Very poor service, the staff is very rude. Order from another branch.

I ordered a pizza Wednesday evening at 6:20 PM. After an hour and a half, I called to ask where the pizza was, but after five attempts to reach the store, I decided to drive by. Once I arrived, I was met with no help. After waiting 10 minutes, the driver called to say he couldn't find the address. I drove back, and after waiting almost 2.5 hours, I finally got my cold pizza! Conclusion: never order from here again!!!

I was craving a delicious tuna pizza and decided to order from NYP. I was extremely disappointed when the pizza arrived: it had more onion than tuna, and the tuna that was on it was so small you had to search for it. For €18.49, I expect a pizza with plenty of toppings, but this was simply meager. Furthermore, the pizza was very small for that price, and to my surprise, I had to slice it myself. For that price, you expect it to be neatly pre-sliced, like at most pizzerias. The delivery person was quick and friendly, but that's the only positive. The food itself was absolutely not worth it. I feel truly ripped off and won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

The pizzas tasted fine, but our order wasn't delivered in full. We were promised a refund, but that never happened. After several weeks of emailing New York Pizza, the head office finally decided to offer us a free pizza as compensation. The franchisee hasn't responded to anything. We won't be ordering from them again.

Am Sorry usually am not complaining but first time I feel like I need to leave some review , I paid 28€ for a búfalo pizza I can count how many there was pieces from chicken in there , I paid 9.5€ for an extras and and as well I can count how much there was all , feeling disappointed not the money I paid worth

The pizzas were prepared quickly and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, they were cold.

I come here regularly, and the pizzas are always excellent. Especially with Thijs, who has a perfect sense of timing for a perfectly baked pizza.

Delicious pizzas. This is the only pizza place we get our food from. I'm a picky eater and always have special requests regarding ingredients. Thijs always knows how to make the perfect pizza for me.

It was a delicious pizza with a good balance of toppings. The cookie is also highly recommended. It was great that I didn't have to cook; I enjoyed it!

We ordered two pizzas, one of which was Margherita without cheese. A pizza with only tomato sauce… The only pizza with only cheese and even that goes wrong. Waste of money and another 45 minutes waiting for a new one. No thank you. Bunch of bunglers…

Just ordered two pizzas. Arrived cold, no extra tomato sauce even though it was selected. Pizzas were both incredibly dry, burnt and uncut. Ordered double pepperoni but almost no pepperoni on it. Very bad.

Do not order pizzas from New York Pizza van Eesterenplein. They don't wear hairnets! Don't be surprised if you find hair in your pizza! (Ordered pizzas today + unsolicited brown hair).

Took hours and the pizza was cold

What a bad experience with these people, I just ordered pizza from them, they do not have a good communication service with each other. The pizza is terrible, I ordered pizza shawarma without chicken in it and the dough was very thick. I will never spend my money here again. Very low mentality, they work without pleasure, you can see that. I will say that you guys need to learn to bake so you don't have to buy yucky stuff every time. Incredible.

My compliments to this establishment! I've been ordering my pizza here for years and never been disappointed! Pizza is always delivered hot, neat and on time. Glad that I fall under this branch when ordering. And it always tastes delicious!

After waiting forty-five minutes, I receive a pizza that has been eaten via home delivery app. You don't treat your customers like that!!!

Ordering 2 pizzas was easy, delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. But 30 minutes later the delivery person was at the door, neat delivery person and the pizzas were hot and very tasty. I was a bit concerned when I saw the reviews. But the best review is your own experience. Top

Never had such a bad experience at NYP. After 2 hours I still didn't get my pizzas, so when I came to get them myself, they were still not ready. Then after half an hour pizzas are ready, not to be eaten. You have lost me as a customer.

First time wanting to order from this branch, ordered at 5:39 PM, at 7:15 PM the order was not even in the making/oven. I understand that it can be busy, but this is scandalous. Once but never again, curious how quickly the money will be credited.

Delicious pizzas, but waiting way too long......ridiculous

After waiting two hours for a placed order, it was cancelled. Money paid would be refunded. This did not happen. Order placed in October. Contacted customer service several times, but no help. This is super bad service. Never again!

We were regular customers, but I will NEVER order here again. After an hour late, 15 minutes on hold on the phone to ask where the pizzas are and then only the excuse "it's extremely busy". But even then the pizzas didn't arrive. €40 wasted because I was stupid enough to pay in advance. Close that place, you bastards!

What happened to this establishment?!! Order only arrives after 2 hours, and then also cold. Toppings are missing, leaving you with a tough pizza with tomato sauce and some peppers/olives. No cheese/other paid toppings. You pay almost 20 euros for this. Last time for me this!

Never order here! Real thieves! I placed an order that was not delivered after 2 hours. I then called and the employee indicated that the order was not yet in order. The employee indicated that I could get my money back if I canceled. Then they did not refund the money and when delivered to the home it was stated as delivered!!

Do not order here, even 1 star is too much. Lousy service, don't answer the phone, deliver the pizza an hour late and then the pizza is still cold. What an incredible ball tent. Next time just dominoes again.

We ordered 4 pizzas that would be delivered at 7:30 PM. It's now 9:45 PM and we still don't have pizza. Really ridiculous.

Waited 3h15 for 3 lukewarm pizzas. Scandalous. Only after the third call did the pizzas come our way, while in the first two calls the pizzas would be 'made immediately'. You're just going to get pissed off really hard.

What bad pizza's tomato sauce very dominant and very little meat on my shawarma pizza. It was more tomato sauce than meat!

I don't even know what the pizza tastes like yet, I've been waiting for 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas!!! It's really scandalous that they don't call you how long it will take once you order. When it's very busy and you can don't call your customers! Fine for an hour, but this is absurd. First and last time I ever ordered from you.

Na slechte communicatie tussen Uber eats en NY pizza Evenaar na 2 uur nog geen pizza's maar wel betaald. Zowel Uber als lokatie de Evenaar boden geen hulp. Deze lokatie, van Eesterenplein heeft mij zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan en alsnog vlot de bestelde pizza's geleverd. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

ik zou deze recensie graag schrijven ..., ik woon op almere buiten en vandaag na een paar lange dagen werken in ziekenhuis tijdens deze gekke dagen wilde ik een kip tandoori pizza bestellen en deze werd zoals gewoonlijk op tijd bezorgd ..., maar het beste deel is I LOVED MY PIZZA ... het smaakte zo goed en lekker ..., belde ze persoonlijk en zei bedankt maar wilde ook dat iedereen dit wist ... jullie rocken... thanks for the tasty yummy pizza 🍕
