Delivery takes always like 1 hour ,and I've had a lot of pain in my stomach after I eat buffalo pizza.

I ordered a pizza with tomato sauce and cheese, but it had no cheese and almost no sauce. When I called about it, they asked for a photo, but then they acted arrogant and claimed there was "a little sauce in the corner." I've never experienced this before, especially not at New York Pizza, and I'm not exaggerating, the service is truly outrageous.

Ordered pizza and buffalo wings. •The pizza was covered in sauce so much that the toppings weren't visible, so there was no swirl. I specified that I didn't want onions, but after my first bite, I saw that there were onions in it. •The buffalo wings were half cold and half lukewarm. Although the chicken wasn't tasty, the wings seemed like they had been cooked a day earlier and came straight out of the refrigerator. The delivery was good, but I'm disappointed with the food. I normally never leave reviews.

Every three times that pizza takes an hour and a half to be delivered, you call and they say: the pizza is in the oven but no one is there to deliver it now so I hope it's still warm... and yes, ice-cold pizza after waiting an hour and a half.

Whenever i ordered something thet never send it before i call them.

After eating a Buffalo Chicken pizza from New York Pizza, I got severe stomach pains, diarrhea and nausea. The complaints continued the next day and the stool was noticeably dark in color. Because the complaints did not go away, I went to the doctor. There they indicated that it was probably food poisoning. I am not posting this review to complain, but in the hope that attention will be paid to hygiene and food quality. This was not a pleasant experience for me, and I hope that it will be taken seriously.

Not gonna lie, I love your pizzas but I think you need to improve your hygiene. I've seen your workers working without gloves a couple of times.

I recently had a very disappointing customer service experience. After waiting an hour and a half for my pizza, a child answered the phone who clearly didn't know how to speak politely to a customer. The woman on the phone was rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. When I asked to cancel my order, I felt like they didn't care. This is absolutely not how to treat customers. This only leads to losing customers. And I only live five minutes away. Very disappointing! The pizza finally arrived and was delicious! It's a shame about the phone experience and the long wait.

You damn well have to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza while I live less than 10 minutes away is outrageous Called 4 times and still had to wait a long time If you can't handle the crowds THEN CLOSED YOUR LINE Instead of only thinking about money This seems to be normal according to the delivery service Nice honest guy!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas today. Took way too long. (2 hours) I got irritated. But eventually they arrived and the pizzas were nice and hot and very tasty.

After 1 hour of ordering still not arrived. I called and was told that my pizza only went into the oven after 1 hour. Ridiculous, still waiting. I will never order from here again.

Waited 1.5 hours for pizza. Delivery person was on the road for more than 20 minutes. Pizzas cold. He called on the way here to say he couldn't find an address. So-called wrong house number. Once it arrived, I immediately felt that the pizzas were cold. He said yes, there was a shortage of staff. Do not call the customer and indicate that the waiting time will be longer. You can get new ones, but that will take another 1.5 hours, he said. Phew. NEVER AGAIN. Lost customer.

Ordered pizza today at 6:00 PM. I politely call to ask where my pizza is, I am told madam, you have to wait at least 30 minutes, it could take at least an hour. So now I have to wait 2 hours for my pizza. And the lady's suggestion was that you can't pick it up yourself, if I wanted to or could pick it up myself, I wouldn't have ordered it anyway???? It's really outrageous that you have to wait 2 hours for a pizza!!!!

It took more than 2 and a half hours for them to deliver, pizza was lukewarm and very greasy, nachos were limp and therefore not crispy at all, mozzarella bites were lukewarm but okay

Home delivery says they deliver between 20-35 minutes, but I've already been waiting 1.5 hours...💀💀💀💀

This review does not deserve one star. Sitting for 2 hours waiting for pizzas that arrived cold. No response on the phone about the waiting time. Couldn't give any indication when the courier would arrive, and were curt. Also no voucher or discount code for a possible next order.. GET YOUR PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I would perhaps give extra training to your delivery people. No hello, always looks angrily at you and can't even take pizzas out of the bag normally and then stand around longer and hope for a tip. The food itself was with little cheese and too much black bubble dough. Unfortunately, I also put way too much sauce on the pizza. But luckily it came very quickly.

