Food was no longer warm, plus it was in the oven too long, causing it to become more of a crust than toppings. Very disappointing. I won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The pizzas were sloppily made and didn't taste good; they weren't made the way they should be either. As soon as you tried to pick up a slice, the pizza fell completely apart. It's a real shame, I had expected more.

I understand that it can take longer on busy evenings, but the way this was handled was very disappointing. We had ordered two pizzas and received a notification via the app that the order had been delivered, while we hadn't received anything at all. When we called the branch, we were told that they had already marked the order as "delivered" because the delivery driver was already on their way. That is misleading. After 20 minutes, we still hadn't received anything and called again. We were then told that the delivery driver was still on their way and had six other orders. We live just a four-minute bike ride from the branch, so at that point it was already clear that the pizzas would never arrive warm. I indicated that I understand the busyness, but that I expected the pizzas to be cold by now. In response, I was told that I should just call again for new pizzas. That is not a solution when you have already been waiting for almost two hours. In the end, the pizzas did indeed arrive cold, after waiting for almost two hours. Reordering and waiting even longer is not an appropriate solution. A busy evening can happen, but be honest about it and don't mark an order as delivered when it isn't. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

Part of my order was cancelled by the restaurant. I was promised a refund within a few days, but despite three follow-up calls, it still hasn’t been processed after 10 days.

The staff is very friendly on the phone when ordering, the delivery drivers are very friendly at the door, and the food arrives hot and fresh! This New York pizza team knows what true service means!

If you're in Almere, you absolutely have to stop by! They sell truly delicious pizzas at a reasonable price. The staff are incredibly polite and had a nice chat with me. A very satisfied customer. I'll be back! 😊

Nearly two hours, two angry phone calls, and false promises later; cold, reheated pizzas and chicken pieces were delivered. The food arrived around 9:15 PM. You'd think that if you order well after 7:00 PM, the rush would have passed. Update: it was resolved nicely. The manager contacted us, and the issue was resolved with a new (free) order for the same amount at a time of our choosing. This order was perfect, delivered on time, and the quality was as good as ever.

I ordered pizzas here last Tuesday evening, and they were delivered right on time. They tasted great, exactly as you'd expect. People are often quick to leave a bad review when something goes wrong, but when it's actually good, it deserves to be said. So here it is: excellent service and delicious pizzas!

Yesterday I ordered a pizza shoarma and it was delivered within 15 minutes. I was suprised it got delivered so quickly. It was still hot and tasted good! ❤️

I'd be lying if I said the staff was unfriendly. Absolutely not. They really do try their best. They're mostly young people. One small criticism: I was there recently to order a pizza, and one of the employees was wiping his hands on his runny nose, and another customer pointed it out. Better hygiene is definitely in order, and to the owner of this place: Teach your staff to be a bit cleaner. This is about food consumed by others, due to contamination and illness. Sincerely,

We were craving pizza, and like any hungry person, we did what we're supposed to: we ordered on time. But then the waiting began... and waiting... and waiting. After almost two hours (!), we still had no pizza and no idea where our order was. Calling was pointless – the phone number suddenly turned out to be "on vacation." Canceling? Not an option either. It felt like an episode of "Who is the Mole?" with our pizza as the untraceable protagonist. When the delivery driver finally arrived after two hours, we couldn't blame the poor guy. He sweetly asked if we thought it was taking a bit long. Um... yes? That was the understatement of the evening. A little more service or an apology would have been appropriate, but apparently, that wasn't on the menu. In short: if you're craving pizza and an invisible time machine, this is highly recommended. Otherwise? Find a different pizzeria, because here the only taste we felt was frustration. One star, and that's because the delivery driver actually showed up. Update: 3 stars for the service, because the amount was refunded the next day.

I had high expectations for New York Pizza, but my recent order was a major disappointment. The pizza wasn't hot or even warm when I received it, and it was incredibly dry. I had to constantly drink something to get rid of it. A pizza should be juicy and full of flavor, but this one definitely did not meet those expectations. Too bad, because I really wanted a tasty pizza!

