New York Pizza in Overdie

A ridiculous amount of sauce, the whole pizza was soaked in the sauce. Half of it was thrown away.

I ordered a pepperoni, It was full of fat and smells awful. Paid nearly 20and received it in an hour.

The pizzas were really poorly topped, I had a loaded pepperoni and it didn't even look like a double pepperoni, then the margarita that I ordered extra cheese with was also really poorly topped, and to top it all off, my friend and I got terribly sick after eating the pizzas, and when we also called to report that we weren't happy with it while the store was still open and they didn't want to do anything about it, they never would at Domino's around the corner.

They gave me a pizza with no cheese. That's stealing.

I order from them regularly and it is always super fast and a really great team, always a nice atmosphere when I come to pick up

Always ordered from New York. We had ordered and after waiting 1 hour we called to ask about the order. (In a friendly way) employee said one delivery person could arrive any moment and the other one is now getting on the scooter said the employee. He should be with us in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes we called again to ask about the order because one order had already arrived but the other one said the employee that he was getting on the scooter then. And now the employee said that he has just finished baking and that he is now coming. So we say you didn't say that and employee kept denying. That is why I think it is a bit of poor service. It is best not to say much and deny that the gentleman said something different. Just be honest at the time itself and don't lie. In the end we had to wait 2 hours for the order. And it had cooled down quite a bit then. I think it could be different.

This fantastic team ensures that the affordable pizzas arrive quickly and hot. The ever-friendly delivery drivers always show their appreciation when I walk down from the 4th floor (so they don't have to climb the stairs themselves), and I appreciate that!

Order placed at 4:00 PM with delivery time stated as 5:45 PM. Well in time you would think...? Called at 6:30 PM to find out where our pizza was. Apologies, because "they had just processed a large order". He'll be there right away. After waiting another 15 minutes, we went to pick it up ourselves, because we had already paid. Last time I ever order here again.

After two and a half hours of waiting, still no pizza. Just canceled the order. I wasn't even hungry anymore. New York Pizza used to distinguish itself as a high-quality pizza restaurant with good prices, top quality and fast delivery. Unfortunately, this has deteriorated sharply in the last three years. The quality of the pizza is not much better than a Doctor Oetker oven pizza, the service is bad, and waiting times are through the roof. In the past, pleasant, motivated people worked in every branch, but every time I pass by or walk past, I see disinterested teenagers who are only there for their money. I often see leguberous boys sitting in the corner (friends of the employees! Middenwaard branch) rolling joints and leaving the waste on the table. Cleaning seems like a task that no one at NYP wants to do. They also put an end to the VIP system, probably because they were losing too much money. Sad to see a good company like NYP go under due to greed. Hiring cheap employees and driving away your regular customers with a hopeless points system. Never again New York Pizza for me. Domino's now takes the cake for me. Lucky!

Ordered pizza döner from New York Pizza on Koelmalaan, deliberately put it in the comments, please don't forget the iceberg lettuce, called immediately because it was forgotten and it was supposed to be delivered but it didn't happen. Pizza is now colder than the lettuce that should have come with it. This is not the first time with the döner, so we're done with it.

There is a new owner at New York Pizza Koelmalaan You immediately notice this in the pizza quality. I always order buffalo chicken pizza. It now tastes really good and is even delivered within 20 minutes.

Here they don't put garlic oil on the rim by default unless you specifically ask for it in the comments or on the phone. Sauces or lettuce, etc. are also regularly forgotten.

Placed an order well in advance and indicated a time for delivery because I could not eat earlier. Unfortunately the pizzas arrived 20 minutes before the stated delivery time. It is not without reason that I use the option on your site to select a delivery time. And then I understand very well that it is not always possible to deliver on time, but 20 minutes early is very far out of the margin.

I have been a customer for years.....but I think it is becoming less and less. I had passed on a complaint. No response. It was only when I responded again or I received another response that I received a call...no excuses, nothing, just a super stupid solution that if I use it again. order via the app also have to call them again...I won't go into it...but we had to wait for about an hour...cold pizza and chicken pieces...but no excuses or giving a reason why So late and certainly no compensation at all...don't know if I'll order again even though I was usually satisfied...a real shame

Placed an order at half past seven with a delivery time of 8 hours. I called at 10:30 am and was told that my pizza was just in the oven and that I would get some ice cream to make up for it. At 10 past 9 the delivery man finally arrived, with cold pizza, no ice cream in sight, except for the one I had already paid for.

Not good. hand hygiene is substandard. Employees work with dirty hands. The employee who made me a pizza had dirty black nails... I would never buy from them again.

They simply make delicious pizzas. If the two of us order two pizzas, they will be ready in 15 minutes. Always fresh ingredients... For example, recently I had the tandoori chicken and the following week I just HAD to have it again, because it was really delicious!!!!
