Too expensive for the quality of pizza, size and place...

Unfortunately, for the umpteenth time again a dry, hard, cold pizza.

Good pizzas. Good service. Only for take away.

I ordered two 12-inch thin crust/Italian pizzas from here. Not only do you not get 12-inch pizzas here, but you also barely get any meat or cheese on them, and they arrived cold with no garlic sauce. I took pictures, and for comparison, the first three are from here and the last four are from another location. What a difference! I called and was promised a refund, but I never received it—€33.73! Absolutely terrible service and the worst pizzas I've ever had. I tried twice, but both times it was a disaster. Calling is pointless; it doesn't solve anything; you simply lose your money. However, I can't order from another location, so unfortunately, no more New York pizza for us. Do something about it, you're losing customers this way!

This New York Pizza in The Hague is without a doubt the worst branch of the chain I have ever visited. The pizzas were dry and tasteless, it looked like the base had been waiting to be baked for days. And what a disappointment in terms of toppings! They are so stingy with the ingredients it's almost laughable. You barely get anything on top of your pizza and the few toppings there are have no flavor. For the price you pay, you'd be much better off getting a pizza elsewhere. This was my last visit, because this establishment really doesn't deserve a second chance!

Slow service and Super stingy topping!

I have eaten and ordered pizzas from several New York restaurants, but I think this is the worst. What a disappointment! The pizzas were limp and almost tasteless. I opted for a thick base and unfortunately I got a thin base.

What kind of staff works here - Regularly something goes wrong with ordering, delivery person who literally drops the pizza in front of the door, picks it up with his dirty claws and doesn't even say sorry. If something needs to be delivered, the delivery person would be on his way within fifteen minutes, it is a 5-minute bike ride. Lets hope this isn't a franchise with these incompetent staff.

It's always nice to pick up a pizza, as it often becomes cheaper right away.

The place is not clean and the bathrooms are in bad condition

I enjoyed getting my pizzas here, but suddenly people can no longer pay in cash here. It's nice to harm customers and their staff who no longer receive cash tips, I don't understand this entrepreneur's choice. Remain accessible to all the public and not just to the pinners.

If the pizzas are warm upon arrival, they are the tastiest delivery pizzas available. However (despite the fact that we live a few hundred meters away as the crow flies), the pizzas have lately been cold on arrival time and time again. The tracker shows that they wait 20-30 minutes before they are given to the delivery person. Wait to make the pizzas until a delivery person is available or don't make them. Nothing worse than a cold pizza, thanks.

Consistently the best pizza on the Fred.

The quality used to be quite good, but over the past year it's become unpredictable - sometimes the pizza is very dry with few toppings and everything sunk into the middle of the crust with large bald areas and bubbles in the dough OR it's very good! You just don't know what you will get. Delivery times are pretty normal - busier on weekends of course. I've only had a few times where the delivery time was extremely long (it happens). I never complained in the past but it got to the point recently that I had to call the store and let them know things had gotten to a point of being unacceptable. The manager was very attentive and issued a credit for the next order, which unfortunately was just as bad. But the next one after that (I called and placed the order on the phone and explained the issues we'd had) was great! Ultimately, I believe they have a staffing and/or management issue and may need to retrain their people to make the products to standard. Or, there's a morale problem and SOME (not all) of the people there just don't care about the quality of their work. Regardless of the cause, it's fixable and this could be a great brand if they would just take the time to invest in addressing the quality and overall operational effectiveness. It's delicious pizza when done the right way.

Ordering was easy to arrange on the site, pizza tracker worked fine again, delivery person was nice. Unfortunately, cold pizzas for the 2nd time. It might be an idea to put the pizza in the oven a little later, instead of waiting half an hour for the pizza to be picked up by the delivery person.

Our order took an hour. Pizza was very cold! Had to heat it up in the microwave! Never ordering here again!!

Best customer service ever even via a delivery app!!! Called and had Tim on the phone, nicest guy and so helpful, really kind and well spoken - got our order after a bit of a longer wait and he added some ice cream for our troubles!! Faith in humanity restored 🫶🏻

Not very filling / much topping. You can see and taste there's no love in the food from this chain/brand. Close to the location I expect a hot pizza, this isn't the case...

The food was ok. We had Pizza delivery.the menue is very big. Big choice between different topics and different bottum. It is probably not the best pizza I had, but the price and the broad range of products are good. Fast delivery and nice service.

Timed orders are not on time with NY pizza. Voorburg and Frederik Hendrik in Den Haag. Such a shame when we place a timed order to be delivered at a certain time, make sure that you be there as promised or max 5 or 10 mins late. But not 30 minutes. If you have this service then don’t be late. This is a common thing with at least the two franchisees from NY pizza as mentioned above. Planning is not their strong point

I ordered take-out pizzas on the website, quality was adequate for the price, normally pizza from this type of pizzeria - it was good but not sensational. service people could be a little nicer but it's not bad.

Het is afwisselend lekker. Helaas niet altijd consistent dezelfde kwaliteit, maar altijd wel oke en dan soms net wat verser en lekkerder. Moet wat meer consistentie in komen. Maar wel tevreden.

A great place to get your pizza, really enjoyed the pizzas I have had from New York Pizza and I will most definitely keep enjoying them. They prepare the pizza in very little time, although they're slightly on the more expensive side, the pizza you end up getting will be worth it. Preparation time will most likely end up being around 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how busy it is.

Daarbij laten we je graag de keuze tussen een lekkere muffin of het heerlijke Zonnatura knijpfruit. Verder blijft het gouden recept van het Funny Meal uiteraard ook hier overeind: jongens en meisjes kunnen zelf hun minipizza samenstellen en achteraf ook nog een leuke verassing om mee te spelen!

De pizza vult zeer goed en was lekker

Geen gezellige sfeer en het lunchaanbod is niet bepaald uitgebreid. Weinig keuze en de kaart was op een a 4 tje geschreven. Het spek was te taai en het brood was,droog.De koffie was lauw. Alleen de drankjes waren wel goed.

Great pizzas, evenly crispy yet soft crusts for the ones we ordered. We ordered a Margarita and a Hawaii special pizza. Both tasted amazing especially when you get it delivered warm and fresh from the oven. It's a delivery point and therefore not allowed to sit and eat there in case you plan of chilling with friends..