Order sir at 8 o'clock I don't get my food until 10 o'clock I called 2 and was told a few more minutes and I don't live that far away, it's not normal I think they should start hiring other people, they do nothing but make you wait

Disabled delivery drivers almost hit you by going against traffic to go back to their branch and the pizza is still burnt

The wrong pizza was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Then had to wait another 45 minutes for a burnt pizza. The delivery person also said that it had been delivered on time, even though I had to wait almost 3 hours in total to be able to eat. Unbelievable

Pizza left on a warming plate for more than 40 minutes, dried up, lukewarm and delivered too late. Complaint submitted, no feedback so it is not taken seriously and because it concerns food, this matter is over immediately! Update: Finally, 19 days later, the manager calls and wants to correct the mistake. So I order my favorite pizza at 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM still no pizza delivered, not received at all, so I prepared my own food because you have to eat after a hard day's work!! Conclusion: Done! Advice: Don't call me again!!

Wrong pizza delivered, hour late. No compensation at all... could only get a new ordered pizza. Return the wrong pizza to the delivery person while it is ice-cold, so that it can then be thrown away again. I called and was able to get a cookie as compensation. Bad service... I also couldn't use a coupon that I was offered via the app at this location! Very bizarre... I have no other choice to order from another location... How! Then don't send me a coupon...

This branch is too scandalous for words. Wrong pizza delivered. Poor communication & the most ghetto employees.

Doesn't seem to be participating in national promotions such as 1+1 free lately. This means that at times it will cost you twice as much as at the location 4 kilometers away (Laan van Wateringse Veld). Of course, with delivery you cannot choose the location. Pity.

Ready on time even on a busy evening, some pizzas were disappointing, cheese was simply dried out and pizzas were sparsely topped. I know it can be better because the truffle pizza was really good. Varying quality.

Altijd de beste pizza service is echter achteruit. Als je telefonisch besteld, om gebruik te maken van een aangeboden korting van 5 euro, omdat er een keer vlees op een vegetarische pizza zat. en je vergeet aan te geven gebruik te maken van een een standaard kortingcode, kan dit niet verwerkt worden. Ik kreeg dus speciale korting omdat zij vlees op me vega pizza hadden gedaan. 28 euro naar 23, ik was in de veronderstelling dat ik de korting kreeg op de actie prijs die er bijna elke week is 2 pizza voor 22 euro, dus zouden mijn pizza 17 euro moeten kosten. Ik legde de jongen achter de toonbank uit dat een tegemoetkoming niet op de zelfde prijs kan eindigen als pizza uit de aanbieding, dan kom je iemand niet tegemoet. Bij het aangeven van mij vrouw kon Hij kon dit absoluut niet wijzigen. Hierna ben ik zelf terug gegaan. Aangeven dat ik dat mijn tegoed van 5 euro wil behouden en alleen gebruik wil maken van de actie 2 voor 22 euro, hierdoor verloor ik niet mijn tegoed. De jongen achter de toonbank behandelde mij en me vrouw zeer onrespectvol. Draaide meerdere keren zijn ogen rond en was niet oplossing gericht ** Pizza bestellen wij altijd in de aanbieding, (2 voor 22 euro) Welke persoon rondom de leyweg/moerwijk waar gemiddeld inkomen het laagst is van heel Nederland, 17000 besteedbaar inkomen op jaar basis. Kan 2 pizza voor 28 euro kopen. Ik ga nog 1 x bestellen. Om mijn tegoed van 5 euro te krijgen, zou zeer slecht kunnen aflopen met mij als ik perongeluk vlees had gegeten. Mij en me familie zijn ze verloren als klant

Had potato wedges besteld. Had verwacht dat ze een lekker krokant korstje zouden hebben. Ze waren erg taai. Mee terug gegaan. Maar ze horen zo blijkbaar. In de prullenbak gatver!

