New York Pizza in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

Ordered two pizzas. (Invoice reference 5MF2TIbbLK3sRZ2MA5VayXa0 - Uber Eats 2025-65557479) The first one took almost an hour and was barely warm. They forgot the second pizza (even though it was a duo deal). The only thing they said was "will be delivered later." Went 40 meters further for pizza number 2. Normally very satisfied with this NY Pizza location, but this one was a bit disappointing.

The pizzas are delicious and the delivery was right on time.

Well bit disappointed with the quality of pizza we received. It was bit burned. Well delivery was also not ready when we reached.

I ordered a Chicken Shawarma pizza, which was delivered quickly as always, and it was still nice and warm! The taste was great, and the customer service was impeccable.

We had a coupon with # 171, 30 cm of choice for a discount of about 8.50 . Well if i knew getting a discount meant that i would get 8 slice of pepperonies, 2 per slice i would have not buy there. See picture advertized and what i received.

Ordering online was difficult. Through the app you are thrown out and they terminate your account.

Like all other take away pizza chains, order, wait, take away and eat at home. Enough choice in pizza and toppings.

Ordered several pizzas for the staff, including a pizza with tuna. Now the intention is that there will also be a tomato sauce, which was difficult to find. I think the tuna pizza was baked in a crematorium oven, the tuna was black and heavily burnt, just like the olives, in short it was unconsumable. 7/8 of the pizza disappeared into the organic waste container. New York Pizza needs to pay more attention to the preparation, it looks fine on the brochure, but does not resemble what was delivered For this price I expect to eat something decent, I'm not going to post pictures of the pizza here, I'm going to think about sending them to the head office. Advice: pay more attention to supervision in the kitchen. The only plus point was the correct method of delivery. NYP has proven to be a big disappointment, I am not going to do this to my staff

You like distasteful average pizza with no flair? Then this is the place for you, they might give you half raw pizza, which is swimming in fat. What they won't ever give you is a pizza with identity, there's absolutely nothing special or interesting about this place, tastes like every other fast food pizza, no identity no sense of personality. Just your average fast food corporate place. Tried it two times. First time was ok, didn't wanna return. But because I live almost next to it, and i didnt wanna wait for anything else to be delivered. I gave it a second try, this time raw dough. So no thanks.

I ordered a regular Margherita, but it arrived cold and tasted like onions, which it shouldn't. I also ordered Mozzarella Calzone Mini Bites, but they were not cooked at all; the dough was still raw on the inside. An incredibly bad experience, it deserves less than one star. The pizza is now even in the trash!

I ordered this high protein pizza which looks really good with more chicken and broccoli. But there was literally no broccoli in it. Attached pictures how they show and what was delivered.

Very worst experience with the staff.. they are very rude to the customer. Food quality is very worst. I have order crispy chicken, they didn’t cooked properly.. when I asked for reason they said this how it will be, if you want it eat or otherwise return back.. very rude and worst experience from the shop. Already I have raised the complaint in website. I will never go to New York pizza again.

very bad. I ordered 2 pizzas. with coupon 2nd pizza for free, due to a malfunction in the system something went wrong and only 1 pizza was delivered. explained to employee but he showed no understanding.

There has been a tense atmosphere lately, which is not a pleasant place to be. Also has to do with the person who walks there and is not customer-oriented. I thought he was called Kevin. But all in all, I'm afraid of not being taken seriously. You certainly expect a follow-up after conversations that have taken place. These are joggers. It's a pity that no one, absolutely no one from management gets in touch. It would be nice to have an adult come and see how things are going. I advise people to think very carefully about ordering a pizza in this branch. Especially if it is not as prepared as expected. A pizza from Albert Heijn tastes even better and is cheaper. Very poor service and Zero customer focus.

Coincidentally helped by the wrong employee Kevin!! Zero customer focus, would rather lose the customer than get rich. Not being properly approachable shows no understanding whatsoever. No empathy. Fall short on several points.

Ordered 6 pizzas and all 6 had almost no sauce, it could not be seen and certainly not tasted. After calling, the salesperson indicated that it is always done this way in their branch. No solution was offered. After reading the reviews, it appears that customers often complain about the wide crust and the lack of sauce. Last time I order here and I don't recommend it to everyone.

