This is the second time I've ordered from this location for work. It was delivered on time, the pizza was nice and hot, the delivery men were very polite and courteous, and the quality of the pizza is truly excellent!

Great excuse and solution when you call to ask where the pizza is because it's been waiting for delivery for 20 minutes...too far, so we're going to close delivery for your village. Uh, apologies for being 30 minutes late. No, not necessary. A course in complaint management wouldn't hurt the manager here.

This is simply not New York Pizza!! I am born and raised in New York City! (Wanna see my passport?) Some of the absolute worst tasting pizza I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Tasteless, tastes full of chemicals, chewy, gooey and in every imaginable way and strong sense of low quality ingredients. It tastes like nothing is fresh or real in their product. Extremely disappointing... especially for an actual New Yorker who knows what they're pretending to be. Order from down the street at Nonnos and get something decent. But please, for the love of God stop supporting garbage like this!

It's really hard to find food at night in Alkmaar. Most places are closed and if you are a tourist this can sometimes be a problem. This is where it will save you. Very delicious and fast. It's a take away style place, but they have two small tables if you want to eat there. But don't expect cutlery, you have to eat from the box with your hands :) Pepperoni was my favorite. I also recommend the margarita.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 pizzas, so the first one came 10 minutes later, which is really wonderful if you want to eat together, that's really not possible if you order something and it takes forever, ok, but then at least it should come at the same time

Waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza, no communication about this and no compensation. Never experienced that before, scandalously bad.

This used to be the best pizza in town, but the last 4 orders have been terrible. I shouldn't have kept giving them chances. They have all been overcooked and burnt and therefore dry. Tonight was meant to be a 25min delivery, we called after an hour to be told we are busy. We asked for a quick delivery as we had plans, they offered ice cream as a solution, which dosent help. Finally delivered after 85mins. No ice cream. Lady on the phone also needs to learn how to talk to customers. Many other better pizza places in town now, go elsewhere

Little Donur on the downtown pizza and no garlic sauce.. Very unfortunate

Pizzas without consistent quality: sometimes good and other times bad, and that is to say: the bad one is the pizza with too little topping or in the oven for too short a time. The temperature always leaves something to be desired, which is actually strange that the delivery services do not think more about this. The moment I open the box I want to see a steaming Pizza and not a lukewarm pile of misery.

Ordered via internet, would be ready at 7:00 PM. Exactly at 7:00 PM, unfortunately I had to wait just over ten minutes. Well, fine. The staff who spoke to me was very nice. When I got home I opened the two pizza boxes. And just not good. Burnt toppings, dirty dough, unfortunately half of it was thrown away in the end. Shame. Of course it may have to do with my expectations and taste, but I really didn't like it.

Too bad there are only 4 stools to wait on. While there is enough room for a few more tables along the walls. Then you could also eat your pizza there. Pizzas well topped and always of excellent quality.

Order was late as almost always. (once this was even more than an hour late) The pizzas were delivered cold and the ingredients for the custom pizzas were completely wrong. Some were missing and there were some extra ingredients including a loose corn kernel and one mushroom. This is also the last time I order from here as things like this happen consistently.

Worst service ever. Ordered a pizza at 9:00 PM, never delivered. Called after 1.5 hours, pizza would be on its way. Then called again at 11:00 PM, pizza is definitely on its way. 11:30 PM still no pizza and branch closed. Top service for a pizza of almost 20 euros. If you call the next day for a refund, they will still deliver it... at a random time of the day while you are at work. Anyway, after a lot of hassle with customer service, I got my money back, which is nice. But boy, I will never order from here again.

My favourite place to eat from. Not so much space in, to sit and eat. Very good to order munchies to home.

As a British traveller in Alkmaar I came across New York Pizza in need of something quick to eat. The staff were incredibly helpful with helping me source some cash locally as well as telling me what was what. The pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked, and exactly what I needed. The price: absolutely great, €10 for a fully loaded pizza was a steal. New York Pizza: Great food, great price, phenomenonal staff.

Deserved five stars. I order from here regularly and I am always very satisfied. Today something went wrong with the toppings on the pizza. Just a call. Props for how it was resolved, got a new pizza + a drink. Thanks for the service, this doesn't happen everywhere!

Ordered several times in recent months. In the 10 times I have placed an order here, it has never gone well. Today it was not good again for the umpteenth time and I sent the order back for the first time. I asked the delivery person to have someone call me. Unfortunately this did not happen and I called myself. the order would be remade and come my way as soon as possible. After more than an hour I called myself and they had lost my order. I had a gold card. I cut this in the middle. I will never order from here again!

Good food and not too expensive, also a large selection. You can't sit there, but that's to be expected from a takeaway restaurant. The employees were somewhat inexperienced, which was a shame.
