The delivery guy drove off before I even took the money out of my pocket. Free pizza, I'm not complaining!

Ordered a salami pizza at 4:30 PM and it was supposed to be there at 5:45 PM. At 6:30 PM it still wasn't there, so I called. They said the order hadn't gone through and they were going to make it immediately. Called again at 8:00 PM because it still hadn't been delivered. This time they said it had been delivered to the wrong location. Strange, though, because if you don't order anything, you don't accept it, right? Eventually, they started making it at 8:00 PM and it arrived around 8:30 PM. Ordered a salami pizza and what was on it? 1.5 slices of salami spread across the entire pizza. Never ordering from here again haha, terribly bad.

🍕😕 It tastes good warm, but unfortunately that almost never happens I love ordering pizza, but at New York Pizza Breda, it is unfortunately the same story every single time: the pizza arrives cold ❄️📦. As a result, the crust becomes tough and the cheese hard, making the food a lot less tasty 😞🧀. Sometimes you have to chew so much that it even hurts your jaw 😣🦷. That is obviously not the intention when you order a fresh pizza. The annoying thing is that the pizza itself is actually quite good when it is delivered warm 🔥🍕. Then everything tastes as it should and there is little to complain about 👍. Unfortunately, that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. It gives the feeling that the delivery person has to drive across a large part of the city first 🛵🗺️. If you aren't one of the first addresses, you end up receiving a pizza that looks more like a frozen pizza than a freshly prepared meal 🥶🍕. Hopefully, something will be done about the delivery schedule and keeping the pizzas warm 📦🌡️. Because a good pizza deserves to arrive at the customer's doorstep in good condition and warm 🙏🍕. 😔❄️ Unfortunately, no positive experience so far.

The food is super tasty and the staff are really very nice, and it is a nice place to eat.

The service was great! They clearly indicated where my pizza was. Also, the pizza was generously topped and the dessert was absolutely delicious! I will definitely order more often.

After I placed an order for €50, I received a call the next day asking me to write a 5-star review. Because of that, they were going to send me a pizza. However, they didn't deliver the pizza, and when I called to ask about it, they acted like they knew nothing about it. 😂

Ordered a large and a small pizza. The large pizza had very poor toppings, and the small pizza had way too much mayo. Always been satisfied until now, yuck!

When I ordering the pizza, the estimated delivery time was 20–30 minutes. I’ve been waiting for over an hour now. When I called them, the lady said, “I don’t know when your order will be ready,” and then said 5–10 minutes. And my order still hasn’t even been started. I do not recommend this place. Order nr: YKCBKY !!!!

I often call this place for some adjustments to the pizza that are not possible on the website, never get any difficulties and pizzas have always arrived as desired so far

Scammed. 2nd pizza free until January 14th. Apparently, the offer wasn't valid, but their location was online. I then paid €16 too quickly because I thought the offer was included. The pizza was €8.99. Then I got €2.50 back, while the second pizza would have cost €1.99 with the offer that was supposedly valid. I still paid €13.50 for two small pizzas.

What a bizarre place this is. Order pizza, two hours later, nothing arrives. Call them maybe five times, no one picks up. When I go there to check it out myself, they want to send the delivery guy out with stone-cold pizzas. What a horrible place, never order from here again. Close that franchise down, it's a ridiculous spectacle.

I've been dissatisfied with this location for a while now. The quality is steadily declining. It's not the same pizzas you used to get about a year or a year and a half ago. The pizzas used to be always fresh and hot, with delicious dough, well-baked, and plenty of toppings. I think I used to get them delivered from the Boschstraat or Heksenwaag locations back then. These days, ingredients are often forgotten, the dough is of poorer quality, not always fresh, and the pizzas are greasy, often cold, frequently left in the oven too long, look sloppy and wilted, and generally taste less fresh. I've only had bad pizzas lately, so no more NYPs from now on.

Ordered two pizzas. The delivery driver forgot one and asked if he could get the other. Of course, because we were hungry. We agreed he would bring two new ones, otherwise my girlfriend and I wouldn't be able to eat together. He agreed, and I could keep the first one. After an hour, still no pizza. So I called. The delivery driver was on his way, but only with one pizza. I explained we would get two. Now they said a second one would be delivered. In the end, only one was delivered. So we had one ice-cold pizza and one pizza that had just been delivered, but was also almost cold. It was supposed to have cherry tomatoes on it, but they were missing and had a whole jar of slaw on it. Terrible pizza and very poor service. Never again.

Horrible establishment! 0 service and they only hide behind the owner, who is nowhere to be found. Absolutely do not order from this establishment, dear people. This is a real waste of money!

