A cozy breakfast place on a rainy day.. me and my wife had a nice nice pleasant breakfast here. The breakfast was delicious. The photo says everything else.

A very beautiful and welcoming place. Large window and seating overlooking the outdoor area. Very kind and smiling staff. Everything is homemade. I tried the pancakes and banana bread, delicious! They have fresh juices, iced tea, and breakfast classics. Sweet and savory dishes. Scrambled eggs, Italian schiacciata, croissants, and much more. It's the perfect place for a morning treat. Open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. I went back two mornings in a row, and if I didn't have to leave, I'd go again tomorrow. Recommended!

The restaurant itself is nice and the food is good, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The lady working there was quite rude. I was trying to ask her if they had what I was looking for, but she didn’t even want to listen to me and just kept telling me to look at the menu. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were very unpleasant. For me, one of the most important things about any restaurant is the attitude and friendliness of the staff. Good service is what makes me want to come back, even more than the food sometimes. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated here, I would give this place a 2/10. I’m visiting as a tourist, and although the food was good, I would never come back again. A nice restaurant and good food are not enough when the service makes you feel unwelcome. This was definitely my first and last visit.

Incredibly cute little place with incredible food to match. Highest quality ingredients and care with presentation. For how reasonably priced it is, they went above and beyond. I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches of my life here. The Schiacciata bread it was served on was perfectly toasted, and the scrambled eggs were also cooked to perfection. Every bite had a combo of sweet, salty, crunchy and smooth with the addition of avocado and the friet crisps. My partner had the chicken and waffles, and the waffle was light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness. If you are in Eindhoven, you can't pass this place up!

We had breakfast here two mornings and it was an excellent choice. They have a great variety of breakfast options, both savory and sweet. They make excellent juices and make everything fresh. Everything is truly delicious and plentiful. If you're in Eindhoven and want a great breakfast, this is the place. The girls are really friendly and professional. We had pancakes, banana bread, and scones. Then I tried an ACE juice, freshly made, which was also excellent. Stop here and you'll leave satisfied and with a smile. Prices are average for the city.

Very busy little place, which is why it took quite a while before we received our order. But it was very tasty and there was plenty of choice.

I had expected more from it based on the reviews, but ultimately it was very mediocre, I have to say. Waffles with crispy chicken and bacon. It felt a bit like a DIY kit in terms of presentation. The waffles were of low quality and the chicken wasn't really any better than supermarket frozen. Then you get 10 ml of maple syrup on the side. Unfortunately, nice try, but this isn't it. On the other hand, it wasn't very expensive either, so perhaps I shouldn't have expected more.

If you arrive later in the morning or early afternoon, you will always have to wait for a spot. But it is most definitely worth it!

Very disappointing service. I arrived at 7:55am, five minutes before opening. The young woman with long dark hair rudely waved her hands at me, said “We’re closed,” and pointed at the chairs still up on the tables. I completely understand I was five minutes early, but the attitude was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. A little courtesy goes a long way.

We are very disappointed with our experience. We waited for over an hour, while several customers who arrived after us were served before us. It was obvious that we were there with a small child, yet no consideration was shown at all.This level of service is simply unacceptable. Being ignored for so long without any explanation is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression. We will definitely not be coming back.

The food was amazing, and the place felt cozy. The service was also great. We were 4 people, and there wasn't a free table for all of us, so we sat separately, 2 by 2. After a table opened up, they offered to move us. Overall, amazing.

Had a good meal, but this place also opts for the card machine with tips, American style, instead of a gesture from the customer🤮

Very cozy atmosphere and the best pancakes!

