Excellent waffles and pancakes.

I came here with my friend and when we entered the waffle shop it smelled amazing I already knew the sweets are going to taste amazing so we entered and it was busy but it was our turn the employees where really nice she ordered a stroopwafel and she asked if we wanted anything else after she asked that we waited like 2/3 minutes I came really fast and when we tasted it we loved it I recommend you and ur friends to try it aswel I will probably come back!!

We visited this store around 9:30 PM today to buy stroopwafels and were met with an extremely unpleasant experience. Two female employees, who were speaking Farsi (a language we understand), were openly making rude and mocking remarks about our appearance, clothing, and how much we were spending ,all while assuming we couldn’t understand them. Before leaving, we made it clear to them that we had understood every word they said. Rather than receiving an apology, the atmosphere remained unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving us feeling deeply disappointed. To make matters worse, the hygiene standards were poor. The stroopwafels were handled without gloves and the product itself was underwhelming in quality. We have since filed a complaint with the City of Amsterdam regarding this unacceptable behavior and lack of proper customer service. We strongly advise others to avoid this store and save themselves the headache of dealing with rude, unprofessional staff who insult paying customers behind their backs or worse, right in front of them.

Do not recommend – rude and disrespectful service While placing our order, I asked my fiancée what she would like, and we ordered two stroopwafels. The cashier tried to upsell various toppings and asked if we wanted something to drink. I politely declined. This entire conversation happened in English. However, the two women working at the store assumed we didn’t understand their native language and began speaking disrespectfully about my fiancée’s clothing and appearance—ironically, despite being located in the heart of the Red Light District. They also commented among themselves that I was "cheap" and claimed I had changed my fiancée’s order to make it less expensive, which was untrue and completely inappropriate. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional. As we left, we told them they should be ashamed of themselves and that they clearly lacked proper upbringing. We had looked forward to visiting this place but were left disappointed and offended. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Reheated, cold, expensive and tasteless.

Poor and expensive food and drinks. After ordering over 10 euros of drinks. We were told we couldn’t sit inside as drinks are to go only.

Because of the location I expected it to be tourist trap. It’s not! I love theirs pancakes and crapes. Always fresh ingredients and super friendly guy that works there.

Get a sweet waffle, NOT a savory waffle. Everyone here is so nice and the sweet waffles are great but I think I got food poisoning from a slice of chicken.

Great waffles would go back again. Chocolate sauce with cream. Mmm

Not sure about the “homemade” chocolate sauce… the food was not too bad, but they were not very professional…

Net een heerlijke ontmoeting gehad met Candy, ze is een topwijf met fikse knikkers, ik heb me erg vermaakt, daarna heb ik om de hoek een broodje gehaald bij de bakker, ik vond het niet zo lekker, maar mijn dag kan niet meer stuk. Bedankt Candy voor de heerlijke middag, als je deze website zelf beheerd dan leest je dit waarschijnlijk vast. Groetjes Albert-Jan, je weet wel die gast zonder derde been :)

Chef made food with love and the utmost care. He paid close attention to what he was making as if he was cooking for his family. Apple pie was out of control good. Waffle was sweet.

Sono entrata in questo negozio in chiusura, ma il ragazzo ha comunque fatto un waffle fresco con nutella e fragole solo per me... era così buono che ho pianto ♡ miglior waffle della vita ♡

Mini Laden, voll Zentral. Top Waffeln, Eis geht so. Hat nicht immer alles vorrätig. Preise im oberen Drittel. Trotzdem voll zu empfehlen
