Delicious food and friendly staff! From the outside, the restaurant looks small, but the back is much more spacious than you'd expect, including an upstairs area. It's just a five-minute walk from the Hoog Catharijne parking garage. Definitely worth a visit! 🥰

We'd seen many great photos and videos of this place, but nothing could be further from the truth. The quality of the food was extremely poor; many hot dishes were cold. Furthermore, most of the staff didn't say a word. The Heineken was gone before 8 PM on a Friday night, the wine glasses were filled to the bare minimum, and you have to drink soda from your water glass without ice. Not worth the money and not recommended.

Food is buffet quality. Not bad but not great. Waited like 20mins for our beers. Was there on a Friday night and had to wait 15mins past our reservation time outside. Loud volume and hectic environment.

The food was delicious. Most of the staff were friendly, but there were also some who didn't say anything and looked quite angry. We were seated near the entrance, where it was very drafty because the door was often open due to the long queue. We had a reservation for 6:30 and were able to go straight to our seats, but we saw people waiting for half an hour even though they had reservations. The atmosphere wasn't quite right; it almost felt like we were in a waiting room. Also, half an hour before our closing time, someone came up to us to tell us we could only order one more round. We felt completely dismissed, even though we were actually expecting to be sitting quietly for two hours. I didn't feel comfortable with that.

We had made a reservation for 8:00 PM, and when we arrived, there was a line outside. We ended up waiting outside in the rain for 20 minutes until our table was available. They were clearly understaffed. The food was excellent, as you would expect from an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Super friendly staff and good food. A really nice, atmospheric setting. I was a bit surprised that there was no one at the entrance, but apparently they have a very large section further back in the restaurant!

Truly fantastic!! The food was truly delicious. Ordering and serving were incredibly fast. The atmosphere is a bit robotic, though, and I understand the busyness and fast pace of work. You kind of take that for granted.

Skip the late shifts on weekends. We made a reservation for 8pm and only got a seat 30mins past our reservation. Of course the kitchen still closed at 10pm so we had to rush ordering food, since it was so busy. It was way too crowded, staff was running, very much understaffed, and the wrong food or less/more than you ordered was given.

I ate here for the first time. After reading the reviews, I had mixed feelings, but once inside, the staff was super friendly. We were allowed to choose our own seats. The food is delicious, just like at any all-you-can-eat restaurant. It was delivered quickly, and the table was well-maintained. I had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. If I have to be as picky as others, my only complaint would be that the drinks are served without ice. Otherwise, it's a truly great place.

Probably the only decent all-you-can-eat Japanese spot in Utrecht. From the interior design to the friendly staff, everything’s on point. Food arrives quickly (like in seconds) and tastes great. Highly recommended.

After waiting an hour and requesting our drinks twice, we finally received them without an apology. Only after we pointed this out did we finally receive an apology, but no compensation. Not nice... Compensation wasn't our goal, but it would have been appropriate in this situation. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and we have to have our drinks on the table within 10 minutes. If this doesn't work, we apologize and explain why.

Don't order online!! Waited 2 hours and eventually canceled the order.

Definitely don't order online!! They blame home delivery, and after waiting an hour and a half, employee M. says she doesn't see an order. Even though we received a confirmation!! You call them, and they just hang up!! Called multiple times and hung up every time.

The food is great. The service is even better... Fast and delicious. Highly recommended!

A nice restaurant in a good location. The staff is a bit rushed and clearly not all equally experienced. Using a phone or tablet to order doesn't necessarily detract from the atmosphere, but it does here, as the staff quickly prepare the food and rush through. Plate collections are infrequent. Too much of the menu requires an extra charge.

We arrived with a good first impression. The food was fine, but they often added a strange sauce, and when we asked for adjustments, little could be done. After the second round, we had to wait over 20 minutes. When we asked why, they said it was due to a malfunction, which we completely understood. They then took our order on paper but didn't write down the dishes correctly. We also ordered a large bottle of water, and after repeatedly requesting it, we never received it, nor the round they had "written down." This did give us extra time, but still, because of the lost time, we couldn't order more rounds and couldn't fully enjoy the rest of the evening, as we had to catch a train. The table was also poorly maintained; empty dishes were often not collected or overlooked. We were at a table close to the door, and it was very cold every time the door opened.

The food here was delicious. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the sloppy service. Several times we received things we hadn't ordered, or things we hadn't received... it was completely wrong. Otherwise, it's a good place.

Made a last-minute reservation, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and served quickly. The only downside is the Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola.

Upon arrival, the three of us wanted to sit at a round table. However, we were told that this table was meant for six people and therefore unavailable. We then tried to find a seat at another table, but were again told that it was meant for a different number of people, even though there seemed to be plenty of room. Finally, we were led to a row of tables along the wall, which wasn't a problem in itself. However, we noticed that these tables were mainly occupied by guests with a visible cultural diversity—including ourselves. As it got busier, a pattern seemed to emerge where this particular group of guests were all placed on the same side of the restaurant. This felt uncomfortable and exclusionary, as if certain groups were being kept separate from the rest of the guests. We raised our concerns about this with the staff, but unfortunately, they were not taken seriously and were even denied. This made the experience even more painful. Given this treatment, we will definitely not be returning.

Nice for a one-time visit. Lots of food, something for everyone. It was very busy, so it was noisy.

