The service was very unpleasant, the woman selling the food was very dissatisfied with us ordering anything to eat, and secondly, she didn't speak English!!!!! The toilet was in a very bad condition, it was terrible.

Charges highway restaurant prices. Presents itself as a Delifrance. However, it lacks the service or ambiance. Besides the unpredictable opening hours, a chronic staff shortage seems to be the reason for this.

Bought a charger. It was caught at the wrong speed. I had to go back a minute later to exchange it. I wasn't allowed to do so because I didn't have the receipt.

Pros and cons for our experience at these moments and more; ordered and had it delivered via Thuisbezorgd. Pros: -original "dishes," -fast delivery, -food was still nice and warm, -fries still nice and crispy -friendly delivery person -meatball sandwich: surprising that it came with a tasty and delicious roll! I expected a brown, soft roll, so a roll like this is a welcome surprise. Cons that really make it a 3-star rating instead of five: - Free delivery: yes! But all loaded fries are more than €2 more expensive each! Per piece! That quickly adds up; I'd rather pay a one-time delivery fee. I discovered this by accident because I accidentally chose pickup and the price was different. - I politely asked if I could have my portion of loaded fries without tomato, but it did contain tomato. Now, it's possible they've pre-mixed lettuce and tomato, making this difficult to achieve (my friend's meal did have more tomato on it), so a la! They also forgot the sauce (which makes it so delicious), so it was very dry. I did try it with my friend's meal: delicious! So it was truly a loss. - No children's menu... other than that, only menus with burger buns, which isn't really suitable for our two-year-old. We baked our own. A smaller menu with chicken nuggets, for example, would have been nice! Overall 3 stars. A closer look at the order notes would have earned me an extra star, because other than that, it was definitely delicious!
