare the sandwiches the same way. Some people fill the sandwiches very generously, while others use very light toppings. Sometimes I got a healthy sandwich with only one or two slices of egg, and other times I got a healthy sandwich with half an egg, sliced. It's a shame that not everyone prepares their sandwiches the same way. There's no socializing at all; you're lucky if someone greets you. It's like robots. It's a shame because I've been going there for years to get sandwiches, but the prices are going up while the quality is going down. Tip: please have the employees wear gloves!

Employees aren't interested in you and hope you'll leave as soon as possible. It feels like assembly-line work, while you're actually just looking to relax while shopping.

A friendly woman behind the counter was helpful in helping us choose our dishes. My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed a steak tartare sandwich with egg and onions. Definitely recommended here in the beautiful Piazza center of Gorinchem.

Two stars just for the food. The people who work there are really rude, especially the "older" ladies. Not a good look for your business!

It's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much and I don't think it's worth it for the price you pay now

I think the staff were a bit fed up with customers standing on the wrong side, mainly the "take-away/take-out side". Anyway, we wanted to sit at a table and one of the staff said "no, I'm already sitting there". Of course we apologized, because we thought it was an empty table. We didn't see in time that there was a set of cutlery. The food was tasty, but expensive. We had a healthy sandwich, tomato soup, a warm ham/cheese croissant, and two cappuccinos. We paid 25 euros for this. If the staff would be a bit friendlier, we would have liked to sit longer to order more, such as a pastry. The atmosphere and the staff were really less, which is a shame.

Just visited to take away food as these are not available at the hospital. Sandwiches were tasty, maybe a bit pricey...but they didn't spoil the fun. Great help from a very sweet and pleasant lady who knows what service is and really customer friendly. I would come back just for her (service orientation).

No pleasant staff. Help is a bit blunt. Maybe they're a bit grumpy because they're getting so many not-so-hopeful reviews. Next time I would rather stay thirsty and become rickety from the temporary feeling of malnutrition than stay here again. Sorry! But....maybe the staff wasn't having their day.

Delicious coffee and lots of tasty treats to go with it. Nice staff and good atmosphere.

The staff is SO unfriendly. They don't even look at you when you ask them something. It almost feels like they don't want you there! The food is delicious, yes.

Délifrance Gorinchem is a great restaurant to pick up lunch or eat on site. Plenty of delicious sandwiches. It is very busy in the afternoon and the waiting time for collection can be quite long. Ordering by telephone early is recommended. Parking is free in front of the door.

Leuk tentje bij een winkelcentrumpje. De délifrance is niet super groot wat je misschien gewend bent van andere filialen maar het eten is er zeker niet minder om. Kom zeker nog terug!

Nette dames. Sfeer is minder maar de rest oké.

Broodjes zijn prima. Mensen zijn verschrikkelijk die hier werken. Onaardig, klantonvriendelijk. Dit kan 1000x beter.

Jammer dat zo achteruit is gegaan met kwaliteit. We kwamer er graag en veel maar met deze prijzen in combinatie kwaliteit (lees ander brood, goedkopere soort krokketen en veel minder beleg) gaan wij dit niet meer doen Mooi voorbeeld jus de orange klein glas 0,2 ltr en dan geen eens vol is 4 euro! Oftewel meer dan 20 euro de liter ??

Mijn moeder en ik komen hier graag een bakkie koffie drinken❣️ Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de sfeer is fijn, het voelt voor ons als thuis komen.

Het broodje was lekker...de sfeer vond ik niet echt leuk...en de bediening had beter gekund

Half stokbrood bruin met gehaktbal en hetzelfde stokbrood "gezond" met koffie genuttigd. Was goed en verzorgd met een prima bakkie. Enigste minpunt is dat er geen boter op het brood zit. Zo armoedig. Er om gevraagd en dat was geen probleem hoor. Ik beveel deze zaak aan. 👍

We hebben lekkere koffie gedronken met een heerlijk stuk appeltaart. Als je favoriete stuk gebak niet in voorraad is, dan kun je nog iets kiezen bij de bakkerij er naast.

Goedemorgen producenten en prima personeel

Leuk cafeetje met schappelijke prijzen. De ijskoffie wordt gemaakt met softijs en slagroom, alleen was het jammer dat de koffie nog warm was toen het werd geserveerd. Taartjes voor €2,50 - €3,00. Voldoende zitgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten. Bediening duurde even, was wel erg vriendelijk.

Gezellig, alleen jammer dat de menukaart niet op tafel staat.. het menu hangt boven de counter als je binnen komt..

Altijd goed eten hier en prima service en koffie

Heerlijke broodjes en aanbod is vrij ruim voor een broodjeszaak. Sommige broodjes vind ik aan de dure kant, maar dat kan aan mij liggen! Voor de rest prima genoten!

Vriendelijk personeel, snelle service, goede kwaliteit.

Jammer dat voornamelijk de toiletten niet handicap vriendelijk zijn. Ik loop zelf met krukken en is al niet echt handig met de smalle doorgang. Ook zijn er geen steunen die je kunnen helpen met opstaan. Kan je voorstellen als je in een rolstoel zit zou je hier zeker niet naar het toilet kunnen. Dat is erg jammer

Het eten was heerlijk en verscheidenheid was er genoeg. Maar de tafels zaten wel wat krapjes op elkaar, ook was alles een beetje smoezelig.

Lekkere koffie en broodjes! Gezellige sfeer en vriendelijke medewerkers.

Lekker lunchen en niet te lang hoeven wachten.
