In one word HORRIBLE! Often enough bad experience, but this time I will NEVER come to mevlana again. Let's start with the BAD service! You ask for coals but arrive half an hour later. You get bad shishas of which 7/10 are not made properly and some are not even smokeable. When you enter you sit down but no one comes and helps you. Servers walk past you 5 times or they do not look at you or look the other way. In the meantime they do help other people. I do not recommend anyone to come here. Or you would like to experience it yourself. It is not even worth 1 star. Thank you mevlana because of your colleagues who did not help me I left and am now enjoying somewhere else. A nice gesture was that the staff came by to hand out extra meat. That was really to their credit. A small point of attention: the soup was on the salty side, while the Adana could have had a little more salt. Anyway, that can of course be difficult for a chef who doesn't taste anything during the day because of fasting. In short: highly recommended!

We ordered a mix grill for 2 people. but unfortunately the meat was served cold/lukewarm. In addition, the meat was very tough and not as tasty as we are used to from a good steak restaurant. The menu is quite limited. For example, I miss a hamburger or a saslik etc. A plus is that the mezze and salad served on the table are tasty. However, there are areas for improvement. The biggest loss for us is a children's corner! A play area with a small kitchen or a table with some toys would make a world of difference and wouldn't cost much. Hopefully something will be done about this in the future, because the restaurant certainly has potential!

Very nice corridor and atmosphere

I ordered food on Sunday for collection at 3:00 PM. I paid in advance and went to pick it up. The restaurant was closed, and I heard from people working next door that Mevlana doesn't open until 4:00 PM. I called them at 4pm to cancel my order and get my money back. On the phone they promised that the money would be refunded. After a week I called again and was again promised that the money would be refunded. A month has passed, but the money has still not been returned.
