FOOD IN HAIR!!! During my hotel stay, I ordered from there several times and was previously satisfied. Today, however, there was a hair on/in my pizza. When I called, they initially acted as if they didn't understand me. Even after a second call from the hotel, the employee was rude and accused us of lying. I attached a photo of the hair to my Google review and offered to send it via WhatsApp or email, but they ignored me. The customer service was disappointing. I will definitely not be ordering from there again and cannot recommend it.

It's hard for me to describe the experience. It wasn't a pleasant place. One group dominated the entire restaurant; it was impossible to hear each other. I felt like I was in a bar. Asking the staff for help didn't help. The prices outside were actually different from inside, comical. It was impossible to get a receipt.

My friend had to go along with his girlfriend and her father to eat out here. He was simply astonished by the environment in which the lowest echelons of our society get excited about an evening of dining. You can't expect much from an Italian establishment named Ciao Ciao (classy)—not very original, but I must give credit where credit is due—because the enormous flatscreen in the restaurant provided sufficient distraction for the people who were there.

The pasta was incredibly salty, inedible. Ordered a so-called mozzarella tomato salad; it is full of olives, which is not indicated anywhere. Had a screaming man on the phone.

The pasta carbonara was absolutely disgusting, the pizza was very mediocre and quite cold. The delivery driver didn't even speak. The only positive was that it didn't take too long. This was the first and last time I ordered from here.

A warm welcome from the kitchen upon arrival. The waitress was very friendly. It was clear she enjoyed her work. This created a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza and pasta were delicious. The lemon ice cream was delicious.

Incredibly antisocial. Paid €100 and only got small pizzas instead of large ones. The guy yelled at us. His wife was very sweet, but order here if you want to be ripped off.

Great place! I love coming here because the food is truly excellent. The pasta and pizza are both delicious, and I go here often. The value is excellent, as it's not expensive here. The only thing that could be improved is the service; it's not very professional, but for the price you pay, that's just okay.

I ordered from this place. When I walked in, it was immediately clear what kind of place this was. Despite the reasonable prices, they don't mind tidying up and wiping down the place every now and then. There was dust and dirt everywhere, even the order counter was sticky. I didn't see any mice, but judging by the holes in the wall, I assume they are. The owner also had a friendly tone. Furthermore, the pizza was black and hard. Something I'm usually okay with, but I'll never go back.

Delicious pizzas and friendly service, it feels like a family restaurant, and the prices are affordable. The restaurant is cleverly laid out, all the plants are real and thrive. It's definitely run by someone with a green thumb.

My sandwich was too hard and tough and tasteless. Just a mountain of arugula with a few slices of roast beef. I just had to pay for the sandwich I hadn't finished.

Went there for a quick lunch and I can say this place it’s truly an Italian gem in the Netherlands. We were 5 for lunch and all ordered pizzas, al of them just amazing. For desert, one of the best tiramisu that we’ve ever tried. 100% recommended.

I think other ratings are outdated, because I had the best pizza in a long time. Reminded me of my tme in Italy. The waitress didn't speak English well, but we still managed to understand each other. The atmosphere was amazing. I will definitely come back.

A menu hangs outside as a lure with prices they don't charge inside. Inside, you get a menu with much higher/double prices. According to the confronted and irritated owner, these are takeaway prices on the menu outside. This is absolutely an excuse and isn't mentioned anywhere on the yellowed menu (checked). We did eat it. The pizzas were otherwise fine. They have an Italian CD playing, but you can sense it's not right. Don't expect Italian staff. Pizza Doner is an option. That says it all... I say Ciao Ciao... no more... I'll go to a real Italian restaurant.

Ik bestelde de tortellini ricotta spinazie, en kreeg ravioli met shiitake. Toen ik aangaf dat dit niet is wat ik had besteld, kreeg ik te horen dat dit gewoon is wat het is, ook al staat het niet zo op de menukaart. Ik mag geen paddestoelen eten dus daar had ik niets aan, en ze hebben me er alsnog voor laten betalen.

