Delicious pizza, very friendly staff and a beautiful shop.

Great first impression, but I'll never be back. My pasta carbonara arrived late and contained shrimp I hadn't ordered. I returned the plate and received a new one, but it was even more disappointing: raw onion, limp pancetta, tasteless cheese, and no black pepper. The chef clearly doesn't know what a real carbonara is.

We had the pleasure of dining at this charming Italian restaurant. The service was superb: our waiter was not only attentive but also genuinely warm, which added a special personal touch to the evening. The pizzas were fantastic! Freshly prepared, presumably with high-quality ingredients, and with a perfectly crispy crust. Absolutely delicious! The price-performance ratio is good – you get quality that justifies the price. The cozy atmosphere is particularly noteworthy: warm, inviting, and perfect for taking your time and enjoying the moment. A place where you'll want to linger – we'll definitely be back!

I ordered pasta through Thuisbezorgd. It arrived promptly 20 minutes later. I gave the nice guy a euro tip for the €16 order. He jumped for joy. It made my day, and his too. Pasta is delicious, by the way.

Staff rarely come to your table to take your order; you'll eventually have to ask to order something yourself. They also take your order in a rather unfriendly manner, focusing on the phone to order and talking to you as if you've messed with them. Not my style of service, and I suspect there are a lot of people with little experience. The Pavarotti in Zoetermeer is cozy and better customer service, Heid.

A lovely restaurant near The Mall of the Netherlands. Delicious food, a good drinks menu, and friendly staff. You can also enjoy a delicious meal with a Social Deal. Nearby parking is free.

I used to come here often, service is fine, food is okish…but today, I hardly got anyone taking order, we got nachos without any cheese! And when “I” took it back to the reception, the lady there sounded careless and annoyed with me asking for quality. Surprising! I might try again to see how will it go again otherwise will never get back again

We had dinner there and lunch the next day. The pasta (salmon) was a large portion and very filling. The tiramisu was also large and the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended. Only one note: it was quite noisy in the conservatory—nothing to dampen the sound.

We walked in and there were only young women working, no staff with any visible experience on the floor. We ended up sitting for four hours for a three-course meal, waiting almost an hour for each course because we didn't get much attention. It was a Saturday night with a lot of tables, but we were already waiting at our table for a while to order drinks before it got busy. I personally didn't find my food very tasty, but the others at my table found it edible. Our dessert was finally served while our main course plates still had leftovers in front of us, which wasn't pleasant. It's a real shame about our experience, because the restaurant looks nice (except for the dirty restrooms).

The atmosphere was good, the service was okay, and speaking of the food, I ordered a mozzarella pizza, but it was a pizza aioli... Even the aioli is mild. I tasted more garlic than the pizza itself. Sorry, but this is simply unacceptable. I heard the other table complaining about the garlic content. Speaking of the pasta... We ordered the pasta fungi with truffle tapenade... We didn't taste any truffle. A BAD THING! It was my first and last time.

My wife and I had a delicious meal. Yesterday we had a fresh pizza and today we had pasta. The service was very friendly and efficient. We had a view of a pond with lots of birds.

A very nice, cozy, and beautifully situated restaurant. Attentive and friendly service. The spaghetti Bolognese was delicious, as was the spaghetti carbonara. The vegetarian pizza wasn't such a success. The artichokes were too large and the red pepper strips were too hard. The flavor, however, was fine. They gave you a pizza knife, but a pizza like that on a glazed plate slides everywhere, so that wasn't a success. I think they should cut that pizza in the kitchen. Overall, we had a nice evening, but I wouldn't choose that pizza again.

We had lunch for the first time today. We happened to be in the area. It was a great place, exactly what we were looking for. My wife had a ciabatta with goat cheese, and I had a tuna melt. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Delicious selection with a wide variety of Italian dishes. From pizza to pasta, there's plenty of choice. The price is also quite reasonable for a night out. Definitely recommend because it's close to the mall.

