Wrong pizza delivered. On hold for 30 minutes and no one answers. It also seems to be quite difficult to completely top a pizza instead of half of it.

Ordered pizzas/lasagna at 4pm for delivery at 5pm. Was delivered fifteen minutes late. Everything was lukewarm. Called with my complaint. Got the whole order again. It was now 6:15 PM. Another lukewarm pizza. Now I went to the store myself to get a new one. Too bad about what was supposed to be my nice birthday dinner.

if there could be minus review i would give that for customer service. We ordered pizza for delivery at 6pm it was supposed to arrive until 7pm. Now it is 7:30 and the status is that they just started cooking process. Its not the first time it is their 3rd time so don’t order from this place if you don’t have patience of around 2hours and you are not sure if you will remain hungry until 2hours or more

Had to order for lack of anything better. It would have been better to go to Deventer and get something there and then drive home and it would have been warmer. It took so long that the pizza was cold. Taste would have been okay if the ingredients had been warm.

Moderately filled, a bit lumpy in the middle. The toppings were dry, chewy and too dark pieces... The dough was also a bit dry. Before I order I check the reviews, they weren't that good either. Ordered it despite the poor reviews. Unfortunately the reviews are the same and I will look for someone else.

In May I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese but they no longer had it in stock, I indicated that I wanted my money back but to this day I have still not received anything back. I already called (they were too busy at the time), filed a complaint online (never received a response) and emailed customer service. Customer service asked for the order number and my address and telephone number and then no response again, I emailed a few more times but just no response. Very bad thing

Pizza was 1h45min late. Pizzas were cold and dry. After being told 3 times that the delivery person still had 5 minutes to go, we finally got to speak to the manager. He offered no solution and was very unfriendly. Would you like a little pizza with some service? Domino's seems to be okay.

Dit is echt de lekkerste pizza die ik ooit heb gegeten! Zeker een aanrader! Bestel regelmatig een pizza! Vooral de dubbel peperoni pizza is lekker! Op de site zijn altijd tientallen kortingen te vinden! Ook het personeel is zeer vriendelijk! En het lekkerst is de boden!

Goeie pizza's zoals altijd bij New York Pizza!

Heb vandaag besteld. Normaal is de kwaliteit goed. alleen vandaag een heel stuk minder. dit ook kenbaar gemaakt. ze hadden ander deeg enern andere oven. ze hadden al meer klachten gekregen. en daar moest ik het maar mee doen. mischien de volgende iets korting . maar niets eet smakelijk en tot ziens . heel erg jammer.

De BBQ-Chicken heeft mijn kijk op pizza helemaal veranderd! Het is oprecht de lekkerste pizza die ik ooit heb gegeten!! En het personeel is ook nog eens heel vriendelijk! Echt een super ervaring gehad bij New York Pizza Ik raad de BBQ-Chicken echt aan! Moet je een keer gegeten hebben in je leven 😁

Pizza's zijn een stuk duurder dan bij een echte pizzeria. En dat terwijl de kwaliteit van de pizza's een stuk slechter zijn. Bodem niet lekker en pizza's zijn enorm vet. Laatst in Doetinchem waren ze een stuk lekkerder.

Drie lekkere pizza's, warm en snel bezorgd. Top. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

De beste pizzeria van Zutphen. Misschien oordeel ik te snel, want bij elke pizzeria bestel ik meestal hetzelfde, een pizza shoarma dus, maar hier is ie wel het lekkerst!

Pizza's zijn goed. Moest er alleen een half uur langer op wachten dan ik had aan gegeven terwijl ik een paar straten verder woon.
