Food qualify was very good as well as the portion for a reasonable price. The Chicken Rico was very tasty, highly recommendable!

I waited 40 minutes for my food while everyone else who came before me had already received theirs. This doesn't make me happy, so this place gets a 1 from me!

Mood is an ordinary Asian restaurant. The food options were simple, nothing too special. I ordered the spicy chicken roll which was halal. It was delicious but what disappointed me was the lack of halal foods. Only 2 foods were halal, the crispy chicken roll and the spicy chicken roll. Nevertheless, they didn’t disappoint. The service was alright. They weren’t rude neither were they kind. Could’ve been more helpful though. The atmosphere is alright. It’s like any Asian restaurant. It’s fine, though I expected better. Specifically because it was in the mall of Netherlands. Would I go back again? Maybe, but not most likely. I suggest going looking for other Asian restaurants.

Extremely poor delivery and service. See the attached photo of how we received our order. The restaurant stated that they packaged it well and that we should request a refund from Thuisbezorgd. Zero service.

We had the €45 deal for 2 people and 2 bowls (all for 4 people). This included gyozas, shrimp, chicken, black pepper beef, rice, some spring rolls, and even sushi—a really good deal! Positive points - Good value for money - Food arrived fairly quickly and was fresh - Portions were ample - Full meal with vegetables - Ordering kiosks (so you can browse in peace) - Cheap canned drinks (around €2 or so) - We loved the gyozas and the rico chicken the most! Negative points - A lot of teriyaki sauce on almost every dish, which sometimes made the flavors a bit monotonous - The same vegetables were served with everything (tasty, but with little variety) - Friendly staff, but the service wasn't very personal In short, for the price, this is a really nice place ;) We definitely see a lot of potential!

The best sushi in The Netherlands

Ate here for the first time. I was a bit skeptical about trying the Peking duck, as it has a very specific taste. Still chose it, and glad I did! It hit the spot. Not to mention the appearance of the tent itself. Great, next time again!

We went to this place to eat, took a set for 2 people, it was very tasty. For 2 people, I would say this set is a little big, so if you are very hungry, you will eat your fill 👍🤤

The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious, especially the duck and sushi. The sushi was quite large, with a lot of filling, and although it had a bit too much rice, it was still very tasty. Would recommend.

As locals we visit The Mall every week and then we eat something somewhere. Tried Mood for the first time and ordered the menu for two. Absolutely delicious! I can now say that this is the best restaurant in The Mall of The Netherlands. By the way, they deal fantastically with allergies; they have their own brand of sauce; and Rico Verhoeven's favorite chicken dish on the menu! The latter is now also my favorite! Thank you Mood ❤️

So fun and delicious, but it's a shame that it is so small

Ate again at Mood today. I knew exactly what I wanted. Their delicious black pepper beef. I have already ordered this 5 times. When I got it I could already see that it looked different. I didn't pay much attention to it. I already noticed during the first bite. Meat was not the same, sauce was really terrible. Kind of thick chilli. And the taste was just dry meat, cut into small cubes. I walked back with the food, to ask if they had changed the dish. 3 people looked at each other and said something else. One indicated that it had changed a few months ago, the other indicated that it had always been that way, and another lady just started making sauce and pouring it over it Too bad, it was quality. And this was a waste of money. From 5 stars to 0

Waited almost 40 minutes for 3 sushi rolls. Hardly any staff available to ask questions. Not much place to sit. The taste of the sushi was really disappointing compared to the restaurant. The sushi fell apart when picked up. So the price is high for the quality delivered. Not recommended.

Thought I would have something to eat here with my other half. We received the food and it was almost cold so I asked the girl with the headscarf if she wanted to make it a little warmer. Because she was talking to a few men, she discovered fifteen minutes later that my food was still in the oven. Received wasted vegetables and dried out chicken in front of me. I have new questions and I took it with me because my evening was already ruined. Too bad it was so bad because we ate the same thing in Rotterdam a few weeks ago and it was delicious there. The quality was also much better. I will never visit you in the Mall again. Shame

I want to mention about Rayell. He is so good in terms of communication and customer service. Every time I come and I see if he is there taking the order. A great guy making the place 5 star. Food also is great. Rayell you are the star of the restaurant, all the best.

The shrimp bowl was delicious. Chicken crispy also perfectly. It was ready very quickly. Perfect for a quick lunch. €36 two drinks two bowls.

