I'd never ordered from here before due to a previous bad experience, but after trying a new Korean BBQ chicken pizza, I got curious and ordered it. Another huge disappointment. They advertise a good-looking pizza with lots of large chicken pieces, but in reality, you literally get almost nothing. I also found very little bell pepper, and the sauce was way too much. This is a real scam.

I think this is a family business because it's all brothers and cousins ​​who work here. When you come to pick up your food your appetite is spoiled by all the brothers niffo and cousins ​​flying around your ears, nonchalant and amateurish I say. Pizza also disgusting btw

Placed an order 2 weeks ago that was already delayed by 2 hours. After a few excuses (the delivery person would walk out the door), I finally called again and had the order canceled, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This is bad. At the very least, contact your customers when it is busy.

If I couldn't give it any stars I would have. What lousy service. Ordered pizzas at 5 p.m. for 6 p.m. At 6.45 pm I still had no pizza, so I called the branch. They supposedly went with the delivery person at that moment and this would take 15/20 minutes. At 7.30 pm still no pizza.. Called again, and the same young man admitted that it was too busy and that he is normally in a different branch. So blamed his manager. We were supposed to be contacted, but a full week later we had not heard anything from head office. We have now contacted the head office and they have promised that the branch itself would contact us again. 2 weeks later, still nothing. What a worthless chain, we will never order again!

Since Roy took over this store, things have only deteriorated. They have moved away from A4 receipts and now they are normal receipts. The pizzas have also become a lot worse. First they always arrived warm and now the couriers charge at least ten cents, meaning the pizza never arrives warm anymore. The quality of the pizzas has also deteriorated considerably. First when you ordered a NY style pizza you got a thick base with enough toppings on it and up to the edge. Now they have become very thin pizzas and sparingly toppings. In short, we are very disappointed and will not order from here again.

It was really a mess there. My pizzas still needed to be made. After 3 o'clock I received a phone call asking if I still wanted them... By then it was 9 p.m. and I canceled it - after all, we had already had to get a meal from the freezer. Our evening was totally ruined. After 2 emails later still no refund received.

York Pizza is not very special, the most you can do is screw it up in the delivery I think. But when I was there there was a guy who convinced me within 2 minutes that he was the most tiring person ever. Kudos to the patience with which the employees dealt with that guest, 5 stars

Said that I would rather get the money back and the girl said that I can send her boss an email, but how can I be sure that I will get my money back? I will certainly take further steps. Her boss is going to receive an email because this is not possible! You can't make people wait 2 hours to receive their food!!!

I just ordered pizza from them through Thuisbezorgd and it is DELICIOUS!!! And warm in spite of snow outside. Really, really good.

We ordered gluten-free pizza, but it wasn't gluten-free. My gluten allergic girlfriend is very sick because of it. If you cant make a pizza gluten free, then maybe you shouldn't sell them because some people is allergic to it, like someone for nuts. Not recommend for anyone who want to eat gluten free.

I didn't order food there but I'm living close by. I get that the food need to be deliver fast but come on. The road isn't a formula one circuit. Last night I was passing by and the car of the company just pass me to "arrive faster" at a red traffic light at the end of the street. Maybe it would be nice to say to your delivery person to be careful on the road and respect some basic driving rules...

The pizza is expensive, but also really good. Contrary to what some other reviewers claim, I think the customer service is pretty good. Here is a story: Two friends and I ordered 2 normal pizzas, and one large one. We also got 3 pizzas in total, one of which was large. The problem was the large pizza we ordered was normal, and one of the normal pizzas was large instead. So we got one large pizza, but not the correct one. We called customer service, and they quickly delivered another large pizza, this time the correct one. We did not have any long discussions or anything. As soon as they understood what went wrong, they offered a solution. Of course, we were also allowed to keep the other pizzas. In my opinion, this is exactly how the situation should have been handled.

Fine pizza, I prefer it for my fastfood pizza. They sometimes struggle with timing the pizza's though, which makes pizza colder then would be preferable. I have only had this happen when getting the pizza there myself.

We live two blocks away from this location and ordered pizza at 18:45. We called at 19:30 asking where the pizza was. We were told the pizza was on it's way. At 20:00 we still had no pizza. We called back and had to cancel the order, the person on the phone didn't seem to care and had no sympathies for us. What a shame.
