Milos in Wijk 40 Wateringse Veld

Ik had een teleurstellende ervaring in dit restaurant. Na het eten van het mixed grill kreeg ik binnen enkele uur(en) ernstige maagklachten, zoals misselijkheid, braken en buikpijn. Het is niet helemaal zeker dat het door het eten daar kwam, maar gezien het warme weer lijkt het mogelijk dat het voedsel niet goed bewaard werd, wat de oorzaak zou kunnen zijn. Ik raad het restaurant aan om extra aandacht te besteden aan de juiste opslag en bereiding van voedsel, vooral tijdens warmere periodes, zodat dergelijke situaties in de toekomst voorkomen kunnen worden. Veiligheid en hygiëne zouden altijd voorop moeten staan

We went without a reservation, we were helped very nicely and were given a nice spot. Very friendly and helpful staff. And deliciously tender meat with soft flavors.

Eten was qua smaak prima, alleen hoeveelheid en wat je er voor betaald kloppen niet helemaal. Jammer genoeg moesten wij ook elke keer vragen aan de bediening voor drankjes ipv dat ze naar ons toekwamen. Er zat plastic in het eten, helaas geen compensatie ervoor gehad.. Al met al een tegenvaller, helaas..

Zo nu en dan bestellen wij bij dit restaurant maar dit keer was dat voor het laatst. Meestal is het eten wel ok, maar er ontbreekt altijd wel wat. En bestel geen stokbrood los, want je krijgt vier flinter dunne plakjes voor 2,50 euro!!! Klagen heeft geen zin, want daar wordt helaas niets mee gedaan. Zo wacht ik inmiddels een week op een excuus of liever nog een compensatie maar helaas. Dan maar een review.

The food is good when you get it. The prices are reasonable for a Greek restaurant. The service can certainly be better. We ate here several times and each time we missed one to several (main) courses. No excuses, no compensation and it even goes so far that it is on the receipt to pay. You have to pay close attention to what and how much you eat and drink, because with us the receipt was wrong every time. Will I go here again....NO NOT AGAIN. They don't learn it and I'm tired of it.

We komen hier regelmatig. Maar in de loop der jaren zie je het restaurant minder worden. Geen kraanwater meer maar niet duurzame flessen water. Geen karaf wijn meer. Maar flessen wijn. Dat de gerechten duurder worden is begrijpelijk. Porties worden steeds kleiner. Is de spanakopita en feta saganaki zelf gemaakt? Ik denk het niet. Sfeer is meestal erg gemoedelijk en tafels staan niet dicht op elkaar. Jammer dat de kwantiteit en kwaliteit niet vastgehouden wordt.

Chicken fillet dish, delicious, good piece of meat, tasty and not overly seasoned. Service, in English, does its best to understand Dutch, could certainly be smoother. Drink, 2nd round takes a very long time. Adjusted mayonnaise was not brought at all.

We ordered food on August 4. The food seemed to have been reheated. With the minced meat you could, among other things, smash a window. We have sent an email with our experience (because things can go wrong) which is simply ignored! That's just annoying. None of the responses are truly professional.

We ordered 2 different complete menus with different types of meat as 2 couples, which were served on a large platter. When we asked the waitress what belonged to which menu, we received the answer that she did not know and that we had ordered it that way!! ! Total ....... we ate it and divided it among ourselves as we suspected, but they will NEVER see us here again, quality reasonable, quantity well ... also for this price it really should have been better and more its........in a word, too bad!

Lekker eten bij Milos, wij komen hier regelmatig. Voorgerecht was overheerlijk, kalamaris was echt top, zeer goed van smaak en een goed gevuld bord helemaal niks mis mee! Daarna het hoofdgerecht.... we hadden een Ouzoschotel en een Giros schotel het gerecht wat helaas lauw en zoals vaker in reviews is geschreven ook vrij weinig de Souflaki was erg klein aan een pen geregen echt jammer het was echt te klein, de smaak was verder goed daar lag het niet aan. De patat was ook niet echt warm en het rijst bolletje wat er standaard bij zit was hard en droog er zat helaas totaal geen smaak aan, jammer, meestal lekker smeuïg . Kreeg sterk het gevoel dat het te lang heeft gestaan voordat het werd opgediend. Mijn vrouw zei ook al erg lauw het gerecht! we hadden honger er willen er verder geen stampei over maken in een volle zaak. Wel het bord helemaal leeg gegeten omdat de smaak verder goed is maar nogmaals je betaald een hoop geld voor een voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht maar zoals vaker in reviews aangegeven voor een wat grote eter is het gewoon te weinig. Ondanks dat de smaak helemaal goed is vinden wij het echt jammer dat het hoofdgerecht vrij weinig is en erg jammer dat het lauw was, is in het verleden zeker beter geweest. Wij komen helaas voorlopig niet meer en kijken over een tijdje wel weer of het veranderd is.