Beautiful eatery. The "Big Rico" sushi roll was delicious. However, the "Chicken Rico" was disappointing. The taste of the chicken was reminiscent of the chicken from a ready-made meal. We would come back.

I went to the Samsung store to fix my phone and because you have to wait, I went to the food hall there. Well, what do you choose? Fortunately, his son had done some preliminary work and his choice fell on the store owned by Rico Verhoeven, among others, called Mood. Asian Street Food. Now I saw broccoli in everything and it was not without reason that I had not eaten it for years. So not a favorite, but a kind of bowl with steak tips looked attractive. My son chose the chicken bowl and mother the goose chose the bowl with salmon. Is that enough...I don't know, so I also add a suhsi roll with the promising name Rico's super roll. Wait for a table with your buzzer, there is no room in the restaurant itself. Well, the entourage is quite street-worthy, that's for sure. Not the price...but yes, it is very expensive everywhere. The buzzer rings and a large tray of cardboard bowls is ready. Wooden cutlery = awful; prison material! and of course chopsticks. That's what the plastic/cardboard contribution is for. Then the food...gosh what a large amount! That Rico roll wasn't necessary. Surprisingly tasty too, I even ate the broccoli. Too bad about the cardboard container, but really good! I didn't like Rico's super roll as much, but the cravings have now disappeared. And it came in such large pieces that once in my mouth I can barely chew 😉. Apparently Rico also has a big face haha. Didn't eat everything, but everything is fine for street food! With a full stomach I went back to Samsung to pick up my phone.

I ordered the Peking Duck with rice and some soup dumplings. We sat at the bar facing the cooks, and the place was almost empty by 21:00. It's fast-food like. Digital ordering, disposables and self-service. The duck I found quite dry and didn't really have that Peking Duck taste because it is fried (perhaps even twice). The soup dumplings were tasty, but I think it had the wrong sauce. No spoons to really catch the soup, so it splattered all over my shorts. The prices are a bit on the high side for street food. All in all it was ok.

Come all the way from Rotterdam, they have really tasty sushi, highly recommended and it's hard to go to Leidschendam

Soup dumplings aren't even edible. The rest was OK. Gyoza is good. But we mainly came for the soup dumplings and those were the worst we've ever had.

Best normal and vegan sushi I've ever tried in The Hague

We ate vegan roll, which was tasty and fresh. We did not appreciate the paper based plates and cups because all the rice is stuck when you are trying to eat. Edamame was really below average. Simply they put it from a package was already made, heated up in the microwave.

I waited more than half an hour for my order

We had a GREAT meal for an AFFORDABLE price last night. The QUALITY, FLAVOR, QUANTITY and PRESENTATION were awesome! Considering what you can find in many Dutch restaurants in Randstad for such a price, it was a GREAT SURPRISE. But, I admit it, we only order three of the menu dishes: Chicken Rico and Peking duck hot bowls, and gyoza. The Peking duck particularly was delicious, as I told the owner on the way out. The skin was Crispy with a bit of Tasty fat and the muscle (meat) was Tender. It is true that the gyoza were not the best I had. Service is basic, but rather quick (without the feeling of rushing) and efficient. The young man that brought us the meals was polite and friendly. Overall, a great experience that I'd gladly repeat again.

Sushi was delicious. The bowls were lukewarm with few vegetables.

Long queue, but that was the case at every food stall in The Mall. We were lucky that there was a spot inside instead of having to sit in the middle of the food square in the hustle and bustle. We ordered the Chicken Rico and the Black pepper beef. The portions are more than sufficient. Everything is freshly prepared. The chicken was absolutely delicious! Wonderfully tender. I would choose this again. Recommended!! The beef, however, was tough and dry. They were very small pieces and simply baked for way too long. Not tasty. The rest of the food tasted fine. The foods was so great, fresh ingredients and yummy taste, duck with pancake so crispy ones of my favorite menu’s here. Service nothing specials because we’re need to take the drink self, and they just used papier plate, bowl, different doesn’t mean between eat in the restaurant and take away.

Ordering is done via QR code, also take drink yourself after order. Then wait for food. Food is good. Place is small.