We had a bad experience with a single stuff who had the wrong behavior towards us. She told us that we were not the next in the queue while we told that we were. The issue resolved by asking the next people in the queue. Still, she did not give an apology for her insisted claim. It is good that she tried to be fair but I expect certain level of respect between people, which includes apologizing if you make a mistake that makes the other side very uncomfortable. I even thought if this will happen the same way if we were speaking Dutch. In general, very unfortunate, not to get a personal apology from the right person and we had a bad experience from our visit. The rest of the stuff was very friendly and good. They even apologized for the situation. Also the food was good.

pretty fine experience i had. i went there at 2pm and they were closing at 3pm so it wasn't crowded at all!! the food was reaaaallly delicious that i would come back if i ever visit eindhoven again. i wouldn't recommend the berry lemonade though since it was sparkling and not so sweet. the service was good and fast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There were four of us for breakfast here, and we can absolutely recommend this café. Even upon entering, the wonderful aroma of freshly baked pastries and cakes wafts through the air. All the food was delicious, as were the drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish – you immediately feel at ease. The prices are a bit on the high side, but considering the quality and the fact that you're on vacation, it's a small price to pay. Highlights: The Espresso Ginger Beer and the Carrot Cake – one of the best carrot cakes I've ever eaten.

We had breakfast here as a couple. The service was excellent, the food delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. We highly recommend the schiacciata prosciutto. It was the best dish for our taste.

I honestly debated between 4 and 5 stars due to the wait time (for a table and to order), but I was so satisfied in the end (everything was delicious and fresh) that I forgot about my initial disappointment. I especially recommend the sandwiches, and I'll definitely be back again. 10/10

They make fresh juices, good cookers, great choise of sweet and savory breakfast, they also have some italian focaccia stuffed with italians cold cuts, one of the very few places where is worth to have breakfast in the Netherlands

love this place! even though sometimes the service takes a while or you might have to wait a bit to get seated, the food is worth the wait. I've had the caprese schiacciata, the sweet pistachio schiacciata, and a berry compote french toast before. and they were all exceptional. The espresso is also really good . I'd definitely recommend!!!

The food is amazing and the portion sizes very generous. The staff was very kind. The chairs resemble school chairs, which is cute. Only down side is there's only one bathroom. We enjoyed it so much we went 2 days in a row :)

We came there 6 people. We waited 1 hour and they let all the people that came later than us. Because of their miscommunication in between, they didn’t properly manage the situation. When we were leaving (without breakfast or anything), we said “we are leaving” and the blonde overweight worker said “Perfekt”. She is the most rude person we have ever seen in here.

The food was so delicious it almost makes the subpar service worth it. We ordered one sweet pancakes and 2 savoury pancakes, and they put the order in as 2 sweet and one savoury, so they gave us each a half portion of the chicken and bacon, explaining that they would bring us the second half as soon as possible. This did not happen however, we had to ask for it to be brought to us and this was after we had almost finished eating. The table beside us also had similar issues. Despite all this, I still highly recommend coming here, the interior was pretty, the staff were polite, and the fried egg may be one of the best I've ever had in my life. This restaurant is definitely worth paying a visit.

One of the best places to start your morning with an amazing breakfast and delicious coffee. As a coffee expert, I was highly impressed that they serve the coffee in a glass cup—a rare and professional touch that truly shows their dedication to quality. The hospitality here is outstanding. A special thanks to the wonderful "Nina", whose warm welcome and great service are definitely a major reason behind this restaurant's success. I loved every single detail of this place. This was definitely not my last visit! Highly recommended.

I was a bit confused at first because it wasn't clear that there was a queue. People are sitting outside on the bench waiting for a spot to become available inside, so keep that in mind. The place itself is quite small and cramped, but it does have a cozy atmosphere. The sandwich was really delicious and also big enough to easily share. It did take a while before we got our drinks and food, but fortunately, it was absolutely worth the wait.

We came here for breakfast in two consecutive days, early Saturday morning and then early Sunday morning. Totally different experiences. First day the staff was lovely, quick and very attentive. Food was pretty good. That’s why we decided to go again. Second day was the opposite. We waited for 45 minutes for our food and had to remind them. Two ladies that were taking orders and bringing drinks were just chatting and not really bothering to ask if guests wanted another drink and avoided eye contact (god forbid you order something else and they have to work). Yet they also managed to bring wrong drinks. Too bad.

1. They quickly brought the menu, took the order, and served the food. 2. The food was very tasty and full of flavor. No further comments. 3. The atmosphere was fine. The tables felt a bit old-fashioned, although that did contribute to that typical Eindhoven vibe. Subjective, of course.