Very good service (100% worth 5 stars) I had been a little delayed and then they called that I minded, I didn't think so and I was then compensated by the owner and that's how it should be and the wings were really tasty!!!🙌🫡💯

Pizza ordered at 5:36 PM only received at 9:15 PM, I literally live 5 minutes away from this place. I had to call 5 times and got a big mouthful and no compensation was offered from them. The children were not happy with this and neither was I

Waited 1.5 hours, while it clearly states 30 to 50 minutes. Ordered 4 pizzas, got 3. Called and was told it would take another half hour. Sorry??!!! No compensation whatsoever and all three were also very lukewarm in temperature. What bad service! How is it possible in this day and age

Express don't answer because they're almost closing, I've been calling since 9:30 PM. It is now 9:55 PM

No pizza received! Keep them waiting and cannot be reached. Status update indicated that the pizza had been delivered, but not!!!

Not great food, but always good. Delivery always on time. Food always fine. If you really don't want to cook, then so be it.

This location needs to be checked by New York Pizza's headquarters. I often received cold pizzas, but the 2 times I called about it I received burnt pizzas (the other times they were heated up in the oven). Last ordered 2 days ago and also for the last time. 4 out of 5 people who ate the Tandoori chicken pizza suffered food poisoning. Really such a shame since we love NYP so much. But then just drive to Diemen and get pizzas there.

Be careful if you get pizza for your kids or yourself here. Piece of iron/metal in my pizza and sharp too. This is downright scandalous, pizza was supposed to be picked up for “investigation” but never happened.

Have cold pizzas come again and then get a half lukewarm pizza. Brooklyn Style is with 3 types of cheese, but a margarita pizza has more cheese. This branch has been a real disappointment for 2 years. Normally I have been eating pizza from NY Pizza for 25 years.

Ordered a pizza during my break, there was an offer for an Italian base €7.99 but that was incorrect so I paid the €12.99. Then the pizza is actually prepared in medium size. And not even cut, I worked at the competitor for 5 years, this is truly the worst experience ever at Newyork Pizza

My neat lovers pizza should contain pepperoni, minced meat and onion. I had to look carefully for the minced meat. Finally managed to find some crumbs! All the onions are charred black and the pepperoni is also burnt with brown corners. Fortunately, the pizza arrived quickly and was not expensive!

Service is echt top en dit filiaal onderscheidt zich van de andere filialen. Hier krijg je geen karige brood pizza maar een lekker goed belegde pizza dit geldt trouwens ook voor de actie pizza's en dat gebeurt niet zo vaak bij andere filialen. Deze manager weet hoe je klanten tevreden moet houden. Bij ons duurde het langer dan voorspeld kreeg een ijsje kado.. Volle 5* Ga zo door!

Goede pizza, makkelijk online te bestellen en op het exacte tijdstip op kunnen halen. Vanwege corona meld je je binnen en daarna worden de pizza's naar buiten gebracht. Erg netjes

Prima pizza, altijd goed belegd en bezorging is goed. In de winkel is personeel vriendelijk maar wel altijd heel druk. Verder is er helaas weinig ruimte om op je bestelling te wachten.

Ze hebben lekkere pizza' s en de bezorgtijd is ook fantastisch.

Ik kwam om 2 pizza’s op te halen. Ze hadden er ongeluk knoflook op gedaan terwijl dit niet de bedoeling was. Dit meldden ze eerlijk en boden aan twee nieuwe te maken. Vond ik nogal zonde dus ze hebben het er een beetje afgedept en nog een kleinigheidje erbij gegeven. Top service en uiteindelijk ook 2 heerlijke pizza’s.

Lekkere pizza's en vriendelijk personeel in deze nette en verzorgde New York Pizza vestiging. Dit zie je vaak anders. Het enige minpuntje zijn de prijzen. Deze zijn erg hoog voor pizza's in z'n algemeenheid. Dezelfde en misschien wel betere kwaliteit pizza's vind je ook in echte Italiaanse restaurants maar dan tegen betere prijzen. Dit is iets waar NYP aan mag werken.

Lekkere pizza's tegen redelijke prijzen alleen duurt het vaak lang omdat het vaak druk is.
