Tokyo Express Sushi in Centrum

I'm giving the food one star, but I have no idea. I've been waiting for almost an hour and a half, even though it should have been half an hour at most. After calling, they didn't even give me a single reason why it was taking so long. So, last time, I'll definitely go back to Tanuki next time.

The deluxe box contains 16 of the same filling, 8 of which are filled with breadcrumbs. The last 8 were good. It's listed as 4x8 different pieces. Very disappointing.

No idea how the food tastes. It still hasn't arrived. Thuisbezorgd said it would be delivered within 22 minutes. It can take a little longer, so I checked the app again and suddenly it said 49 minutes!! So we called the store, and they said they were already on their way. Over an hour later, still nothing... €120 for poor delivery and service!!

The sushi doesn't look appetizing, and it doesn't taste fresh. The interior doesn't look good; it seems they're primarily focused on takeout or delivery.

Probably one of the worst sushi places in Oss. We ordered a sushi box online, the delivery was fast, but unfortunately the rolls were different from the description. The rice was dry and had no taste. Never ordering from here again! It was a waste of money :(

It was once the best sushi in Oss, you could still taste the rice vinegar, unfortunately it has been really dry lately 🍚 rice, very unfortunate.

Edit: the day later, Tokyo Express contacted us to explain why it took so long. Long story short, it was incredibly busy. It seems logical when you think about what happens on this day at the same time. In addition, the missing dishes were returned and they even offered to bring them. We thought the latter was very neat, but it is not necessary. Hopefully they learn something from this for next time! The sushi tasted fine, but it was nothing special. Unfortunately, they are not well prepared for crowds. Waited more than 2 hours for the order. We even wanted to pick it up as a solution, but that was not possible. In addition, they are unreachable by telephone. When you do get them on the phone, the standard answer is that it will take another 20 minutes. Order planned for 6:15 PM was delivered at 8:30 PM, which ultimately turned out to be incomplete. Block new orders and/or arrange more capacity when it is busy, as some of your colleagues have done. And above all, be accessible and honest.

Had to wait 3 hours and 15 minutes for our order. They can keep their food. Depositing money back was faster :)

Delivery time ridiculously long! I think they still have to catch the nigiri salmon when you order. Phew

Bad service, long delivery time

Waited over 2 hours for an order, already paid via home delivery, and no food or message. This business cannot be reached by telephone and I have no idea if and when they will deliver food. Another 1 hour curfew and I have no food in the house, thanks Tokyo Express for the first and last time.

Despite Corona times, unfortunately we cannot enjoy the restaurant, but fortunately home delivery is an option! Delicious dishes, fast service, tastiest sushi in Oss. Highly recommended!

We had to wait about 2 hours and we also passed this on to the courier. Food was very average.... Will order elsewhere in the future.

Unfortunately I had to wait more than 1.5 hours for my order, which is a shame... not what it used to be.

Very good prices and a very good meal experience. I would welcome anybody to try their service as the staff is very generous in helping you select your menu and helping. Very pleased with the overall location for eating in and service. Five out of five stars.