Absolutely poor service the staff will definitely need some training and also need to learn when when you seat a client down to attend in a time manner to order the food and drinks ! I was waiting for more then 10 min to be served and also when I tried to draw my attention I was ignored. The staff were busy chatting looking at me and walking away. I walked over to the waitress who sat me down and explained that this was the first this happened to me whilst visiting a restaurant! I travel a lot and can see the qualities of hospitality industry’s. When I visited the first day it was ok and we even gave a good tip to the staff serving us. I hope my observation will help the management draw attention to the staff how important it is to be efficient and the floor observations.

Good portions, delicious pasta, and great service—one of the few places near the mall that still offers this! They also take allergies into account. I have a child with nut, peanut, egg, and legume allergies, and I was able to enjoy it here without any worries. Definitely recommended and definitely worth repeating.

Lunch with a Social Deal voucher. The tomato soup with fresh tomatoes was delicious. The brown bread with a tasty croquette and the white bread with a fried egg and ham. All in all, a great lunch. Friendly and efficient service.

A lovely terrace and a large sandwich, that's all there is to it. My healthy sandwich has become a dry lettuce sandwich for 11.50. No fresh cucumber, one halved mini tomato, no fresh lettuce, dried out cheese without taste, left because it looked like a shoe sole and no butter. They forgot the egg and I had already refused the ham in advance because it wasn't fresh, my question was answered in advance. I said something about it and they recognized it, was compensated with a glass of orange juice. No, next time I will make my healthy sandwich at home, this was absolutely not a treat.

You can taste the quality and love in every dish. What really makes it special for me is the service. Literally all employees are incredibly friendly, hospitable and genuinely attentive. You really feel welcome here, as if you are at home. That combination of top quality food and such warm service makes me happy to keep coming back here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where you can not only eat well, but also really feel seen and appreciated!

When I hear the name of Pavarotti, I have a completely different experience: Burgundian dining with a wide range of fine dishes that have been expertly prepared in the kitchen and in the background the voice of the real Pavarotti, which evokes the feeling of the Roman Empire during the dinner, and then: Taste and Enjoy! Unfortunately, only two stars: one for the service at the reception, but from there the attention was there. And also a star for the excellent wine. Those wines were absolutely great. But then let's get to the reality of what was on our plates. After the food was served, it turned out that the Parmesan cheese was missing, so we had to order it separately. Yes, for 1.50 per container. What a shame when you consider that every Italian has this as a permanent fixture next to their plate. Apparently a good revenue model. I want to quickly forget my dish, pasta with spinach and prawns, because this has nothing to do with the simplest culinary delights that are prepared in a real Italian kitchen. The pasta was over-cooked and the shrimp were pale, shriveled – no, I don't want to think about what to compare them to. And scampis? Just tasteless shrimp thawed from the freezer. A Scampi has a minimum size of 8 cm, which comes off the grill plate in a bowl. But the creator of the menus must have thought: those customers won't see that. My dining companion had Pasta Filetto di Manzo. An oriental experience with pre-cooked oversized steak blocks that are briefly stir-fried with the vegetables before serving. This has nothing to do with a little refinement and especially not with a literal Pavarotti. No, one thing is clear: there are no top chefs in this 'restaurant', but there are two chefs who have a lot to discuss while your meal is being cooked through. And to top it all off, I think they forgot that there were two guests at a table who might want something to eat. Finally, around 9:15 PM there were only two tables occupied. That probably says enough, because with a bit of Italian the heat is on until 11 p.m. and you might end up with a liqueur specialty. Okay, one positive ending: the lunches are fine, but that's about it.

Food was very tasty. Service also top. The conservatory is a bit noisy. But definitely recommended for the pizzas.

The food was decent. A pity about the food was that I had asked for vegetables without onion, but it was just chopped. The sweet potato fries were very tasty (a little less sauce would have been better for us). Ciabatta with tuna was also with a lot of sauce and little tuna. The place was beautiful: right on the water.

Went here on February 14. We had made a reservation and were escorted to our spot by the host. We got a table in the conservatory with a view over the large pond. As time went on it became a bit colder, so we asked the host if there was a table inside. The host went to look at this. A little later the hostess came and took us to a table inside. We had a wonderful meal here. I recommend this restaurant. Definitely planning to come here more often
