New York Pizza in Wijk 01 Woerden-Midden

The pizzas arrived 45 minutes late, even though the app said they would be 'on time'... They also forgot one pizza :(

Normally reasonable experiences, which is what you can expect from New York Pizza. Ordered today via Thuisbezorgd, 2 pizzas, one of which was a promotional pizza for 50% off, including a bottle of sauce. Upon delivery, the bottle was missing; the delivery driver only said "the sauce is on it." I then called; the guy on the phone had to look it up because he knew nothing about a promotion... eventually, after a long wait (my pizza was waiting to be eaten in the meantime, so I ended up with a lukewarm pizza myself), he agreed with me and said they would be coming to deliver the sauce later. Then the sauce arrived when the pizza was already finished, and it turns out the bottle of sauce is only good for a few days... so all of this was completely useless... because the bottle is going straight into the trash since it won't even be usable anymore after our vacation. It really is always expensive for what you get... and I even had a substantial discount because one pizza was half price and I received an additional 8 euro discount from Thuisbezorgd.

They are always late. I ordered for 18:45 and 19:00 and it didn't arrive until 19:20. This has happened several times already; it is getting worse and worse.

Small place but has great options and work fast too

Tip... pay at the door and not online in advance! This is because you don't know if they will be delivered or not. In our case, they weren't delivered, and they don't offer refunds either.

Ordered at 6:00 PM for 7:30 PM on a Sunday evening. I called at 8:30 PM to ask where my order was, and I was told the following: ‘It just came out of the oven’. This is a worthless company.

The pizzas were supposed to be delivered 1.5 hours ago. We’ve already finished dessert and have just started on the chips. We called again in between; it was busy, staff were sick, etc. The expected time given back then has also long since passed.

This makes no sense. The food was supposed to arrive at 7 o'clock, it is now 9 o'clock and it has finally arrived. Completely soggy and disgusting. INEDIBLE! DO NOT ORDER HERE

The service is just as bad as Ajax this season; they often show up an hour late and then say it's busy.

Service is second to none and understanding is second to none. Order your pizza from Domino's and save yourself the trouble.

Super friendly staff! We arrived 10 minutes before closing but were still able to get a pizza. There's a super cute cat walking around outside. The employee gave me treats to give to the cat. I also had to wash my hands afterward. The pizza was ready quickly and delicious! Plenty of toppings and perfectly sliced :)

I always see the staff working so hard. The pizzas are great, and they're always so friendly! Hopefully, their work is well recognized.

Used to be excellent, but lately it's been getting worse. After the very disappointing special offer pizza last time, I ordered elsewhere for a while. Yesterday I ordered the special offer pizza Gyros from NY again and was disappointed again. I had to search for the gyros with a magnifying glass, and cutting them was apparently very difficult. I'm done with this quality for now and will order from locals again for a better price/quality.

Good pizzas but poorly cut and order was not entirely correct.

It's absolutely fantastic here. The pizzas are simply delicious, with a good base and fresh toppings. The service is also relaxed; everyone is friendly, and you never have to wait long. The atmosphere is also relaxed; it's a great place to hang out with friends. Simply 5 stars. Definitely worth going back!

Just ordered two doner pizzas. There wasn't much topping, and the worst part was that one of them had a long hair in it. I threw half of the pizza away. De Bleek 1 Woerden.

For years I have had great pizzas without any problems, lately the pizzas are really not good: Very few toppings Very little sauce Just dry stuff. Will not spend any more money here. Advise everyone to get pizza elsewhere.

Pizza was not fully cooked and wet from the rain. They brought a new one, but it was also not baked properly. Service was fine, but the pizza not... The person I spoke to indicated that it would not be possible because it works with a timer. Never had any problems before and now twice in a row. Maybe set the timer a little longer? In any case, I will not order from here again until the problem is resolved.

2/20/2024 The staff in the store this evening is absolutely great! Ordered online, forgot something, called a friendly employee and there was a Garlic Bread included, great!

Avoid this location. We ate a pizza with contaminated salami that gave me and a friend stomach pains and diarrhea. They need better training on hygiene.

Pizza was good but only 1 star because they kept talking about cancer the whole time I was there

The pizzas will be quite tasty but maybe the cars can adjust their speed!! It is unbelievable how fast people drove through the residential area in Harmelen last Sunday! Abnormal! It is not to be hoped that one day a child will ride his bicycle

If you walk in here to order a pizza, it takes 10 minutes until an employee stands behind the counter and asks you if you are being helped yet. The staff is too busy baking pizzas, answering the telephone, processing online orders and instructing the delivery people and planning their routes. However, this can be solved by first ordering a pizza online and then walking to the shop, then your pizza is ready when you walk into the shop. And the pizzas taste very good, although it is of course slightly different from an authentic Italian pizza. Great if you're craving a greasy, unhealthy meal.

