What a terrible attempt. The delivery driver still hasn't shown up and went to the wrong address. We've been waiting for an hour and a half now. No one answers the phone. Never again at NY Pizza. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My order took an hour and a half to arrive. The employee on the phone was disinterested and didn't apologize. The delivery driver was unfriendly, threw the mini bites on the pizza, and my energy+ receipt was covered in sauce. The pizza funghi also came with bell peppers, which shouldn't be on it and can be dangerous for people with allergies. This is the fourth time this has gone wrong at this location. It's a shame, because everything at NYP Zoetermeer was perfect.

Ordered two pizzas: one double tasty with pepperoni (salami), the other half Californian veggy. Second tuna pizza. The first pizza was a disaster; they skimped on the tomato sauce to start with, followed by very thin and dried-out slices of salami. The cheese, to say the least, was invisible, making the pizza very dry. The other half with the veggy sauce was also terrible, and also very skimpy and thinly topped with bell peppers and measly thin mushrooms. Now the second tuna pizza was also a disaster; dry and topped with very little cheese and tuna, which made you feel like you were choking on the pizza slices, and you constantly had to drink more to avoid choking. Worthless company. I hope as few people as possible order from this location (Nootdorp).

Ordering without onions is good for business, allowing you to make a profit. You pay extra for the olives. When you count, you have 11. That means you'll never order from you again.

Extremely disappointing experience I placed an order at New York Pizza in Nootdorp and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. After waiting for an hour, I received an email saying that my order was not successful—yet the payment had already gone through. The pizza was never delivered, and the payment was never refunded. I tried contacting their klantenservice through every possible channel: the online form, email, and even in person at the shop. Unfortunately, none of these attempts led to a solution or any meaningful communication. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from New York Pizza in Nootdorp again. A simple mistake can happen, but failing to resolve it and leaving the customer without their order and without their money is unacceptable.

Ordered at 6:30 PM and arrived at 7:21 PM. Then I added a €5 tip (using a debit card). The food was already completely cold and hard. This is outrageous!

This New York Pizza clearly doesn't know what good service is. After specifying a delivery time well in advance, you hope the pizza will arrive within the specified time window. Unfortunately, it's not unusual for this location to have pizzas arrive at least half an hour late, lukewarm at best, and when you try to call, they simply don't answer.

On a Friday night, I ordered seven pizzas for over a hundred euros. These pizzas were supposed to be delivered between 6:30 and 6:45. I called twice, and both times they said the pizzas were almost there. The first time, they didn't even apologize for the delay. Ultimately, the pizzas arrived an hour and a half late, at 8:00. They weren't even warm anymore. It's outrageous to order so many pizzas and have them delivered an hour and a half late. This was my first and last New York pizza.

My review was deleted... and I understand that... But instead of worrying about Google Maps, I'd worry about my business if I were the owner. This is truly the dirtiest store I've ever been to. There's no faucet in the staff restroom to wash your hands!!! Ugh!

I waited an hour for a margarita pizza. There was barely any tomato sauce or cheese, and the pizza was very dry and cold. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away! I'll never order New York pizza again from Domino's.

I always order New york pizza but the New York Pizza i bought last night is not the same as its written. No mozzarella cheese at all!!! Not delicious as it used to be. Not anymore... better read reviews next time before buying. Waste of money!!!

The pizza was really awful, with lots of tomato sauce and very little cheese. The box was also completely crushed, so half the top was stuck to the box.

This is literally the dirtiest place where food can be prepared.. There isn't even a tap in the staff toilet!! Nice to know that these people can't even wash their hands after using the toilet.. I have honestly never seen such a big pigsty.. Damn it.

I order pizzas here regularly and they are always delivered quickly and hot. Today I had to wait 2 hours. Called twice to ask where the pizzas were, but I couldn't hear the gentleman because of the hustle and bustle in the background. The pizza boxes were delivered open and the chicken pieces were soft, or in other words, not cooked enough. The pizzas didn't look good. The ingredients were thrown together. The delivery man opened the boxes one by one with his gloves to see which ones had to be delivered to us, also not exactly hygienic.

Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered between 17:15 and 17:30. They were already at the door at 17:00 with your order, the third person was not there yet so he had cold pizza. A bit strange if you indicate a preference for a time.

Pizza would be delivered between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM. When it had not been delivered at 6:15 PM, I called. After calling 5 times, because the connection was disconnected after +/- 3.5 minutes, I gave up calling. After not speaking to anyone, the pizza was finally delivered half an hour late, which meant that the person I ate the pizza with had to rush really quickly. My GARLIC CHICKEN & SPINACH pizza had so much garlic on it that it was really overpowering and just gross. Too bad again.