Their grill is where it's really at, nice ambiance and fun vibes overall, I recommend the sweet potato sushi

The place is good and quite spacious, I was glad to visit it. What I missed there was a better service - we asked 2 times to bring ginger and wassabi (it was not on the table), but we didn't get it in the end... The table next to us also had the same. The design of the place isnice, that actually caught my attention. There it is extremely busy, better to book a table in advance. Be careful also with an app where you order, as it's very sensitive on touches. You may order something you don't intend to. Overall a good experience with a small lack of better food and service quality.

All you can eat Sushi. You get what you paid for. Drinks not included and since you abuse that free Soy sauce, the bill will add up.

We had another delicious meal. We also go to other restaurants, but they don't compare to Mojo. Mojo remains our number one. They've added new dishes to the menu. So delicious! It's also great that they have halal meat, so there's something for everyone ♥️

I ordered here late in the evening, but within opening hours, and only received a notification an hour later that the order had been canceled. By then, of course, other restaurants were already closed, and we were left without dinner. Just cancel right away next time, or set your closing time earlier if you're not going to make it.

Ive come here multiple times, either for deliveries or to sit down myself. Youll spend about 45€ per person if you do minimal drinks. Theyve got an amazing variety of dishes that you honestly need to try all of it. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It was a perfect dinner. First of all, the restaurant looks very beautiful inside, the music is great, and the staff is very friendly. Secondly, the food was absolutely delicious, especially the dumplings, but the sushi and everything else was also great. The service was very fast, and we were very satisfied. The food is really good and if you go for all you can eat option you get to try a lot of things from the menu. I really enjoyed the sushi options and the matcha ice cream even though I’m not a fan of the matcha taste. I recommend to go with a large group so you can enjoy a really fun meal.

A fantastic experience at Mojo Kitchen in Amsterdam! Don't be fooled by the exterior – the interior is spacious and atmospheric. The food was delicious and ready incredibly quickly. The staff is super friendly and positive. We accidentally ordered twice, and even when a staff member was already holding the extra food, they canceled it without any hassle. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended!

On July 4th, I ate at Mojo Japanese Kitchen for the first time. I'm familiar with the concept and have often eaten at Tatsu Leidschendam and Sumo. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly. I've seen things differently at other restaurants. The service is friendly and usually explains what they're bringing. Very pleasant. The food is excellent. I was able to try many new dishes that I haven't seen at other restaurants. I also appreciate ordering with a QR code. You can easily see what everyone has ordered, preventing confusion. The restrooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend it.

The place is incredible, the decoration and the service are really good. The food is delicious and we managed to hace dinner in 1 hr with everything. My only comment is that if you are already paying the all you can eat + drinks I don’t see the problem to have tap water.

MOJO is definitely a must for everyone. They really take the customers into account and the service is really great. You can really taste the freshness of the food! The atmosphere is also very cozy and the restaurant looks very neat. My waitress Rama made sure we had a very nice experience!

The manager (a Chinese woman) is absolutely not customer friendly. I ordered a mocktail that was undrinkable for me and no other drink could be gotten for me. She did not think along with me but rather asked why I did not like it and that she did not understand what I did not like about it. Then she started asking all the customers left and right of me if they liked the mocktail in a loud voice to make a point. In any case, the customer is not king here. The last time for me.

As always super delicious food. I have been coming here for a long time and am therefore a regular customer. The good reviews are not for nothing. It is always fresh and super tasty. Of all the sushi restaurants in the area, Mojo is by far the tastiest. The mocktail pinky rose is my favorite drink together with the cream cheese salmon sushi. Even on busy evenings the food and drinks always come very quickly. The owner is an incredibly sweet and hardworking woman. If you want a cozy and nice evening Mojo is really the best place in Utrecht to eat sushi. Definitely recommended!

We just had a super mocktail! (PinkyRose) It was delicious and the owner was so sweet. We come here often and it is always very delicious. Haiyan (the owner) is so hospitable and she is a really nice person! Nice place, fast food, cozy atmosphere and good quality.

We decided to try this place because of the many positive reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed. The atmosphere and interior are not bad (although we visited during a hot day and the restaurant (or the area where we got seated) was not airconditioned so it was not pleasant). The staff is also very nice! However, it was the food that was a disappointment. Everything we tried was mediocre at best and some times just bad. A lot of the dishes were deep fried for no reason (I have tried the same dishes elsewhere and were not fried) and others are tasteless or low quality. I think there are much better options in the area, so wouldn’t recommend this place..

I ordered at 21:56, while the kitchen doesn't close until 22:00. Everything seemed to go well, payment made, order approved and it said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. And suddenly it was cancelled. If you don't accept anything after a certain time, please clearly indicate this on the site. Now I paid, received nothing and I'm without food. I want my money back.

Worst restaurant ever, ordered food via uber eats and never got food, then contacted the restaurant and I was supposedly allowed to pick up food at the restaurant while I had to wait for 3 hours and had also paid delivery costs and once I got to the restaurant I was asked to pay double and in the end I didn't get any food!!! Eating here is okay, the food is great, really good, you just get full very quickly. The service alone...yes that was something, the food was put down without saying anything, we had someone with us with a severe allergy and even though she had a separate QR code, her food was placed everywhere on the table, making it more like Russian roulette, which was a shame. Yes, the food came within a few minutes, and in the beginning it was super nice, until we found out that this was more because they wanted us away than really service. To end this review on a positive note, it was nice how we were helped when we had questions, which was very nice

My favourite japanese restaurant in Utrecht. Even though it is an all-you-can-eat place, dishes are really tasty. Sushis are well prepared. I try to visit here as much as possible. The only topic that they can improve themselves is desserts. More options with chocolade please.