Bad thing. Always late and don't say anything. I wouldn't order here. Very unfortunate for the name of New York Pizza

Excellent Pizza, reasonably priced

Ordered a pizza with some snacks on Monday evening. However, we had to wait 1.5 hours for this. The food was cold. And I missed my sauces. Very good business and I think I order here on average twice a week. But this was so disappointing. Bah.

Excellent. The pizza was fantastic and nice and hot. I will order from here much more often 👍.

Always well-made pizzas and fast delivery times!

Too bad you can't attach a photo here. Ordered a 4 cheese pizza, normally always good, but now only half (!) of the pizza was topped with cheese!!!!. And the other half is just tomato sauce... How is that possible???? Doesn't a chef look at the customer before sending something away? Of course you get a new pizza, but it is still annoying if you order pizzas with 4 people...

Excellent service! Today I accidentally forgot to enter my standard prescription and they called me to ask if I didn't want it as usual. My pizza tasted completely familiar, but today I ate it with an extra big smile :-) What great service!

Ordered for the 2nd time, very satisfied, friendliness during delivery, and the pizzas arrived super warm! My compliments! A very satisfied customer!

Tasty pizzas and it's fine that it takes a little longer, but it ALWAYS takes half an hour longer, so perhaps calculate your arrival/collection time better. Adjustment: we have now been waiting 2 HOURS for a pizza here, so we will never order again.

Better than Domino's, much fresher and they read the comments which is lacking at Domino's!

Very tasty pizza but delivery takes a while

Ordering by telephone from New York pizza Woerden is a drama. The lady knows nothing, knows nothing, can't do anything, gives wrong advice and doesn't understand the concept of discount coupons. In addition, they are extremely expensive. 2 pizzas for 30 euros!

Always helpful and delicious pizzas

Good pizza but sometimes better than other times.

Good actions and I love the morrocon flavour 30 cm .

I regularly order my pizza from New York Pizza! A very satisfied customer. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Whether you have it delivered or picked up. Tasty garlic edge. My favorite is double pepperoni and BBQ meat lovers! Then always do a double taste!

They have freshly prepared, hot, pizzas, pastas, salads, sides and drinks. They are a different type of pizza base than you are used to, slightly thicker but tasty.

Italian Chicken Florentine is my favorite pizza. The edges are crispy with garlic flavor and the crème fraiche in combination with the chicken is fantastic!! Besides that, they have incredibly friendly delivery people. They put a smile on your face. The people in the pizzaria are also very friendly. But... Now, today (July 2019) I am a few florentines further and I notice that the quality varies. Sometimes the pizza is suddenly too salty, then the pizza is too spicy and then suddenly the arugula is fried or the chicken is tough. You know what I mean. Come on New York Pizza!!! A little attention!

Pizzas too salty, ingredients burnt or not visible as they should have been, delivered fifteen minutes later, last time.

Garlic sauce was forgotten for 6 pizzas and it was limp and tasteless.

Ate with a friend (with a discount =D) tasty pizzas for a good price. Was delivered to their door, which is not surprising because it is 2 meters from their front door. These pizzas are actually even tastier than the pizzas from dominos, so I can definitely recommend them

Tasty pizzas delivered quickly and friendly delivery person

tasty pizzas, but the prices here are a lot higher than, for example, the branch in Drachten and/or Nijmegen.

Very customer friendly and very good pizzas

Delicious pizza and desserts. Friendly staff, just a pity there is no parking space to park

Delicious pizzas! Good staff. Work hard and are friendly. And the pizza with goat cheese is definitely recommended! To die for!

Tent is clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Tasty pizza. When I come here with my son, he often gets a small gift.

Delicious pizzas. That garlic edge is really delicious. Always excellent service and friendly staff!

A cozy branch but very nicely laid out, staff very friendly and the pizzas are delicious, why not 5 stars because they don't put much garlic sauce on your pizza

Not only very tasty pizzas, but also the chicken pieces are very tasty! Friendly staff and never have to wait long for pick-up. Wide choice of pizza toppings.

Tasty cheap pizzas, especially when taken away, but unfortunately too salty

Friendly personel and good pizza for excellent price

Cheap on Monday, Tuesday, pizza promotion

Good food, reasonably priced, took back to my hotel room, medium size was perfect for one.

Always the best pizza from Woerden