Vriendelijk personeel maar ze komen weinig langs, dus maar 1x drinken kunnen bestellen en naar de bar gelopen om te betalen, aangezien er geen bediening langs kwam. Het eten was oke. Ik heb het beter gehad in andere Griekse restaurants.

Gister wezen eten bij Milos. We hadden kip besteld. De kip was niet goed gaar. Vervolgens terug gestuurd naar de keuken. Hetzelfde stukje kip hebben zij weer op de grill gelegd, wat wij niet erg vonden. Vervolgens is het stukje kip nog steeds niet goed. Er kwam slijm vanaf. Dit aangegeven bij het afrekenen gaf de serveerster aan dat dit vet is. Dit was het niet en dit ook aangegeven. De manier waar hiermee is omgegaan vind ik niet oke. Ik zal hier niet meer terugkomen.

No culinary delights, but generous tasty portions and plenty of side dishes. Cozy and suitable for all target groups. Unfortunately, I found the wine (Verdejo) substandard and a 7 euro bottle of water disproportionate. Shame!

Wow! Often have it delivered to your home during the corona period. Now we took the plunge and went to our "neighbors" for a nice meal! And honestly it exceeded all our expectations, what a nice modern but still real Greek restaurant! Greeted upon arrival with a real ouzo, the atmosphere and ambiance are simply great! The whole team just makes you feel like you're really "out"! They are all very interested and come to have a chat as if they have known you for years. Super homely and as the catering industry is meant to be. And the food... OMG here, 0.0 is cut back on portions, and that's just keeping an eye on what the customer means by a pleasant evening of dining out! Our compliments for this! (and if you can't finish it, you can take it with you) The metaxa flambe top! Cherry liqueur top! Great to hear the history of Milo's and that they are absolutely not a one-hit wonder when it comes to catering experience, but you really notice that! We thought it was a great experience, partly because the 17-year-old who works there just comes to your table to chat and is genuinely interested! But that applies to everyone who gives 100 percent there every day! You won't be able to get rid of us hahah see you soon!

I place an order at 3:15 PM. With the request that we would like to receive the order at 6:00 PM. When I call at 6:25 PM and it's not ready yet. The lady on the phone had to ask the cook when the food would be ready. It would take at least another 25 minutes before it would be ready. The excuse was it's busy. I don't think a Greek dish takes 2:45 hours to prepare.

De afgelopen jaren regelmatig teleurgesteld. Maar ik kan niets anders zeggen, nu voor de 2e keer aangenaam verrast!!! Voor ons op loopafstand en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Interieur vernieuwd, adequate bediening, vriendelijk personeel, geen uren wachten op een gerecht, enz. We gaan zeker terug. Fijn zo’n restaurant in de buurt. Milos heeft zich bij ons op de kaart gezet.

Sinds lange tijd weer een keer bij Milos gegeten. blijft een geweldige zaak met super aardig personeel en een goede keuken. na de verbouwing is de inrichting nog gezelliger dan voorheen. de porties zijn ruim en zeker niet gierig. De prijzen zijn redelijk.

i tried the food in Milos first which is close my home. I chose the medium rare lamb shank, The chef cooked it very good, more the juicy and it is very fresh. Not many Dutch restaurants do good lamb chops, I recommend trying their cuisine. It would be even more perfect if the matching red wine could be improved a bit. I will lead my family to taste other options again. The environment is also good.

Heerlijk gegeten, vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam voor mijn tante van 88.

Het was weer heerlijk, altijd een fijne gezellige sfeer. Snelle aardige/lieve bediening. Ondanks dat we dit keer niet gereserveerd hadden en het aardig vol was, nog steeds zeer vriendelijk geholpen.

Eten is altijd lekker en goed. Vriendelijk service en een gezellige sfeer. Wij komen hier graag. Zou wel reserveren.

Wel vaker besteld bij milos was alijd wel goed, alleen laatste keren oude slappe patat erbij, porties worden wel erg klein, met een patmos maar een half broodje gyros kunnen maken. 2 schotels bestellen en 1 patat en 1 bakje rijst krijgen. T gaat btje achteruit allemaal. De consistentie. Eten wel lekker
