Modest Asian Fusion restaurant with delicious food and friendly service.

The good: -Some of the best sushi I've ever had. The Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll and Ebi Avocado Rolls were some of the best I've ever had. -What was lacking in the digital ordering system's ability to order items was made up for thanks to the staff. The staff was very friendly, they basically did everything we asked for, with precision and speed. -The sushi arrived extremely fast! The bad: -My wife has always wanted, and successfully ordered a Ginger Ale with her sushi at other restaurants, unfortunately, after a check, the stock seemed depleted, whilst we don't know the exact reason, stock management would seem easy enough at a restaurant. The white wine she had instead apparently wasn't up to par. -The ordering process, physical menu and digital menus we're unclear. On the physical menu, some rolls mentioned consisting of 4 pieces, whilst others didn't mention their amounts. Since this is an a-la-carte restaurant, we didn't know if we could order sushi in waves, or if we had to order everything ahead of time; fortunately, waves were the norm. -Orderable items didn't have numbers, therefore it was often difficult to 'cross-reference' or 'map' what my wife wanted me to order. -Certain items on the physical menu didn't exist on the digital one, things like, Sashimi, and there was another item, but I forgot which one. -Ordered items often didn't arrive, when checking the order, they weren't registered either. Luckily they weren't charged either. These items included: Ebi Temaki and Wakame Salad. All in all, great restaurant that could use some attention to detail. We almost packed our bags to go to our usual, an all-you-can-eat. In the end it was average, a solid 3. Thanks for the good time!

I had a delicious meal there about a month ago! I was just about to order some sushi and saw that you were last open 2 days ago (what a shame!). I enjoyed it very much and will not soon forget the positive experience :). I just wanted to say that.

Ordered via the website (in the afternoon). The food arrived more than 45 minutes late. Instead of 19:00, I could only eat around 20:00. We had asked at 19:15 where the delivery person was. Then it was reported that he was on his way. Then 30 minutes later is really much too late (since it is about a 10-minute walk from my house) and there are not many stars left for the service. The sushi was quite tasty and also perfect in terms of size. However, the chicken skewers were cold. The sticks, wasabi and soy were neatly included, although it seemed a bit small at first, but that was not too bad in the end. Unfortunately, I did not get the impression that I had imagined based on other reviews. Too bad, because it cost me a sloppy 60 euros.

BEST sushi in Utrecht!! Avoid all the 'all you can eat' playgrounds, go to Wang! Not the nicest restaurant, but the service is really nice and the sushi is great! Recommendations; sake sashimi, spicy tuna roll, rainbow roll and ikura sake roll. Bis bald!!

Food is great. The chef is a top man and the owner makes all the sushi himself, really wow. I will definitely come back!!!

Food was fine. Waitresses do not know what they are serving and answer a question with "I don't know" and do not ask in the kitchen. Free edamame beans and free vegetables are nice, so I also eat more vegetables. Sushi is tasty with little rice. Yakitori is usually topped with chili and can be a bit spicy. Noodles tasty. Menu is only text without photos, so we ordered everything via QR code, which doesn't work very well, but you can order at your leisure.

Delicious fresh sushi made and served with attention and love. No question was too much for the friendly waiter. So much more fun and tastier than the All you can Eat sushis. No waste and consciously choose what you want. Good price-quality ratio. Super mochi with mango-passion fruit ice cream. Even got a roll of the house Tori Chicken Roll. Delicious. Too bad it wasn't busy and actually only takeaway/delivery. Unjustified, because at the other busy places in the same street I am sure that you cannot expect the same price and service quality.

Posto tranquillo sia per una cena a due che per famiglie; va bene anche per una cena da soli. Il personale è gentile e premuroso. I piatti sono preparati al momento e il sushi viene preparato in un banco apposito in sala e non arriva dalla cucina come gli altri piatti. Pesce crudo alla giusta temperatura per poter apprezzare bene il sapore.