Okay imagine this. You live in Lelystad and see a video about Westfield mall on TikTok. Your girlfriend wants to go there, so okay you go reluctantly because you don't want to shop but you want to keep her happy. Once you arrive you will see what time it is. And well, it will take another 1.5 hours before you get home, so you think I'm going to eat here. You see a funny looking food stall on the corner of the cafe and go to try it out. Once inside you will see the food beautifully presented in handy cardboard containers. So you are going to order on the handy tablet. Just choose a table and after 10 minutes you have the food in front of you. Very beautifully presented! Now you take a bite, and your pupils pop open. That taste sensation is amazing! You quickly take another bite because you can't believe it, and yes, even the other bowl of food is great! You don't like shrimp, but to punish yourself you think: "I'll take a bite because that can't be tasty too." You put that shrimp in your mouth and yes! Even what you normally don't like is suddenly delicious! The annoying day of shopping is over but you have had a new sensation, never had such a good meal outside of my mother's food. Once you get home you realize that it has become not only a sensation but also an addiction. Your girlfriend wants to go shopping again and because you can eat here you agree! The addiction pulls at you and you keep coming back for this restaurant. What an experience! It's not a movie or a book. But a true story! It's worth the 1.5 hour (+/-) drive! And it will continue to do so! The food is pricey but delicious!

Good food, I think I waited 50 minutes for a few pieces of sushi. Not normal, but if you have patience and can handle a bit of hustle and bustle, it is highly recommended.

Small restaurant, not really cozy. Large open garbage barrel, next to your table, wobbly table. Ordering took a long time. Wooden fork, would have preferred normal cutlery when eating there. But the food was good. Pricey but ok.

Heerlijk eten!! Het online bestellen vind ik een dingetje als het niet druk is. Het is niet gezellig, meer voor snel tussendoortje. Het eten is wel degelijk zeer de moeite waard. Super lekkere sushi.

Heerlijk gegeten bij MOOD! Het eten was heel erg lekker en ondanks de drukke zaterdag was de bediening vrij snel. Met z’n drieën hebben wij het menu voor 2 personen besteld wat ruim voldoende was als avondmaaltijd. Vooral de sushi uit dit menu waren heel erg lekker. Leuk street food tentje, wel wat weinig zitplek.

Verwarrend... wordt je nou bediend of niet? Het eten was verder wel lekker maar niet bijzonder of veel. De eigenaar is blijkbaar erg gecharmeerd van Rico Verhoeven... geen idee wat dat met het eten te maken heeft. Weer een ervaring rijker.

Echt lekker eten, gezellig met onze dochter gegeten. Ze kreeg nog kinderstokjes wat heel lief was. De eend een echte aanrader maar ook de kip en de sushi was heerlijk. We moesten we echt lang wachten op ons eten wat dan toch jammer is van het concept van de winkel.

Wat een grandioos goeie zaak is dit zeg. Tegen verwachting in fantastisch gegeten. Heerlijk echt! Mijn vrouw had de ‘Chicken Rico’ en ik de ‘crispy chicken’. De smaak van beide waren echt verrukkelijk, goede kruiden en n heerlijke teriyaki saus, de groenten die erbij zaten waren super vers en goed van smaak en ook perfect gekookt (niet te hard maar zeker ook niet te zacht) en dan de rijst was wederom top. De hoeveelheid was ook perfect, wij zijn fan en snappen nu waarom Rico Verhoeven hier zijn naam aan durft te koppelen. Echt een aanrader!!!

Heerlijk gegeten! Ik ben vrij kritisch als het gaat om de kwaliteit van mijn eten, maar dit overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Voor €45,- het 2 persoons menu besteld. Dit was kortgezegd veel, gevarieerd en een smaak explosie en dit alles voor zo'n nette prijs. Zeker een aanrader!

Mooie aankleding en divers aanbod. Niet goedkoop en veelal de bekende ketens. Uitstraling is luxe maar blijf mij storen aan alle verschillende bak- en frituur luchten van de verschillende restaurants,

Verrassend lekker gegeten. Zeker een aanrader als je in de Mall of the Netherlands bent. (Wij hadden de Peking Duck, gyoza en sweet & sour vegan chicken) Eten wordt geserveerd in meeneem bakjes, ideaal als je overhoudt - gaat gewoon mee naar huis;)

Een leuk plekje om een lekkere en hartige hap te nuttigen. Het menu ziet er aantrekkelijk uit en prijzen zijn heel redelijk. Bestellen middels QR code. Ambiance is keurig, kleurrijk, leuk gelegen aan het plein in de foodcourt.

Gezellig tentje met een leuke uitstraling en mooie afwerking. Bestellen is handig op het digitale scherm bij de ingang en het eten was snel klaar ondanks dat het gezellig druk was. De pekingeend is top en de gyoza's en sushi rolls ook. Toch een beetje een Aziatisch gevoel voor een schappelijke prijs.
