Just before closing time, we popped in to order a takeaway pizza, and what perfect, friendly service we received. There was also a pleasant atmosphere to wait in, and the pizzas were 10/10!

Pizza is being made thinner and thinner and with less toppings, especially chicken and meat.

Dough is thick. I ordered 4 cheese pizza, it was like bread with cheese toppings.

If you like American pizza, this is definitely a good place. I had a pizza delivered here once during my move and was satisfied. The pizza arrived on time, was nice and hot, and had plenty of toppings. The delivery driver was also friendly.

Today I ordered two pizzas, one of which wasn't as requested. I called the store, and the manager was very polite, apologized immediately, and promised to deliver the correct pizza quickly. Besides the pizza, we received a small gift for the inconvenience and, once again, a sincere apology from a friendly young woman. We are very satisfied.

Got the wrong Pizza called to get a new one and my Pizza will go to waste as they want to take it back after I ate a slice…. Second they just hanged up the phone while I was still talking givibg them my address. Unbelievable unfriendly Service!

Absolutely terrible New York Pizza franchise. They only deliver half of what you order and then refuse to deliver or refund. This place is not worthy of its name and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You order at 3:15 PM and ask: can you deliver between 6 and 6:15 PM? No problem, according to the employee on the phone. At 6:30 PM, still nothing, so I decided to call. They hadn't even put the order of 5 pizzas for our team in the oven yet; it could take longer due to the crowd. There was nothing they could do about it because it was busy. Why? My order was already placed at 3:15 PM. Worthless, unacceptable, and as a "consolation," they offered me one dessert for the wait. So, bye, order canceled, and I'll never visit this location again.

Ordered dessert Oreo bread it looked nothing like it was described or presented in the picture. When it arrived the package was over flowing with white chocolate sauce plopped on a soggy stale tasting bread. It straight up looked disgusting never ordering that again. Pizza was fine but idk why they have to send the Oreo bread in such a disgusting way. Really terrible

I've been going to this New York Pizza for years, and the food never disappoints. The special offer pizzas are inexpensive and constantly changing, so there's always something new to try. Even if there are any issues, they're quickly resolved or compensated. I'll definitely be back.

There is always a very good atmosphere in this shop. The owner and staff are always very nice, even when it is busy. Delivery always comes as quickly as possible. The food is everything as expected and I would recommend it to everyone. Everyone had a delicious meal here during the carnival and nothing was thrown away.

Pizza was soooo tasty and the staffs were kind. It was crowded so we had to wait for a little to get our pizza, but all was good, pizza and the service. Definitely going there again!

I ordered crispy wings and it was not crispy at all and i could not eat it. It looks very vad and not delicious.

I just ordered two pints of ice cream and it came completely melted… this is unacceptable and it is not the first time it happens… We gave a lot of money to NYP from time to time, but regarding the ice cream it’s a big NO from me… I don’t need a food poisoning… P.S train your employees better because a month ago I ordered a California Veggie and somebody thought it would be funny to place a piece of chicken in the middle… Please respect other people’s eating preferences.

Real juice shop! A salad where the tomatoes, parmesan and DRESSING were missing. The sauces were also forgotten. I'll never order here again.

This restaurant is beyond frustrating. Ordered pizza two days ago, and it never arrived. Called the next day, and they offered to let me reorder free of charge. I gave them another chance tonight, and once again, no pizza. Same incompetent driver as before, no missed calls, and yet they refuse to tell me what number they’ve been calling. When I called to resolve this, the so-called “manager” claimed he personally tried to deliver my order and that since they’ve supposedly tried twice, I’m not getting a refund. To make matters worse, they blamed me for "changing my address too many times," even though it’s the same building—I just provided both entrances in case one was easier to find. No other restaurant has had this issue, and they managed to deliver just fine last week. Avoid this place if you value your time- and stomach.

The mexican hot and spicy pepperoni pizza here is impeccable. The garlic bread also didn't disappoint. Appropriately priced and the service is great. Highly recommended!

Waited for 45 minutes for a 30cm pizza, pizza was super small (why do I pay 18 euros...?) with poorly distributed sauce and exactly 2 half cherry tomatoes (caprese). But it was okay because luckily it was compensated with a thick black hair as an extra topping :) happy with it

No updates on delivery time after ordering, no delivery more than an hour later. Ended up with cold pizza while BP is not far from here. Inadmissible, especially for a Tuesday evening.

