Had ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but there were 3 pieces of pineapple on it. Called the restaurant and it was resolved properly and without any problems with a new pizza. Always the best service and the tastiest pizzas at NYP! Edit: also, since I ask for additions, you actually have to put them on. I am paying for them, after all.

Stopped by yesterday and asked for a special offer pizza, and was told no, only via online ordering. Very annoying. At 4:15 PM, that was said: if you don't feel like working, you shouldn't do it.

Unfortunately, I ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza for the third time, and for the third time received a plain pepperoni pizza. As a customer, you feel like you've been ripped off. This time I had to pay by card at the door and check for payment myself, and yes, once again, not the items I actually paid for. I was asked if I wanted another pizza, but my trust after being a customer at New York Pizza for years is completely gone. Very disappointing for what was a good shop for so many years.

While the website is full of special offers, this branch decides not to participate in any of them. Very strange for a franchise. As a result, we paid full price for three pizzas, even though this wasn't clearly stated. This will be the last time we order from here.

I just ordered a pizza over the phone. They automatically added a discount, making the pizza €5 cheaper. I was able to pick it up within 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious and well-topped. The staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back!

New York Pizza is deliberately misleading customers. You can order and pay for wine online, but it will never be delivered. And guess what? They're not allowed to serve alcohol to the (often underage) delivery drivers. Yet they deliberately leave the wine listed on the website! To lure customers? Who they then have to disappoint. Incidentally, they don't do this properly beforehand, so the customer still has the chance to cancel the order. No, they have the delivery driver tell them at the door. Strange behavior. No more New York Pizza for me.

After my recent bad review, I switched back to Domino's. At NYP, I had to wait over an hour and complaints weren't resolved. My Domino's order arrived within 20 minutes, and it was nice and hot. And neatly packaged. You're going backwards, too proud to resolve customer complaints. That's going to bankrupt you again.

Also for this house number on the "Laan van Meerdervoort" applies that there is also a branch of "Burger Kitchen" located. BK is known as 100% Halal which I do not want to order and eat out of personal conviction. In order not to take any risks, so now no longer at NYP either.

Customer for quite some time now. Literally, after every order I feel like calling to congratulate the whole team. Puur consistency & reliability. I taste exactly what I want on my personal creation. Everything so nicely balanced with the right amount of ingredients, precisely baked and always on time. As easy as that. Just a huge bravo once again to the team..again & again! Feeling such an appreciation when somebody just doing his job properly. Thank you so much guys..from my kids as well!!

Are you thinking of having a pizza with a Ben and Jerry for dessert? The cheese was not melted properly, the crust was as soft as bread and the distribution on the pizza looked like the box had been dropped on the floor 3 times. You would think that you can't go wrong with a Ben and Yerry. I think this had been in the freezer for over a year because the frosting in the container made it tasteless and tasted like ice cubes. Disappointing order

Tonight is another fun daddy's evening with my son, so that means pizza on the couch and watching a movie. I can enter a standard address on my New York Pizza account and you can also enter a different address if necessary. But - if you do that, the website will use the last address for the next order and NOT your standard address (nice and logical too!) - so the delivery person was at the wrong address tonight (5 minutes away with an e-bike) The branch just called us to tell us that the delivery person is no longer coming ("too far away")... and what do they do with those pizzas? (they throw them away) ... what a waste of food and what sad customer service. As a former IT professional, I gave the tip to fix the standard address function of the site. To which the employee said: "I don't make the website" (wise guy) ... "Maybe pass it on as feedback to the head office?" Laughable response: "Yes, that's fine, we're doing it!" - I think my own company would soon be bankrupt if I spoke to my customers like that 🙈

Ordered at 6:30 PM and still not received at 8:45 PM. Until I saw that I ordered from Ln V Meerdevoort The Hague and the payment was sent to Delft.

Order a pizza and they can't even deliver a bit of tasty spicy oil, so it's a side product... Really bad

Have been ordering here for 10+ years, but these days it's really disappointing. Over and over again. This time the "pizza tracker" says for 35 minutes that my pizza is ready for shipping and yes, dried out and practically cold (Clearly 35 minutes under a heat lamp). What a High-Quality-Extremely-Disappointing establishment this is...

Besteld, na een uur gebeld en bleek al klaar te staan maar te weinig bezorgers ivm kerstavond. Geen enkele communicatie hierover verder. Na 1:15 uur bezorgd, pizza was uiteraard nagenoeg koud en dat voor ruim 18 euro. Lekkerrrr dan, not.

