Small assortment, a lot in the morning, slightly less assortment in the afternoon

I placed an order for half a date cake on May 21st. When I went to pick up my order on the 23rd, I was told that the date cake had not been delivered, so I received half a brownie cake as a replacement. They said that the brownie cake was more expensive and that they didn't need the extra costs. When I got home, I saw that a quarter of a date cake and a quarter of a brownie cake had been delivered. I visited the store again today. The employee said that only one date cake had been delivered and that they had divided it among several people. I placed my order two days earlier, and my cake was divided among multiple people. I do not consider this customer-friendly. Regarding the price difference, the date cake is more expensive than the brownie. In the store, she came to me to say that the difference was 0.30 cents, but she gave me €0.50. I said I don't need the money; it's about your service. I am not satisfied with this. I want what I ordered.

I wanted to sit down for a nice lunch with my friend and her baby in the stroller. They neatly placed the stroller to the side so it wouldn't bother us. We were then told we weren't allowed to sit there because it was in the way, as they were walking around with hot food. I think they have to walk everywhere to bring their food to the table, which is very strange. They didn't offer any help with finding a different seat. People in the restaurant laugh and roll their eyes. The service is really nonexistent, and if you're coming here for the atmosphere, you'll only fit in if you're as sneaky as the people who were there.
