I called twice to adjust the time. The staff was very friendly and the delivery time was adjusted without any problems. The delivery driver was on time and the pizza was deliciously hot!

Such a shame. Lately, the pizzas have been dry and hard. I'm guessing it's a combination of far fewer toppings and being left under a warming tray for too long. This was the last time, unfortunately 😔, which is a shame because they were really good! I always have them delivered, so I can't comment on the service and atmosphere.

I had pizzas delivered. A satay pizza, a gyro pizza, garlic bread, and pepperoni bites. The only thing missing from the satay pizza was the satay sauce.

Today I had 2 pizzas delivered to my work. Paid 44 euros for a buffalo chicken pizza, paid a lot for extra topping. And a pepperoni pizza. When they arrived, the pizzas were already cold and the buffalo chicken of 40cm only for 30cm with toppings, I had to pay 29 euros for this pizza alone. Just deeply sad, this is the last time I order here!

Received 2 cold pizzas. Called and filed a complaint. Received an email that they would be contacted. Never heard anything again.

On November 7, my wife and I both ordered Loaded beef nachos. The nachos on the edge were dark, almost burnt, just barely. There was a kind of “paste” of beef and cheese in the middle of the nachos. Previous orders always looked different, with the beef and melted cheese really being between the nachos. Not this time, but apart from the “mushy” it tasted normal. After just a few hours our complaints started: nausea, dry mouth and heavy stomach. That next night the complaints became much more severe and there were headaches, diarrhea and vomiting and the nausea increased enormously, we were both critically ill. We have ordered and eaten these nachos before and never had any problems, so it is not that we are allergic to them or anything... Earlier in the day, before we ate these nachos, and the day before, my wife and I both ate and drank different things, the nachos were the only thing we ate the same. Our doctor confirmed that it was not a stomach flu or something else but really food poisoning and luckily he was able to prescribe something for the nausea, but unfortunately that only helped to a limited extent. In the end, we spent 3 days in bed, critically ill, taking turns going to the toilet, and it was only after about 5 or 6 days that our complaints really disappeared for both of us. I immediately filed a complaint with New York pizza on November 8 and received an automatic email that the complaint had been received and that I would hear from them within 48 hours. Well, I gave them a full week, there was no response or apology or anything, hence this review. By posting this review, I hope to have warned potential customers of New York pizza in Roosendaal about this way of working and that you run a serious risk of food poisoning if you order from them. I have reported our contamination to the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, if more complaints are received they will automatically be inspected.

It's always a gamble with the nyp how long it will take and what you will get. Sometimes they are super fast and you have nice warm pizzas sometimes you have to wait an hour and a half while they said 25-30 minutes on the phone. Also the toppings are sometimes a bit less than what you see in the pictures (see attached photos). I did have a half-half, but still 8 slices of pepperoni on a 30cm pepperoni pizza is a shame. Usually when we have a problem they solve it nicely by delivering new pizzas or giving an explanation.

Yesterday after a long time I ordered pizzas for me and my daughter. Funky meal for her with pineapple topping. There were only a few pieces of pineapple on it. My pizza had 4 pieces of bacon and minced meat on the edge and were both cold and late.

Ordered a pizza without cheese, then got it with cheese. Called about this and they sent a new pizza, the pizza only has mushroom and garlic sauce which should have been added as an extra because it was a BBQ Chicken bacon pizza.

I often ordered from domino. I think that was years ago, until I started ordering from this New York pizza location. Friendly employees, good promotions, never had bad pizza🤤 At dominos it felt like all I was eating was dough. Pizzas were barely filled with ingredients. I have never experienced that with newyorkpizza (at least at this location).

Op 7 november hebben mijn vrouw en ik allebei Loaded nacho’s beef besteld. De nacho’s aan de rand waren donker tegen het verbrand aan, ging nog net. Midden op de nacho’s lag een soort “papje” van beef en kaas. Eerdere bestellingen zagen er altijd anders uit, daarbij zat de beef en de gesmolten kaas echt tussen de nacho’s. Deze keer niet, maar het smaakte, afgezien van het “papperige” verder normaal. Al na enkele uren begonnen bij ons de klachten: misselijkheid, droge mond en zwaar op de maag. Die nacht erop werden de klachten veel heftiger en kwam er hoofdpijn, diaree en braken bij en is de misselijkheid enorm toegenomen, we waren allebei doodziek. We hebben eerder deze nacho’s besteld en gegeten en toen nooit last gehad, dus het is niet dat wij allergisch ervoor zijn oid.. Eerder op de dag, voordat we deze nacho’s hebben gegeten, en de dag ervoor, hebben mijn vrouw ik allebei andere dingen gegeten en gedronken, de nacho’s was het enige wat we hetzelfde hebben gegeten. Onze huisarts heeft bevestigd dat het niet iets van een buikgriepje of iets anders was maar echt een voedselvergiftiging en heeft gelukkig iets tegen de misselijkheid kunnen voorschrijven, maar dat hielp helaas maar in beperkte mate. Uiteindelijk hebben we 3 dagen doodziek op bed gelegen, beurtelings naar het toilet en pas na een dag of 5 a 6 waren de klachten bij ons allebei pas echt voorbij. Ik heb meteen 8 november een klacht ingediend bij New York pizza en ontving een automatische mail dat de klacht ontvangen is en dat ik binnen 48 uur iets van ze zou horen. Welnu, ik heb ze een volle week gegeven, er is geen enkele reactie of excuus of wat-dan-ook-gekomen, daarom deze review. Ik hoop door het plaatsen van deze review potentiële klanten van New York pizza in Roosendaal te hebben gewaarschuwd voor deze manier van werken en op de hoogte heb gebracht dat je serieus een kans loopt op een voedselbereiding als je bij hen bestelt. Teven heb ik onze bestemming gemeld bij de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit, als er meer klachten binnenkomen bij ze krijgen ze vanzelf inspectie.

Recently visited New York Pizza in Roosendaal. Easily ordered via the website, after scouring the internet for a discount code. The pizzas were ready at the specified time. Pick-up can be a challenge, as it only has a few parking spaces and many bicycles and scooters are parked in or around the parking spaces. Staff are friendly. Oh yes, the pizzas were delicious.

Despite crowds and promotions, you never have to wait long for pick-up. Staff is also always friendly.

Unfriendly guests, not about anything rude, not wanting to accept anything fifteen minutes before time, they don't want to work.

Due to staff shortages and corona, they did not deliver to all zip codes in the city. A pity. Too bad the owner responds to my review with exclamation marks. Every industry is currently suffering from corona and has to adapt, but I can give an honest response about how I experienced it or is this also prohibited. After waiting 45 minutes, I called where the order was, it was already ready, but due to a shortage of delivery people it was said that it would take at least 15 minutes before delivery. Spent almost 2 hours trying to get a decent chocolate mousse. Ordered at 7:51 PM, they forgot this when delivered at 8:30 PM. The second attempt, a delivery man arrived at 9:15 p.m. and said that his boss had him make another delivery before he would arrange my delivery. Wanted to know whether a promotion was also valid for 30 pizzas (for the club) and called the information number of €0.25 (not really relevant these days) only to be told: "Your branch is not yet open, bye." So just ordered elsewhere.

How bad. Placed an order at 5:00 PM for 7:00 PM. Just called at 7:25 PM. Pizzas went into the oven at 8 p.m. Good thing we called. Order canceled and quickly got some fries. Not customer friendly and really bad service.

To end our holiday last Sunday on a nice note, we thought we would order a delicious pizza at 6:00 PM. Online he indicated the delivery time as just after half past seven.