Hier ook vaak een verrukkelijke pizza afgehaald altijd vers bereid en een enorm krokante bodem en daar houd ik zo van. Snelle service en vriendelijk personeel. Bedankt voor jullie heerlijke pizza's en ga zo door dan kom ik snel weer 2 pizza's afhalen

Fast, efficient, courteous, good humored and the food is both ready and quickky prepared. Waiting time can be a bit long during very busy periods, but call ahead and leave an order then just turn up to pay and collect. Saves time. I prefer to order when i get there and watch everyone working. Definitely recommended.

One of the best pizza in the area. Service is very good & staffs are very friendly. As like their other outlets they also have some offers & promotion on various days. They follow the covid protocol.

Algemene indruk van de bezorging is zeker positief en met 24 minuten tussen bestellen en afleveren van een hete pizza's is een uitstekende prestatie. Ook de bezorger was netjes en zorgde dat hij de juiste bezorging deed. De twee Brooklyn pizza's van 25 cm hadden iets korter in de oven gemogen, maar waren voor reset goed en gaar gebakken zonder verbrandingen en ook niet te vet. Over het algemeen een goede en plezierige ervaring en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ey so für alle deutsche das ist n böser spot ja müsst ihr echt hin gehen wenn ihr net weiter wisst 😉ich empfehl die double Peperoni die ist echt schmackhaft.

Zoals de vestiging op de Leyweg staat ook hier zeer vriendelijk personeel en als ze zeggen dat je pizza over een kwartier klaar is, is ie over een kwartier klaar. Net zo lekker als bij de andere NYP's in de omgeving. Parkeren is alleen niet zo prettig. En doe maar niet dubbel voor de deur.

Pizza is zeer goed maar altijd koud bezorgd.

Ik dacht laat ik eens een pizza bestellen bij NYP..... Doe ik ook nooit meer! Bestel ik een downtown doner pizza waar dus bepaalde ingrediënten op horen (volgens NYP zelf) en volgens mij hoort de pizza ook warm te zijn bij de bezorging!? En dan krijg je dit: zie foto. Een koude pizza waarop de ingrediënten niet kloppen. 10 stukjes döner van nog geen centimeter op een zogenaamde "downtown doner" pizza. Geen ijsbergsla en geen kaas. Kort samengevat was het een lauwe deegbal met tomatensaus en een klein beetje döner. Dan bel je netjes NYP en vraag je netjes of ze een constructieve oplossing kunnen bieden voor dit probleem en dan krijg je als antwoord: Ja meneer dat is helaas heel jammer maar wat ik wel kan doen is de bezorger een zakje ijsbergsla laten brengen.... Dus vroeg ik of er nog iets anders gedaan kon worden want aan een zakje ijsbergsla op een koude pizza heb ik vrij weinig maar dat kon niet. Nadat de medewerker haar baas had gevraagd wat dan wel mogelijk was kwamen ze op het volgende :Ik kon dan de oude pizza inleveren als ik er nog niet aan begonnen was en dan kon ik een nieuwe krijgen. Maar ja, ik had natuurlijk al een hapje genomen om te kijken of naast het uiterlijk en mankementen van de pizza de smaak dan toch wel goed was gelukt. Maar dat was tevergeefs. Helaas konden ze nu dus niks meer voor me betekenen en kon ik contact opnemen met het hoofdkantoor als ik verder nog klachten had..... Bedank NYP wagnerplein Tilburg Noord! Nu zit ik met honger op de bank en ben ik bestolen voor €15 door NYP.

Om half zeven bestel ik via de app twee pizza’s. Ik meld me netjes om kwart voor zeven met de mededeling dat ik iets te vroeg ben. Het is geen probleem. Kan iemand me uitleggen waarom ik 35 minuten later de deur uitloop met een koude pizza? Zo slecht.

De vegan pizza's zijn zoo lekker! Nog meer keuze in vegan Ben & Jerries ijs en het wordt 5,5 ster ;)

New Porks Baseball & New York Pizza zijn Baseball Friends dus bestellen we nog steeds de pizza's met onze VIP card en vooral de Shoarma Pizza's en de Vega Pizza's zijn erg in trek en steunen ze ook nog een goed doel dus zullen wij zeker zaken blijven doen met New York Pizza en zijn de pizza's van ongekende goede kwaliteit en een heel goed idee dus

Wij hebben hier laatst pizza’s besteld en zelf afgehaald (zijn buren). Erg rommelige organisatie met veel fouten. Onze pizza’s waren al klaar maar ingepakt voor bezorging. En zo waren er meer. Dus lang wachten tot dat ze er achter waren Pizza’s op zich aardig. Niet bijzonder.

De pizza's zijn altijd lekker... maar als je gaat halen staat het personeel onderling te dollen en te kletsen... het is echt een zooitje vandaag. 1 Is al klaar met werken en staat z'n collega's nog uit te lachen. Jammer. Want dit zijn we niet gewend. De leidinggevende is nog het ergst. Niet met d'r werk bezig. Alleen met d'r collega's.