1. Bezorgtijden wijken STERK AF van wat er gezegd wordt. 2. Pizza is héél erg zout 3. Sommige bezorgers lijken contactgestoord. Communiceren als een mens lijkt een groot probleem te vormen. 4. Enige betaaloptie is via pin aan de deur. Geen probleem! Tenzij de bezorger wéér eens vergeet een pinapparaat mee te nemen. Waardoor die bezorger heen en weer moet en dan moet jij dus TIJDENS het eten wéér de deur openen voor de bezorger om te betalen. ZEER irritant..

Bezorger had helaas niet bij de opmerkingen gekeken en belde aan met als resultaat dat de baby wakker werd. Daarnaast toverde ik halverwege mijn pizza een haar uit mijn mond. De pizza was erg lekker maar hierna heb ik hem toch maar opzij gelegd. Jammer.

Verkeerde wijn bezorgd, maar binnen no time kwam de bezorger terug met de juiste wijn die we hadden besteld. Echt top service!

altijd goede pizza's. Gisteren voor het eerst dat een bestelling fout afgeleverd werd, kan gebeuren. Herstel was top! Binnen een half uur hadden we de herstelde bestelling binnen, en dat voor op een drukke zondag.

Algemene indruk van de bezorging is zeker positief en met 29 minuten tussen bestellen en afleveren van een stomende pizza is een uitstekende prestatie. Ook de bezorger was netjes en zorgde dat hij de juiste bezorging deed. De Brooklyn pizza van 40 cm was goed en gaar gebakken zonder verbrandingen en ook niet te vet. Over het algemeen een goede en plezierige ervaring en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Bestel hier regelmatig en altijd een prima pizza. Vandaag voor de eerste keer iets niet helemaal goed gegaan met de ingredienten maar na 1 telefoontje is dit enorm snel opgelost en heeft men een nieuwe pizza bezorgt. Top geregeld!

Hebben zowel gehaald als laten bezorgen. Zijn snel en smaakt goed. als je haalt en daar besteld duurt het wel lang maar daarin tegen kreeg onze zoon wel meteen iets waar die zijn gang mee kon gaan waar door de wacht tijd wel reuze mee viel. Heel aardig personeel. En reageren ook lekker snel . Hou dit vast

Toppizza's, veel keuze en voor de niet-varkensvleeseters (om welke reden dan ook, niet discriminerend en uitbuitend bedoeld) een aanrader. De salami en pepperoni smaakt naar mijn mening authentiek en omdat ze iets vettiger zijn van structuur dan die van hun (bekende) concurrent, is de bite beter en worden ze minder snel hard als het afkoelt. Het personeel bestaat uit een jong team, vriendelijk in de vestiging en beleefd aan de telefoon. Klopt er iets niet, maken ze er werk van zoals het hoort.

Lekkere pizza alleen het duurde bijna 45 minuten voordat die klaar was (was wel een actie)

Echt zo lekker pizza 4 kazen, Italiaanse Boden met een extra topping tappanade....en wederom opgehaald bij de vriendelijke hard werkende pizza bakkers. Super leuk om zoveel jonge mensen als team te zien werken.... Petje af.

Alleen tijdens acties moet je soms wat langer wachten, maar normaal zijn de pizza's gewoon op tijd klaar. Smaak en vulling zijn dik in orde.

Drukte vanwege de actie week maar het personeel blijft rustig en werkt hard. Gezellige sfeer tijdens het wachten ondanks de "chaos".

Prima tent met lekkere pizza's, nette bezorgers inderdaad, alleen de laatste tijd duurt het wel lang voordat ze komen. Waar ze voorheen max 30 min onderweg waren duurt het nu meer dan een uur.

Ziet er netjes uit en je wordt snel geholpen

Hou je van lekkere pizza? Zoek dan niet verder in DenHaag. Goede smaak,snelle service,vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar. Een aanrader.

Ik heb 2 keer een bestelling gedaan en die hebben ze verkeed gemaakt dus moest ik een extra kwartier wachten op wat pizza.... maar het was wel lekker