Really great! The pizzas from New York Pizza are always warm, well topped and super tasty. You can taste that everything is fresh. Delivery was fast and the delivery person was friendly. Nice to see that they really do their best here. I like to order here and will definitely come back!

Ordered pizza and drinks for 2. Upon delivery we are told that they forgot to deliver the drinks and that they will bring them later. 1 hour later still nothing received and calling is also not possible because they are closed. Bad business this, last time they also forgot but then they at least came later with the drinks.

This was our first time at New York Pizza. NEVER AGAIN. After ordering 1.5 hours outside rush hour (7:00 PM) with an expected delivery time of 20-30 minutes, the pizzas were not there after 1.5 hours. Now 2 calls later to ask where the order is. After more than 1.5 hours the cold pizzas arrive. You can understand that that is not nice if you pay for it 😉 then you want your money back and that also takes 3 to 5 working days. You can understand that we don't come here anymore either. On to Domino's, where everything is always well organised.

Well I will never order pizza and chicken nuggets from here again, I knew last night that I got food poisoning after eating a shawarma and chicken nuggets pizza

After I ordered a gluten-free pizza for 7.50, nothing arrived after an hour and a half, but I called once and the boy said that the gluten-free pizzas were gone. I asked what about my 20 euros? I would get it back within 5 days... after 2 weeks I sent an email, after another 2 weeks I personally went to the business and was told that I had sent the wrong email, I emailed again, no response, I emailed again last week, nothing! I feel cheated by New York Pizza they are just thieves you buy something and get nothing they are a bunch of scammers!!! Maybe they will respond to this, but as long as this review remains here, they still haven't given my money back!!!! And if you're reading this, I wouldn't pay in advance if I were you!

Ordered Pizza Caprese via Thuisbezorgd. Pizza was lukewarm. Caprese consisted of 3 cherry tomatoes. Didn't see any buffalo mozzarella or pesto. However, there was extra tomato sauce. Called. Could get a discount on next order. But I had to pass that on myself next time. Yep, no next time for me. Paid 18.50 for bad pizza.

I ordered a pizza at 8:05 p.m. I didn't receive any information for a long time until I called and found out that the driver was there but he couldn't reach me, if I hadn't called I wouldn't have found out and kept waiting. I was told at 9:30 p.m. that they could make a new pizza and it would be delivered in another 40-50 minutes. I called again at 10:15 p.m. to find out that the driver had gone to the wrong address and they were simply canceling my order. This is one big joke, no professionalism and I only ordered 2 pizzas and I still didn't get them, I will never order from them again :) the worst thing is that if I hadn't called myself, no one would have told me anything and I would have lost my money

Never called back again. Just called again with this complaint. With the answer “we are busy”. Asked for the manager, also not available. And then I was hung up! Very antisocial staff and the pizza is inedible! And that for a pizza of €24! Not recommended!

Worthless, receive a notification via the app 1+1 free and they were unable to comply with this. No phone call afterwards to say that they have supposedly changed the promotion via the head office... no, just order a new one. Ridiculous, never ordering a pizza at this location again.

The best pizza I've had in Breda. quick delivery. the meal arrived warm. fresh ingredients, cheesy dough. I am positively shocked! I recommend!!!!

Very bad BBQ sauce on the tuna pizza instead of tomato sauce and they keep insisting that it is not the case, while we ate and tasted the pizza ourselves. I understand that mistakes are made where people work, but then you have to admit your mistake and making it up to the customer and not denying it hard and pretending I'm making it up!

Gisteren hier besteld en we waren niet heel erg te spreken. Ze waren een van de pizza's vergeten te bezorgen en hadden ergens anders de verkeerde saus bij gedaan. We hebben gebeld en de juiste dingen werden alsnog bezorgd, echter was de rest op dat punt allang klaar met eten, dus heel gezellig was dat niet. Waar we ons vooral aan hebben gestoord, was dat al het eten lauw, droog en taai was. Voor de prijs die we moesten betalen mag je beter verwachten. Wij bestellen hier niet meer.

Unfortunately very unhappy with todays order. The order status turned to delivered while I didnt have my order still. I called the place to ask about it i heard "On its way" right before the person by the telephone hung up on me. The delivery came 15 minutes after that but even tho i was talking to them, like hello, thank you, have a good evening, they were completly ignoring me, not even looking at me. And at the end a little thing, but one that ruined it for me, i've got sweet chilly sauce for hotdogs like lol wheres the mustard Oo. Won't order again cuz the staff attitudes are terrible.