Ordered food, then waited over 1.5 hours to then receive a cold pizza. The girl on the phone was not very friendly because when I said I would come get the pizza she literally said: no, just stay home because the delivery person is faster. Then waited another 20 minutes to eat another cold pizza. I drove there in 3 minutes but people acted like I was some kind of idiot and laughed at me. Very and very sad!!!!!

Had a great meal after an afternoon movie in Pathe Maastricht. It was on a Monday.

The pizza was hot and the dough was of good quality. But a long-running advertisement about The Dough is getting boring and is no reason to order.

I almost always give 5 stars to places on Google Maps, but this one will not get more than 3. Price and product are not in line with each other 😔

Well, 2nd pizza for 2 euros. Cheap, so you can't say much bad about it. You put number 2 in the refrigerator and the next morning it comes out of the microwave exactly the same as when it was delivered.

Staff was friendly. Only minus point was that staff said it would take 6-7 minutes. But it took about double of that. Not my biggest worry it takes a bit longer but parking is 15min free and after that its expensive.

The Pizza's were finger liking good except it was cold in the place.

The pizzas are tasty, but very sparsely topped. Pizza was cut into 6 pieces (30cm pizza) and each piece had 1 slice of salami. And there was some sausage, about 4 pieces (the size of a 1 euro coin) so not every piece of pizza had that sausage. And then for €10.99.

Op 26 september heb ik een pizza besteld bij New York pizza (filiaal Maastricht). Dat heb ik gedaan via hun app. Na een uur wachten heb ik geprobeerd het filiaal Maastricht Maastricht te bellen maar, daar werd de telefoon niet opgenomen. Uiteindelijk een ticket ingestuurd via hun site. Meteen een reactie terug met het volgende: De oven is kapot en we hebben getracht de pizza ergens anders te maken. Vanavond zal u uw geld terugkrijgen op de rekening waarmee is betaald. Na 1 maand en meerdere genegeerde tickets die ik heb ingestuurd eindelijk antwoord gekregen met de vraag of ik het alsnog het contact formulier op de site zou willen invullen. Ik heb de medewerker gevraagd het voor mij in te vullen aangezien ze mij al een maand laten wachten en dat dat niet bepaald klant vriendelijk is. Anderhalve week geleden is dat ticket ingeschoten en tot op heden nog geen antwoord terug over de teruggave van mijn geld. Dus in het kort ben ik al anderhalve maand op mijn geld aan het wachten. Ik vind dit van de beesten af en niet respectvol naar de klant toe.

In addition, a rude employee in the shop and a very dirty terrace, tables had not seen a cloth for a while and rubbish everywhere, overflowing rubbish bins and when we wanted to neatly deliver the pizza box inside after dinner, she said... there are rubbish bins 😡 Never again New York Pizza for me! A lot goes wrong here. Ordered ice cream twice, the site said that I could choose a film for free at Pathe's home. Not received twice. Once I received the wrong order and it was corrected. They had to switch my order with another customer's. I had cold food because of this. Recently I ordered ice cream again worth 8.75 Euro. Delivery person forgot, well that can happen. I called and they said the restaurant was closed and all the delivery people were still on their way with orders. Strangely enough, they cannot refund your money if they cannot deliver the product. Order from Domino's from now on.

Best pizzas, deliver fast. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but used to be cheaper.

They will cancel your order if you order at a quarter to 10. Teringlijers, you wait an hour for your food only to be told that the restaurant is closed.

If you are looking for a delicious fresh pizza, do not order New York pizza. Pizza doesn't taste good, delivery person unfriendly. Can't stand this shit...

Ordered 4 cheese pizza. I didn't like it, it was as if the cheese was no longer good, it had a very sour smell to it... I'm not used to this kind of pizza. delivery was fast.

I am an experienced pizza baker myself! They need to realize that they shouldn't give people warm dough. Adjust the oven properly so that you bake the dough better for a crispy crust!! If the same mistake happens again, I don't recommend it to anyone!

I am not a big fan of new york pizza. From wherever i buy it , it is always very dry and tastes like paper. But today i visited for the first time their restaurant in brusselseport and it was freakin delicious!!!! 👍🏻

I had my first experience with this pizza place, Never again! I ordered a XXL 4 tastes pizza and 12 buffalo wings, both the pizza and wings were uncooked, especially the wings. I had to put them in the my oven for an additional 20 minutes, what is the point to order take out if you have to cook your food again!?