Best full English in town, and after fasting for a bloodtest, a nice big breakfast certainly hits the spot 😊

First visit in seven years, brunch did not disappoint!

We had a great time, a great welcome and the place is really relaxing.

I had the pancakes with blueberry compote and mascarpone and thought they were the best pancakes ever! The oat milk cappuccino was also delicious.

This breakfast spot is one of the best in Eindhoven. The service was excellent, and the location is great (very close to the station). We ordered a delicious mint tea, lemonade, a full English breakfast (delicious!), and two very tasty scones. I give it 5 stars.

Terrible experience! Extremely overpriced! They can't cook. Or serve. Or even seat you properly! Something as simple as toast was beyond they're comprehension??? I will never return here. It was just too bad. The food was disgusting and not cooked properly or even close to attempting that. Just warming something up is not cooking. Please learn what to do... Then learn what a recipe is... Most of all... Please look for a new job.

I'd especially like to commend the young staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling – they instantly created a wonderful atmosphere. The food was also absolutely fantastic. One plate contained a wonderfully fresh breakfast with a crispy croissant, bread, cheese, ham, fresh sprouts, and tomatoes, along with yogurt, muesli, and a little jam – simple, high-quality, and delicious. Everything looked fresh and appetizing. The sandwich was equally impressive: generously filled with arugula, tomato, creamy cheese, and pesto, freshly prepared, and simply delicious. You can tell that only fresh ingredients are used and everything is made with care. For us, breakfast was a complete success.

It was supposed to open at eight o'clock but only after half past eight. Then just open later if you can't make it. Also, the staff pointedly remarked that you had kept people waiting outside for half an hour and that they were all still standing there, unfortunately. Everything took a very long time. Staff talk loudly about customers behind the counter... not very polite... Hopeless and uncomfortable. Not recommended. Very disappointing because I had expected a lot from it. Food is good though. But indeed small portions, as several reviews already say.

I've been coming here since 6 years. I unfortunately have witnessed the decay of one of the best restaurants for breakfast in Eindhoven (and generally in the area). The ownership changed, and clearly the quality dropped drastically. The portions shrinked, such that you get out hungry, and the prices increased. The scrambled eggs were the best, and were a lot, now are average. I am disappointed, hope they'll change back the quality to their standard.

The food is great as always, but for the service I am very disappointed this time. This morning around 10 am, I was the first one to wait outside to be seated, then there coming one mother with 2 daughters they just cut in line and didn’t even wait, they came into the door in front of me, the staff directly arrange them and didn’t even take a look outside. So if no need to wait outside why place a board there, for the people who respect the rules but being seated after the people cut in line. What can I say? Am I not rude enough to fight for a seat?

Meneer De Boer really makes delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff. Their full english breakfast, breakfast schiacciata and pistachio croissants are a must try, my favourite. However they can spice the look up a bit. It had a bit of a classroom/cafeteria feel to it.

I have been coming here for a long time and I love the food, however I had a really bad experience with the staff recently. They brought my order and it was not what I ordered, which is okay and it happens. However multiple people working there were rude and they gave me really bad looks, as if it was my fault and now they have to fix it for me. I even told someone that if the food will go to waste, I am fine with eating it. She asked me again if I ordered what they initially gave me, I said no but I can take it. They proceeded to make my order again. In total I waited close to an hour, I saw two other same orders going to tables that came after me. However, the worst part is that I felt so uncomfortable the whole time that I rushed to eat my food and leave. I don’t think you should feel like this at a brunch place. I would like to mention that the person who initially took my order was kind and she apologized for the inconvenience at the end. It was not about what happened, but how the other people handled it. I am not sure if I will come again.

Great little place. Staff is kind, food is always good, and because there’s no groups larger than 4 people it’s quieter than some other spots. Everyone who serviced us was kind and the person cooking remade my eggs when there was bacon on them (I forgot to say no pork). Overall it’s good, only issue is the food takes a little while longer since it’s usually full in there but it’s worth it to me. Will be back again

Very good all day breakfast place, the full italian was great, and the pancakes were also very good, usually it's busy so a small wait for a table or your food can be expected. No need to order yourself at the bar anymore, nice touch.
