Excellent Greek restaurant with multiple vegetarian options. We took their advice on what to order and it was a success, with an exquisite tomato gratin. We'd definitely go back and the staff was very friendly. The value for money was very good. They also have extended lunch hours, which gave us flexibility to visit the nearby Kunstmuseum.

Pricey but tasty, portion sizes could be bigger

Amazing restaurant! Food was extremely delicious, great varieties of hand-picked tea. The service was pristine, the person there was very charismatic and made sure everything was perfect. Atmoshpere is pleasant and cozy. Would recommend to everybody to go check it out!

they have a monthly changing menu where you can always find something good! the food is tasty and fresh and comes in generous portions. staff is very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere inside the small place is lovely. would recommend it, even if it‘s a bit more on the pricy side!

I recently purchased food and a very nice bottle of wine, which I knew how it tastes as I drink this variety occasionally knowing how good it is. The food was good and we enjoyed it. However, the wine which was pricey was spoiled and totally undrinkable. Seems it had been stored incorrectly, likely in a hot environment for a while. Unfortunately we could not return the bottle of wine because the store was closed for the next two days. I have given a score of one star because the wine did not deserve any stars at all and I don't know if it was the store environment or from the retailer. I would be cautious from purchasing any wine from this store in the future.

A case of "I should have gone there sooner" (because it had been on my list for so long). Delicious! Really reminds me of Greece: tasty, rich and intense food - super friendly service - atmospheric decor. Only the prices are Dutch ;) But it is definitely worth it. Tip: order 1 large dish and a side dish for two, so you have more than enough for lunch. I also think it would be nice to pick up food from here! Anyway I'll be back. Efcharistó para polí! 🙏

If I could give more than 5 stars I will definitely do that! The food is incredibly well made,fresh and tasty! You can feel that it’s prepared with extremely love and care! There are many options for vegetarians and also the wine and the coffee were really good! Portions are quite abundant. The location is cozy and very clean. The service was delicious! Felt like home! We will return for sure and we vivid suggest to try the experience to have a bite there and a chat with the owners.

I only bought takeaway food on one occasion, when a course was held at the kindergarten a few meters away and the managers ordered from there. The food was inedible. The potatoes in the vegetable ragout were half raw, and the oil was on top of the ragout. And the bread that came with it would have been good as a means of self-defense, as it was hard and dry. I really live "next door", and I would respond to the gentleman's description by saying that between 8 and 9 in the evening they played so much music that they didn't hear me hitting a metal leg with a metal spoon on the balcony above their heads. After 10 minutes, I actually went downstairs to shout because my then 3-year-old son was crying because he couldn't fall asleep. The next day, the nice owner told all the "beautiful" people why I had embarrassed her in front of her guests.

Nefeli is simply the best!! I have a lot of respect for chefs who innovate and experiment. And this is exactly what we experienced at Nefeli, through an explosion of flavors- everything comes with a perfect balance: the texture, the taste, the ingredients…The owners are extremely friendly and take a lot pride in their work. Price is more than reasonable and portions generous! We will be back (a lot!) for sure! 🫶

Our favourite place to eat in the Hague. The food is absolutely delicious and full of flavour, the moussaka, pastichio, meatballs and eggplant immam are all divine, it's hard to choose. The owners are also very friendly, with a very nice atmosphere.

Very tasty food (and healthy!) and super friendly service! Kitchen staff also seemed professional and nice. Only downside would be that they cannot give tap water, but the quality/quantity of the food makes up for it.

I am greek and i can vouch for the quality of the food! Contrary to most greek restaurants abroad, who focus on junk food, we have tasted traditional greek recipes with a more modern approach and utterly delicious! Could not suggest it more!!

What a delightful deli. Menu changes daily depending on what fresh produce is available. The food is well presented. An exception as most Greek restaurants in town is too heavy on meat. By 1pm there is no empty table. Lots of customers walk in for takeaway too. Take home some of the spreads they also sell to continue the culinary journey at home.

Came in spontaneously this week and I'm so glad I did! The owner was attentive and kind and carefully selected teas for us. The food was delicious and the presentation was done with care. This is not fast food! It's so worth it. Really urge you to go and have the expérience.

Delicious Greek food with family style service. We ordered ahead by phone for pickup and, while some of the food should have been offered warm (gigantesque, cauliflower) instead of cold, most of it was delicious. Meatballs were being cooked when we arrived and seasoned to perfection. Feta en croute was great. We thought we had ordered moussaka but it was missing from the the order, would have loved to try it. 80€ order, the bill goes up quickly!

Menu is changed weekly. A good reason to lunch once a week and taste their delicious and fresh food. The service is impecable and friendly.

We were blown away by every single thing! The tomato pie was divine! The eggplant was excellent, and the beef, béchamel, and pasta made me temporarily rescind my vegetarianism. The people are so warm and wonderful, and the whole restaurant is so clean and well stocked. I’d come every day if I could.

Giving 5 stars only because 6 wasn’t an option. We had a cheese pie, some caroub chicken, and beet salad, absolutely out of the world. The service was also incredible, it made me feel like home. Hidden gem of The Hague.

This is one of those places you wanna give review because it’s so amazing you know you should. But at the same time you don’t because you wanna keep it a secret EXACTLY because it’s so amazing. I’ve decided to share it with the world. I have never had better take out food in my life. The couple (my assumption) running it were the sweetest and most dedicated people. I could sum up how perfect it was, but you just need to go there to see for yourself.

"Authentiek Grieks" zo zou ik dit plekje beschrijven. Vers gemaakt eten met passie gemaakt. De smaak komt overeen met het authentieke eten uit Griekendland. Ik heb kunnen genieten van het eten hier omdat er zoveel smaak in het eten zit. Eén gerecht heet dolma en de andere weet ik niet meer. Het is soort van borëk met aubergine erin dat warm gereserveerd wordt. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ik heb daar verder niks op aan te merken. Volgende keer als ik in de buurt ben, zou ik hier zeker nog een keer willen eten en andere gerechten proberen.

Truly amazing catering! Few months ago they did the catering for my wedding, all of our guests commented how impressed they were with the food!! (So this review should have been times 100 five stars) I have been visiting this restaurant since I was still a student and it's very special to have the same good food for my wedding! These guys are truly passionate about good food and the food are cooked fresh daily. The best Greek food I've had so far in my life!! Unfortunately I couldn't take more better photos of the food since I was the bride. Here's an impression of part of the set up, (cake was by a different caterer).

This restaurant is amazing. Ingredients are fresh and the options are very good and diverse (they change the menu every week). A lot of ingredients are imported directly from Greece. The owners are very nice, attentive to detail and easygoing. I would definitely recommend eating here. Best to call and reserve in advance.

its affordable and quality is good but our quiche literally only had cheese in it (I edited out a bit here because the owner might be right about that, I got it from someone else). so tasty because who doesnt like cheese but also a bit boring. there is plenty of competition in the area that is at least as good. the restaurant encourages people to review it: they have a sign with please review us on Google. presumably that's why the rating is a little inflated.

I'm quite picky about food, Nefeli Deli offers real homemade food full of flavor and cooked with care, doesn't matter what you order, it will taste amazing! Recommended.

Vandaag bij toeval hier langsgelopen (Koningsdag), heerlijk authentiek Grieks eten, beter dan de meeste Griekse restaurants in Nederland. Goede sfeer binnen, wel weinig tafeltjes binnen, dus we hadden geluk dat we konden zitten. Zeker aan te raden om te reserveren, wij gaan nog een keer terug om de rest te proeven !!