I ordered the ricotta spinach tortellini and was given shiitake ravioli. When I pointed out that wasn't what I'd ordered, I was told that's what it is, even though it's not listed on the menu. I can't eat mushrooms, so they were useless, and they still charged me for it.

There's a sign on the sidewalk that 26cm takeaway pizzas cost €5.99, but this appears to be a starting price. We canceled the order.

Never ever to order the" Chao Chao" pasta, because it tastes like Thai style chow mein.

Pizza was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Came on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy and service was good. Stumbled upon this place while walking to find somewhere to eat and I'm glad we didn't look at the reviews and rating for the place because we might have missed it!

Fast and doesn't mind no bookings

Not recommended. I have never seen such rude staff in my life. We arrived at 9pm and they let us sit down without any problems. Then at 9.50pm they told us they were closing (I was still finishing my pizza) the waitress was pissed off with everyone and answered with condescension. She came to the table while I was eating to tell me they had to close in 5 minutes and we had to leave. I went to the bathroom and she came to change, the other colleagues brought the delivery bikes inside, put on their coats and started to turn everything off. It doesn't seem right to me, if they were about to close they could have told us and we wouldn't have come in. They could have avoided being so rude though. By the way it's not really nice that you speak English and they speak to you in Dutch, they pretend to be an Italian restaurant which they clearly aren't. Pizza that seemed frozen. High prices for the quality. Never again :)

The pasta is not Italian, but Asian. The chef is not Italian. It is a very unauthentic restaurant.

We stayed two minutes away at the Bridges House Hotel (also highly recommended!). The truffle pasta was particularly delicious. The service was good, friendly, and quick. The espresso was also delicious.

Went there for a quick lunch and I can say this place it’s truly an Italian gem. We order pizzas, all of them very good. To finish the meal the best tiramisu I’ve ever tried in my life. The lady serving us was also very nice. Must try if you’re around the city.

I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd, but unfortunately received the wrong dish. I decided to call the restaurant to resolve this. To my surprise I got on the phone with a very unfriendly owner, who immediately started shouting and claiming that I had received the correct dish. After some discussion he realized that a mistake had indeed been made and promised to send the correct dish. Unfortunately, the wrong dish was delivered again on the second delivery.

Won't go back,ripped off.3yr old just wanted plain spaghetti or pasta,got a small bowl of cheap pasta and charged €9.99 and was then charged apple juice the same price for a bottle of peroni. Didn't like the service we got

The delivery was super fast, but the pizzas were blackened on the bottom, which made the entire pizza taste burnt. The toppings were thrown on haphazardly and the hawaii pizza looked really sparse. For €16 per pizza it was certainly not worth it and not worth repeating.

This is arguably one of the better Italian restaurants in Delft, at least for pasta. The food was absolutely tasty, and the ambience was nice. While the service was good, there was a bit of translation challenges into English, but nothing major.

From the beginning it seemed like a nice place But as we ordered more it became more worse! Last time we ordered pasta polo crème but they made something with bacon instead of chicken Probably workers don’t speak even English (weird because people specially in restaurants need to know at least the basics) And restaurant was not busy (we were only customers for that moment)

Absolutely terrible. Pizza is low quality, no effort put in a recipe. Fast food quality. Disgrace to position this as an Italian. Service is terrible. They didn’t attend the table. Then the waiter just got dressed and left the restaurant without taking our order without telling her colleagues to attend the table. Pizza arrived unsliced. We asked to slice and they didn’t cut it through. They brought nonalcoholic beer, which is not what we asked for. Upon exchange they just put the lid on opened beer and put it back in the fridge

Terrible. The pasta is cooked from frozen, and our lasagne arrived frozen solid in the middle after having to wait 25 mins after the first dish came out for our party until everyone else got theirs and was able to eat. Too many men in the kitchen doing nothing but reheating frozen pasta and throwing a pizza in a oven and they couldn't even get that right. Avoid this place at all costs. If the Italians knew how bad this place was they would send in their nonnnas to close it down

A simple and almost tasty pizza. Highly recommended for students and people who come to visit Delft. The pizza I would recommend most is the Diavola, a simple masterpiece of the kitchen, incredibly tasty after a long day of studying.
