I called the place several times to ask where the pizza was. I ended up driving there myself to pick it up, which took a total of 3.5 hours, and the delivery arrived 2 hours later than the estimated time. I spent 80 euros on a half-cold pizza. I did get a bottle of coke and a cookie for the wait.

Placed an order at 4 p.m. for 5:15 p.m. Almost two hours later, and still no pizza. And when you call, they either don't answer or give a lame excuse. Don't order from here!

Order placed at 6:30 PM. Only after payment was I informed via text message that it was busy and that the delivery time would be 55–85 minutes. Finally, it wasn't delivered until 8:15 PM, which meant a 105-minute wait. Our daughter had to leave immediately for music lessons, so she practically only got one bite of dinner. The pizza was supposed to have ground meat, but there was almost nothing visible, and the same applies to the extra ground meat (€2). Disappointing that the delay was only reported after payment; please respond or resolve this.

The worst NY pizza in the entire country. So sad! 👎 I called twice to tell them the spicy sauce needed to be on the side because it was for the kids, and the other time to change the size, and we still got the sauce. I called and got a rude guy who told me that because I called multiple times, I should expect something to go wrong, and I was blamed for it. So rudely, he told me, "NO, I'M NOT GETTING YOU ANOTHER PIZZA????!!!! You have to order again!!!!!!😳 The kids are crying for their pizza and have to sleep after a sandwich they weren't expecting. Best New York-style pizza in town. I've ordered from here so many times, and it's always hot, delicious, perfectly cooked, and generous with the toppings. A lot of the meat is halal, which is also unique. Delivery is fast and friendly. I always order from here when I have pizza cravings; it's truly fantastic.

My recent experience at New York Pizza Maastricht was nothing short of disappointing. The pizza I received was uncomfortably cold, making eating it a daunting task.

Just got a pizza as a student you get a discount, but I still paid too much (1.00). It's just the idea that counts. So pay close attention.
