Top notch!! I still had an hour's bus ride ahead of me, asked 3 nearby restaurants if I could please use the restroom, and this was the only place where they were somewhat friendly and understanding. Incredibly grateful!! Great place :)

Just ordered two pizzas and they were delivered neatly within fifteen minutes by a young man with curly hair. Ten minutes later, he was already back at the door with a new pizza, because the wrong crust had accidentally been used on one of them. I hadn't even noticed it myself! It is really incredibly considerate of you to resolve this so well on your own initiative. A solid 10 for the service! 🙏🏻

A truly beautiful, lovely, but above all magnificent shop

So you order 2 pizzas for 30 euros! And you get 2 sparsely topped pizzas. At this branch, the pizza cutter seems broken too. I expected more.....

Recently, we ordered from another branch in the region, and that was when we really noticed just how good the quality here actually is. The difference was strikingly large. At New York Pizza Oss, the pizzas are always fresh, well-topped, and of consistent quality. Additionally, delivery is almost always fast, and the order is simply correct. I ordered a pizza with a thick crust and received a dry thin crust that tasted like I was chewing on cardboard. When I called to point this out politely, I was completely dismissed, and they wouldn't even deliver my correct order. Truly unprecedentedly bad service. Apparently, they think it's normal to make mistakes and then just fob off customers. People would be better off spending their money somewhere else than at this worthless place.

Very bad experience at New York Pizza Oss. I was hungry and walked in to order, but was treated in a totally unfriendly and disrespectful manner by an employee. He said the place was closed, but the door was simply open. If you are closed, just lock the door instead of treating customers like this. Absolutely no customer friendliness. This could be much better.

Good evening. I tried to reach New York Pizza in Oss by phone this evening... it would have cost me money. When I dialed the number, I was accompanied by some lovely music. I wanted to ask a question about the pepperoni pizza, but an employee on the phone threatened me and challenged me to come to the New York Pizza location to fight it out physically. I'm not happy with this, and I don't leave reviews lightly, but I've had enough! This is the straw that broke the camel's back. Shame on New York Pizza!

Satisfied for many years, but last September I received a shawarma pizza (delivered) with almost no meat. They tried to disguise it with 10 times the amount of swirled garlic sauce. After several complaints to the head office, this establishment is doing nothing. It's outrageous to spend so much money on dough and sauce.

At least the food arrives warm, but it's often half-mixed. Today I ordered two pizzas again, and the entire top of the box is smashed, so everything is pressed against the top of the box, leaving barely anything left on your pizza. What a waste of money.

On June 8th, I placed an order for two vegan pizzas. After placing and paying for the order, a staff member called to say they were out of vegan shawarma chicken. I then canceled the order over the phone, saying the staff member would refund the amount. This didn't happen. I called twice more, and each time they said it would be taken care of. It's now been a month, and I still haven't received my money back. This is not customer-friendly.

Friendly staff. The wrong pizza was made, but they immediately resolved the issue by making the correct one, which was ready within a few minutes. I even got the wrong pizza to take home, which was great!

Just like several branches of "Burger Kitchen" this one is located in Oss, also at the same address as NYP. Like many others, I do not eat Halal out of conviction, let BK offer this for 100%, which also means that at NYP Oss, I also apply a ban, just like all other branches.

Ordered a pizza 2½ hours ago now and it still hasn't arrived. Called an hour ago and was supposed to be there in 20 minutes. A shortage of delivery people is possible, but that is scandalous.

There was something wrong with the previous order, and the response was very polite straight away. The solution was very neat and the conversation about this today was also super neat! Top service.

All ingredients are thrown into the middle of the pizza and straight into the oven. On a 30 cm pizza, the ingredients are on a 15 cm circle, outside of which only tomato sauce and swirl. A bit of a shame for such a relatively expensive pizza. In addition, all cold accessories were forgotten. By the way, they were delivered fairly quickly. A lukewarm pizza. In short, substandard quality, although preparing a pizza is not rocket science.

Make you wait longer than an hour when you come to pick up

I ordered pizza from New York Pizza at the Oss branch on 11.12.2022. I ordered the Double tasty here: 2 flavors, 1 pizza with the choices of BBQ Bacon & Chicken + Black Truffle Pizza. When I opened my order I discovered that I did NOT receive a black truffle pizza but something with champion?! I am very disappointed in this.

Nice open restaurant, feels like a terrace but inside. We arrived and we were immediately asked very politely what they could do for us, after taking our order the employee even pulled out a table for us (the 4 of us). Pizza was great, service was great. On the right track!

Order placed at 5:58 PM. The pizza would be delivered at 6:43 PM via the so-called pizza tracker. Site kept saying it would be delivered “on time”. After waiting an hour I called. Have to tell the same story twice to 2 different people? Well, it could take a while due to bad weather. Then why don't you call? No, that was not possible, but I was able to pick up my pizza myself 😂 never order elsewhere next time! Now let's hope the food is warm upon arrival 🤞🏻

I tried to order a pizza this evening with a very serious question about whether I could put a whole pineapple on my pizza, and was then told no, at first very kindly, but then a friend of mine broke down because of something he saw where I was treated rudely. and it was said that you have my number and that you will still have a big problem, I really don't think this is customer friendly.

I had to look carefully to see if there was döner on the 'doner' pizza. They might as well have called it a pizza magherita. The pizza was barely filled. Maybe because it was an offer?

The people who work there are customer friendly. Some pizzas that are on the site are not on the menu there?!? Pizza was not bad, but not that I would say yippi-ja-jee either. Had 2 different halves but if I had been eating with my eyes closed I would definitely have thought I had one and the same pizza. Luckily I was able to distinguish it because there were 3 slivers of onion on one side and not on the other. The portion of the garlic sauce is also sparse, I prefer to spread it gradually over your pizza beforehand, because if you start dipping haphazardly you will find out that you have been quite hungry after your 2nd point. The dough does taste better than the competitors, but unfortunately I'm not much of a crust eater, so that didn't help me either. We got a bag of lettuce with it, which surprised me quite a bit, but that was okay. There are 2 tables available to eat there. One of which you have a drinks machine in your neck. I give it 3 stars as being OK because the people are very nice and customer friendly, but they still need some polishing on those pizzas.
