Mimi’s place in Delfshaven

Strange people working here. Especially the guy with too much gel in his hair. A weirdo, good at talking nonsense, but he works reluctantly. And you can see that reflected in his behavior. It's a real shame, because employees like that don't make a second visit.

I come here regularly and am actually always satisfied. The food is tasty, the fries are well-cooked, and you can tell that attention is paid to quality. Whether you choose regular fries or Raspatat, it is always good. What I also like is that the selection is very extensive. In addition to the well-known snacks and various vegetarian options, they also have burgers, snack boxes, and even kapsalons. So there is something for everyone. Additionally, you can also get an ice cream or a Slush Puppy, which is a nice extra, especially on warm days. Even a bottle of wine is an option, something you don't come across at every snack bar. The place is tidy and you have various options. You can eat inside in peace, pick up your order, or simply have it delivered if you don't feel like going out. That makes it very convenient. The staff is friendly and orders are usually prepared quickly. Even when it is a bit busier, everything runs smoothly. All in all, this is a snack bar I will happily keep coming back to. Good quality, a wide selection, and various ways to order or eat make it one of the better snack bars in the area for me. Definitely recommended if you're in the mood for a good meal or just some tasty fries with a snack.

Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I ordered nasi goreng from your restaurant. Since then, I've been having stomach problems, which worries me about the quality of the food. Furthermore, the woman who helped me was very unfriendly. I hope you take my complaint seriously and do something about it, both in terms of customer service and the quality of the food.

Unable to reach the delivery person by phone, they couldn't speak a word of Dutch. They asked for my address but didn't understand. And €34 for barely any fries, and everything was cold. I will never order from them again. What a rude awakening.
