Johan Zhao is the best employee ever. He is always quick to deliver and always with a smile. He earns a bonus on his salary.

The poke bowls here are really tasty and they are not stingy with the toppings at all. The gyozas are also great; not too greasy but just perfect. The delivery was also very fast

No place to eat, but a nice atmosphere

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address on the online order, but they refunded me anyway, even though they already prepared the food and brought it at that address, this was really nice of them! Thanks

Ordered on New Year's Eve, accidentally entered incorrectly upon collection. After a short call it was changed and within half an hour we had our dishes. Great sushi, perfect service! Highly recommended!

It is extremely silly that an awesome restaurant ignores all the request to deliver food to our building. The building is even closer to what you deliver, but just because it’s a new building you haven’t added it your system. You are excluding 600 apartment from your market, and that is a pure loss!

Never order here. Delivery time is more than 2 hours, but they promise you that they will be there in 10 minutes. The phone is now no longer answered.

I ordered from I Love Sushi Utrecht last month for a company event for a group of 25+ people. At first, I was hesitant due to other reviews that the food didn't arrive on time. However, I contacted them 2 days in advance to plan the order - communication was good, they sent regular updates and food got delivered on time. Everyone in our group also liked and said the sushi was nice! Definitely going to order again. P.S. we also got some freebies!

In all honesty excellent service! They forgot to add the wasabi to our order, but after a phone call it was resolved and they delivered it within 20 minutes (as promised on the line!). Top!

If you order from somewhere else you have done a BIG mistake. The food is amazing; quality is super nice. Portion is more than enough and I eat ALOT so the portion is perfectly fine. Staff are amazing. People who answer the calls are really nice. Delivery personal is amazing fast and respectful. I order twice a week from this place and I won't stop. You Rock

As a German tourist, the sushi was very tasty! I particularly enjoyed the No. 20, No. 25 and No. 69. I recommended it to my godchild.

Crappy tent. Sushi is not delivered on time. The telephone is not answered if you want to inquire when your food will finally arrive.

When a mistake was made with our order due to an allergy, we received a good amount of extra sushi as compensation for the wait. Nice surprise and friendly guests who work there!

Overall nice fresh sushi, but lousy delivery! Called after 1 hour and 15 minutes, the delivery person was about to leave, would arrive in 20 minutes (according to Google, 20 minutes walking, 6 minutes cycling). 45 minutes later (total 2 hours) finally delivered

After something went wrong with the order, we had to contact you by telephone. Friendly employee who immediately looked after me and offered a good solution. Always delicious fresh sushi, definitely worth ordering!

My go to place for Sushi in Utrecht!! Prices are good and service is top notch. And yes, extremely polite people working here.

For me this is one of the best takeaway sushi’s Utrecht. I order from here at least once a week and it never disappoints. Their rice is made well and their portions of fish are generous. They have good value for money and I’ve never had a problem with delivery times so far. Only downside is their last order is at 8.30 pm.

Delicious sushi! Every time again. They think along with you (when the gentleman saw that I had bicycle keys in my hand, he put an extra sturdy bag around the first bag so that nothing could fall out) and if you place a large order, you are lucky to get seaweed and delicious soy beans! You delivery drivers could learn to just cycle on the road or a cycle path and not ride in front of people on the sidewalk. If I didn't pull over I would be hit on the sidewalk.

It took two hours for the order to arrive instead of 45 minutes, and then it turned out that the order was not complete and that there were no chopsticks included..

Having to wait almost two hours for an order, worthless...

Good food, but unfortunately this is the third time we have experienced a delivery person with the motivation to lick my vest. Waited an hour and a half and received the answer that the gentleman cannot call because he has no calling credit.

Not to be trusted. After waiting more than an hour, I call to ask where my order is; The gentleman indicates that the order was on its way, but that they turned around halfway because it was a bit too dirty again. But they also forgot to pass that on... inbelievebel didn't know what I heard... no no for me this tent.

Tasted good & very nice service

I ordered sashimi and sushi, sushi was tasty, but sashimi quality was poor. Tuna was not fresh (it was broken, fresh tuna should not be broken). It is dangerous to eat non-fresh raw fish!!!!!

Ordered 2 x tasty and fresh sushi. Good prices and nice offers. A nice and friendly group of young people work in the store. Delivery was very fast.....and on his bicycle. Top! Definitely come back.

Dirty sushi, about half as long as normal sushi. Soggy rice with very small pieces of fish. Tuna that looks so old I didn't dare eat it. Very poor price/quality ratio.