I ordered pizza with delivery at 18.35. The resto is 10 minutes away from my adress and delivery arrived at 18.55. The driver was rude, when I mentioned it to him. What worse pizza was cold, not cut to pieces and I found long hair in it. Definately one of the worst experiences I ever had with delivery food. For sure I will never order from here again and I recommend to do the same. Better order from dominos.

Order number 2024-52812957. Ordered 3 pizzas tonight (Haagbeukweg Almere). We found hairs in 2 of the 3 pizzas. This is the last time we ordered from here. Super gross.

Heerlijk eten, smaken bereid met geest en hart, variatie in pizza's en hapjes voor jou. Er is iets belangrijks. De prijzen zijn erg hoog, en er zijn geen promotionele aanbiedingen, monopolie van de markt, en de reden is dat er geen concurrenten zijn.

Lekkere pizza’s, goed personeel. Echt 1 van de betere New York Pizza’s in het land.

Ze zijn heel vriendelijk en doen echt hun best om je zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Ze leveren vakwerk en het smaakt heerlijk.

1 uur bezorgtijd. Deeg was erg lekker👍 soms heb je bij pizza dat na een paar stukken de smaak te overheersend is. Maar bij deze bleef het lekker. Pulled pork👍 New yorker👍

Heb hier nu 2 keer besteld en 2 keer ruim 20 min te laat .tussen 1900 en 1930 .is niet 19.50 was ook te merken koude pizza en dat is jammer .

Bij het afrekenen ging het verkeerd en werd de prijs berekend voor bezorgen. Medewerker loste dit keurig op door mij een tikkie te laten sturen voor het verschil en het verder met het bedrijf zelf op te lossen. Dank je wel J.M.Stonner... zulke medewerkers als jij mogen ze trots op zijn!

Lekker en gewoon goeie pizza alleen jammer dat hij slecht gesneden word.

Altijd lekker, op tijd en niet prijzig met coupons en punten die je kan opsparen!

Lekker een avondje snacken? Kijk dan ook (ook) op de website van New York Pizza. Voor ieder wat wils, met een ruime keuze in grootte pizza bodem en soorten topping. Een combi is ook mogelijk! Om wat langer te kunnen nagenieten kies je nog voor een Ben and Jerry's ijsbeker.

Altijd verse pizza's bij de New York Pizza van de Haagbeukweg! Bij bezorgen altijd nog super warm. Ze waren een keertje later dan normaal. Toen kreeg ik eerst via SMS een kortingcode en later ook nog via de post. Super service en ze weten hoe ze klanten tevreden moeten houden.

Bestelling duurde lang, manager heeft later gebeld en het toegelicht, dit laat zien dat het mensen met hart voor de zaak zijn. Toen het eten er was hebben we heerlijk gegeten. Kwam heet aan en verse producten

Bezorging was niet vlekkeloos verlopen. Dat de manager persoonlijk belde om toelichting te geven en zijn excuses aan te bieden laat zien dat zijn hart op de juiste plek zit en er sprake was van onmacht. De pizza's zelf waren vers en warm.

De pizza was koud toen hij aan kwam

Edit: erg achteruit gegaan. Pizza was blank, met tr veel korst die erg droog was. Kaas lag alleen in het midden met de rest van de ingredienten. Duurde vrij lang ook met afhalen. Erg teleurstellend, ga hier noet meer heen. Een typische New York Pizza waar met name tieners werken. Pizza's zijn van prima kwaliteit zoals we van NYP gewend zijn. Je wordt prima te woord gestaan, maar de wachtplekken zijn wat karig. Het is heel erg goed dat we van dit bedrijf steeds meet elektrische fietsen zien ipv scooters! Goed bezig! De keuken ziet er niet altijd even schoon uit als ik er ben; ligt vaak kaas en rommeltjes op de grond. Verder een prima plek om af te halen of te laten bezorgen,

Ik heb hier meerdere keren pizza gehaald. Helaas elke keer weer last van mijn buik. In het begin waren de pizza's echt goed, maar de aflopen maanden zag je dit jammer genoeg heel erg afnemen. Verder is het personeel ook steeds minder behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik ben steeds meer teleurgesteld in deze zaak

Goede pizza. Dat merk je als je binnenkomt want er is een wachtrij. Maar het personeel werkt keihard dus daar ligt het niet aan. Je krijgt kwaliteit voor je geld

Belooft was binnen een half uur te leveren dat werd nog sneller. Pizza is lekker warm bij aflevering smaakt prima.
