im sorry but the pizza was badly made, tomato sauce thick on 1 side absent on the other the dough was dry and tough to eat. only thing good was the pepperoni on top

THREE HAIRS IN MY FOOD !!!! Ordered from this New York Pizza Maastricht branch (Masadastraat 61) (order number 2026-71873429) There was a large hair under the pizza. I thought: that can happen. But when I opened the buffalo wings and checked them, I found two more hairs on one piece, also on the underside (a thick hair and one that looked like an eyebrow hair). Three hairs on your food cannot be a coincidence. Because it was on the underside, it looks like the person who made my order did this on purpose. If this wasn't done on purpose, it must be someone who hasn't showered for 3 months. The bottle of water was literally warm, by the way. I want my full money back. A report is definitely going to head office and the NVWA; an inspection really needs to be carried out here. People in Maastricht, you'd better not order here.

Food: ordered the 4 cheeses, sorry to say honestly the toughest dry pizza i could barely chew, dont know if its this location or the general formula. But not what i remember nyp being like. Could have had authentic pizza on an italians terrace for the price too. Garlic bread sides werent bad. Service: Really fast. Might explain pizza quality. Will give another go if i can force the site to use a different location. See of its the same. Very disappointed.

Ordered again yesterday, January 19, '24, apparently it was busy with orders again, because then the manager panics. Obviously a pizza will not look like the photo on the site. I took a picture as I received my pizza yesterday. The spinach on the pizza was completely burnt, I could crumble it like powder. Filing a complaint with the head office is also of no use, they are even less interested in what the operator does. This is now the 2nd time I order on Friday, it is busy and the pizza is unpalatable The handling by the operator is downright pathetic; for us, and I hope for many who follow us, never again NYP

We asked which pizzas were halal and were very well helped. We ended up ordering a pizza that wasn't halal and were supposed to pick it up 15 minutes later. Apparently, the pizza hadn't been prepared because they knew we wanted a halal pizza. What a lovely gesture! Great staff!

We all had pizza for tea. Delivered to Dormio Resort, no issues. If you like a pepperoni pizza you will love the double pepperoni from here. Very nice, thanks.

Very bad...but above all, no solution was offered. First, the good: the pizzas were delivered quickly and the delivery person was friendly. I ordered a large "4 cheese" pizza, but without gorgonzola and instead a double portion of mozzarella, cheddar, and Gouda. The delivered pizza was very thinly topped and virtually tasteless; there was BARELY any cheese flavor...even though cheddar and Gouda should have a decent flavor. I called the store and told them they could even pick up the pizza to judge for themselves, but they couldn't do anything for me. They offered a 25% discount on a future order, but we won't be placing any more orders. The worst pizza I've ever eaten, but even worse: poor customer service.

Here you simply get the best pizzas! And a very good friendly service!

Delicious pizzas and friendly staff.

Ordered pizza delivered to your home. Went outside to take a look and waited for our order. It took a long time, so we tried to reach New York pizzas and home delivery by phone, but neither was reachable. The order was supposed to arrive within 20 to 30 minutes, but this was not the case. Finally, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, I drove myself to New York Pizzas. Once inside, it turns out that the delivery person has given our order that we paid for to someone else who can now enjoy free food. The effort to make new food for us was not made, money back and we have to figure it out ourselves. It is now 2 minutes before 11:00 PM, so it is no longer possible to get something to eat somewhere.

Tasted nasty and messed up my order

Awesome! Pizzas are super tasty, well topped and always delivered piping hot. Best pizzas in Maastricht. Da nonna and dominoes are nothing.

I am no even Italian but this pizza was a disgrace. I would have rather eaten a piece of cartboard. The pizza was dry and bland and the salami tasted like rat meat. Don’t Go there Trust me.

I ordered a pizza from the uber eats app and it bever arrived. After waiting for 3 hours (aka at 1 am) I got a notification saying that it was delivered, but the delivery person was nowhere to be seen. The restaurant didn't inform me about anything nor did they try to cancel the order. On top of that my orders from here have been canceled multiple times without a reason. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Order here often. Always fast and deliciously fresh.