Eigenlijk gewoon de beste sushi in heel Utrecht. Altijd supervers, goed op smaak, en naast de sushi ook diverse heerlijke bijgerechten die de moeite waard zijn. Kom hier nu al een paar jaar om af te halen, en de kwaliteit is standaard heel hoog gebleven. Twijfel je nog over welk sushi restaurant je moet kiezen, aarzel dan niet, en bestel een keer bij Sushi Wang! Daarna hoef je niet meer naar een ander sushi restaurant meer. Heerlijk!

The sushi is of great quality and they know how to prepare it gluten-free. They told me they clean everything and use different utensils to prepare the sushi. They also have gluten-free soy sauce. I am celiac, had no symptoms the next day, and had a great evening. Totally recommend!

Sushi was goed, helaas geen all you can eat meer, wat nergens terug te lezen is. Ook jammer dat bijna helft van de dumplings van de kaart zijn gehaald.

Oprecht een lekker restaurant. Tot februari zijn ze nog een All you can eat, ik zou 100% aanraden om te gaan. De enige minpunt was dat de rijst nog wat langer gekookt kon worden. Maar de smaakcombinaties en texturen zijn echt geweldig. Als je een passie hebt voor sushi dan is dit een hele goede optie! Sfeer is leuk, draaien leuke muziek, bediening en chef waren ook zeer vriendelijk.

Lekker eten en lieve service, goeie kwaliteit vis en lekkere sushi. Helaas weinig keus qua warm eten!

Wow! Yesterday we had the most amazing, tasty sushi. We tried as much as we could and there was not a single sushi dish I did not like. I even liked the sushi with mango and I am not even a particular mango fan. They serve your order quite fast too! The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly as well. This place deseverves more costumers tbh… a hidden gem in Utrecht. We will be returning.

Wij halen bij Sushi Wang ongeveer 2 keer per maand onze sushi en wij vinden het super lekker!! Verse ingrediënten, sushi is geweldig, kipsate is heerlijk en ook de edamame is top. Wij vinden het een aanrader! Anders kwamen we er ook niet elke keer terug!!

Degelijk sushi restaurant met vriendelijke en attente bediening. Het eten zelf is ook dat: degelijk, lekker, maar niet echt iets bijzonders. Er zijn betere plaatsen om sushi te eten, en het bestellen met een QR code werkt ook niet vlekkeloos aangezien je steeds één of twee telefoons op de webpagina moet houden. Dedicated tablets of uitwisbare ophaalmenu's werken toch net wat beter. Persoonlijke favoriet waren toch de warme rijst en kip gerechten, het proberen zeker waard.

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten bij Sushi Wang. Het is een klein, schattig tentje. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, het concept werd uitgelegd en de bedieningen was vlot. Speciaal complimenten naar de jongen met de zwarte bril, hij was echt erg vriendelijk! De sushi was opvallend lekker en smaakvol, overal was het schoon en opgeruimd. Al met al, een goede ervaring, en het is zeker een aanrader.

Vroeger was dit een heel lekker sushi restaurant maar het is nu helemaal veranderd. Andere kaart, andere gerechten. Echt absoluut niet lekker meer. Wij gaan hier niet meer naartoe. Jammer!

Een knus en gezellig restaurant. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het eten was prima. Niet heel speciaal maar wel echt lekker en smaakvol.

Hebben heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was vreselijk. Drinken wordt op tafel gezet, eten zonder enige uitleg. Ontvangst was helemaal triest, meisje wisselt van tafel naar tafel, kan amper contact maken met klant. Staat beetje bijzonder te grinniken en geeft een uitleg over een app waarvan ze niet weet welke etc. Dus kortom meisje nieuwe training geven of gewoon ander werk en zorg dat de ontvangst goed is. Eten is ontzetten lekker dus door zo’n iemand bij de deur zou je bijna niet meer gaan. Succes
