Pizza Pizza in Wijk 36 Moerwijk

Ordered a large kapsalon, specified in the comments that it should be without cheese. Received it with cheese anyway. Tried to call, but they were unreachable. Tried again the next day, and after a while someone finally answered. Explained the situation, but heard absolutely no customer-friendliness from them, and they didn't offer any options to help me further. Judging by the tone, it sounded like it was my own fault, but that was to be expected from these people.

First and last time ordering pizza here, bad service and inedible.

The delivery person arrived way too late. I opened the pizza box. Completely burnt on the bottom. Too hard. Inedible. I called them and an employee said on the phone that he couldn't help it because I said I had taken a bite of a slice and then noticed the pizza was burnt. He said it would be fine next time. I said that would be the last time. Really terrible behavior, not okay.

Delivery person too lazy to come upstairs; delivery person says reception won't allow it. I call reception, the delivery person is just lying and hangs up rudely as well. Luckily, I chose to pay in cash and ordered somewhere else, and they just came upstairs to deliver it. Now you also miss out on your €10 tip because you're too lazy to get into that elevator.

You pay so much for nothing not good at all

The food isn't bad, but their chicken croquette is NOT a chicken croquette. They claim it is, but the inside is brown, so it's not a chicken croquette.

Very long time delay with delivery.

Unfortunately, pizzas aren't what they used to be. I ordered here for years, but the quality has clearly deteriorated over the last two years. There is less topping, and it feels like they are cutting corners on everything. It's a shame, but for me, it's a reason not to order here anymore.

You're not allowed to order a croquette with salad and sauce there, only with mayo. The owner finds that inappropriate, even if you say you're willing to pay extra. It seems to be a taboo, and the whole place goes quiet when you ask, and the owner immediately intervenes. This is peculiar.

Old and dirty place. The tandoori chicken was disgusting, it had jalapeños in it, which was a really weird combination. I told the guy, "I don't know how to eat spicy food because of my stomach." He said, "Next time better." I immediately threw that large kapsalon away in front of them (I'd only just eaten one bite). It cost me €10 for a kapsalon. I just threw it away on principle. I'll never go back there again. A terrible, antisocial place.

Old tortilla, old meat, bad sauce. Inedible. Not recommended.

I received a kapsalon with 3 pieces of broken (wooden) satay skewers in it. I used to order here often. The cheese that was supposed to be on the kapsalon isn't there either. Don't order a kapsalon with rice; you get a 2cm base filled with dry rice and some meat on top (with satay skewers, of course), which is a real shame. It must be a cultural thing. Calling the restaurant is only recommended if you speak Arabic, otherwise you won't be taken seriously.

Restaurant review: My experience at this restaurant was not good. The service was poor and the staff was unfriendly. We had to wait a long time for our food. I had pizza at this restaurant. The price was €23, including two ayran, but unfortunately, the pizza was poor quality and not worth the price. The experience was disappointing.

SERIOUSLY racist. My family and I felt deeply humiliated and unsafe. The lettuce was brown, the atmosphere was unfriendly, we were so stared at that we felt so uneasy that we simply left. Cold food, and no fresh oil. Only friendly to locals. If you're a tourist, do NOT visit! Very, very racist and doesn't even have good food. I will NOT be coming back here again!!!!

Tasteless pizzas and doner burgers. Seriously, I wouldn't waste my money on this. The pizza was ice cold and had very little toppings. All you tasted was the dough. Yuck!

Just got a large kapsalon. I was worried about it because I haven't been here in a while. It was a GREAT kapsalon; good fries, good meat, good salad. Pleasantly surprised.

I ordered via home delivery and it was delivered an hour later than stated. Food was also bad and it seemed like they just dumped it together and gave it to me. I always order from Pizza Pizza but this was my last time.

Tragic restaurants, never in your life buy fries, durum (wrap), capsalona and I see that the pizza here is nasty as well. I bought a wrap. It was supposed to be spicy, but it was cold and I would have seasoned it better with my own sauces at home. Had to wait for hours, delivery person was very arrogant and unfriendly, pizza was ice cold and very dry and hard. Called about the situation, unclear and did not come up with a solution. Pizza tasted like brick.

Als je via hun eigen website besteld, dan bezorgen ze gewoon NIET. Er staat op hun website ook dat je dan een bevestigingsmail krijgt van hun enzo, krijg je ook niet. Ze bezorgen wél als je via thuisbezorgd besteld bij hun... Verder heb ik eigenlijk geen klachten over Pizza Pizza, best goeie tent, behalve dat als je via hun eigen website besteld, dat ze dan NIET bezorgen. En ik schrok nogal van de review van Just Lastray...

Niet waar ik weer zal komen, onpersoonlijk. Straalt niks uit. Pizza's niet van top kwaliteit
