It looks colorful here at Multivlaai in the mall in Leiderdorp. There's even an option to order coffee with some Limburg treats. Friendly staff. Free parking is available underneath the mall.

Terrible service. I ordered a birthday cake, and on the day of delivery, they called and asked if it was okay if the cake had already been cut! I said, of course, no, I don't want a cut cake for a birthday party. We finally agreed that I would be refunded. Two or three weeks later, one fine day, they delivered the cake, and I told the delivery driver I wasn't expecting one. Thirty minutes later, I received another call from the bakery saying it had been delivered to me incorrectly. They said they could pick it up, and I would be refunded shortly. I said, "OK." A month has passed, two or three phone calls and two emails, and still no refund. This is the last time I'll use Multivlaai.

Absolutely terrible place! I went with a colleague today to get some pie. They sold an expired pie to my pregnant colleague. We went back together. The man was very rude and went to taste it himself. He claimed it wasn't expired, even though I and other colleagues had tasted it and everyone confirmed it was. Then I left, and my colleague was later called by them to say she'd forgotten the sign. The argument started again, and then the man suddenly said there was alcohol in the pie, why she said they should have mentioned that? He then replied that he doesn't ask every customer if they're pregnant. My colleague is seven months pregnant and is walking around with a big pregnant belly. Total lack of understanding, no service, and on top of that, putting a pregnant woman at risk for food poisoning.

I'm a bit fed up with this place with their contradictory statements about their range of cakes. No ma'am, from next week we'll have this seasonal cake again, come back two weeks later and you'll be told 'it's a cake for the winter'. We're talking about a strawberry curd cake, what do you mean a winter cake? Every time a different answer. From now on I'll walk in a few doors further.

Heard this morning that they will not deliver my pie I ordered on Saturday today, so angry, colleagues are left without pastries and I have a broken arm

Anyone who has a birthday treats, now too. Ordered 4 half pies plus gluten-free and lactose-free pastry for work. These were well received because almost everyone insisted that the remainder be consumed in a second round 😋

We had a birthday celebration for kids at Franky's bowling. It was an amazing experience. The package included a game for the kids with food and playing at the arcade on with ice cream at the end. The kids had a wonderful time. The service was superb. Anything we asked for, we directly received. The place was super clean and neat. The food was good as recommended by the kids :) Definitely a recommendation for families, and even for a birthday celebration you get a great package with a great service and end up with happy kids.

Fijn bowlen en tussendoor een hapje en een drankje, na afloop van het spel leuk napraten , vooral de fanatieken , en heerlijk eten op een adres.

Prima geregeld, uurtje bowlen en daarna lekker met zijn allen steengrillen! Goed eten en fijn personeel; heerlijk avondje uit!

Vroeger kon je er ook bij steengrillen. Dat zal nog wel kunnen. Zo'n binnenspeeltuintje dat je ook steeds vaker ziet, ik vind dat wel wat.

Ruime keuze uit vlaaien. Eventueel ook vooraf te bestellen. Heeft een paar tafeltjes om koffie te drinken.