Always ordered and satisfied but pizzas today were very bad. Called the location but no solution and no money back, for example if you are a regular customer. I am very disappointed and have thrown all 3 in the trash and because the employees act this way, I will never order again, which is a pity.

A pizza delivery boy hit my child (9 years old) in Leidschenveen two weeks ago and drove off. My child fell from her bicycle due to the collision and ended up with her back against a pole. Shamefully enough, this pizza delivery guy just kept driving and didn't help my daughter up or check if she was okay. This is a crime. I then called the police to report this and they indicated that they would talk to New York Pizza and if they did nothing about the situation, they would report it. Manager was not present and I would be called back when he returns from vacation. I never received a call back and the situation was not resolved. The situation is that my daughter no longer dares to cycle due to this reckless and irresponsible behavior. It's scandalous that New York Pizza doesn't do or hasn't done anything with this.

We don't order here anymore. Not even worth 1 star. Ordered at 5:32 PM. No pizzas at 7:00 PM. They cannot be reached by telephone and the connection is automatically disconnected after 3 minutes. When we finally received the pizzas, they weren't even as described.

Ordered 3 Thin and crispy, after calling and empty promises they finally arrived, more than 2 hours late with cold pizzas that were absolutely not thin or crispy. Complaint handling also went nowhere. Received credit for 1 pizza. Not really in balance with the order. For Nootdorp I would choose another option if you are hungry.

Long wait, difficult or impossible to reach by telephone. Delivery order eventually picked up myself.

After 1.5 hours I called to find out where my food is "it's on its way". Now I already knew this was a lie, but I still waited another 45 minutes. I called again “it's busy, we'll recreate your order”. She immediately called me back “we went by your house and no one opened the door and then we called your phone and no one answered” this was just a very hard lie. No one had rung the doorbell and no one had called my phone. “No, we are not lying and it is not our fault, I believe my delivery people.” I indicated that they did not have to lie and could honestly say that my order had simply been forgotten. Again “We are not lying and there is no evidence that the doorbell was not rung”. It's outrageous that this is customer service. The boy was very rude and kept insisting that it was my fault. In the end they were suddenly able to deliver my food within 30 minutes. Waited 2.5 hours in total. My advice: hire customer-friendly staff who can answer the phone and who won't lie to your face.

I don't think "Thin & Crispy" is really what it's supposed to be. The base of the pizza was not crispy at all, the crust of a sandwich has more bite. The pizzas had shifted in the box so they were also folded a bit. I thought I'd give it a try because of the 1+1 deal, but legally you couldn't even call this crispy. I suspect it is due to the long wait in the shop after the pizzas are ready before the delivery person picks them up and delivers them.

Ze krijgen het voor elkaar om er ruim twee uur over te doen om een pizza te bezorgen. 2x gebeld. De eerste keer lag hij klaar maar was het druk, de tweede keer was de bezorger gevallen. Ik weet het niet hoor... Bel dan even. Het is dat ik al betaald had. Ik bestel hier nooit meer. Pizza was wel lekker.

Vaak besteld hier altijd warm geleverd.

Waarom zo veel haat? Prima pizza hoor, alleen een beetje vreemd dat één pizza in 4 stukken ipv in 6 stukken gesneden was.

Vriendelijk personeel,snel geholpen. Vers en smaakvolle pizza's. Ruime keuze!

Pizza's stonden volgens bestelling klaar, goed warm in isolatietas. Personeel kwam erg sloom over. Locatie op Maps klopte niet, daardoor een tijdje moeten zoeken naar deze vestiging.

Meerdere malen pizza besteld tot zo ver niks te klagen.

Voor 9 euro besteld via Thuisbezorgd, zou gratis worden bezorgd vanuit Nootdorp in Pijnacker. Na een half uur kregen we bericht van Thuisbezorgd dat de bestelling door NYP was geannuleerd. Zelf hebben ze niks van zich laten horen en ook is de 9 euro nog niet teruggestort. We begrijpen best dat je voor deze bestelling niet gratis helemaal van Nootdorp naar Pijnacker gaat bezorgen. Maar zeg dan niet op je site dat je boven 8 euro gratis bezorgt. En laat dat ook netjes even weten zodra de bestelling binnen komt.

A very decent pizza, quite tasty. We came in late for take away and staff was cleaning up the place already. Yet they took the order and had it ready within 15 minutes. Good, friendly service.

2 pizza's besteld. 1x bbq chicken en 1x marroc pizza. Geleverd 2 kaas pizza's. Was iets raar gegaan tijdens bestelling, heb er geen erg in gehad. Bezorger was al weg, toen ik thuis kwam en had pizza's aan 1 van mijn kinderen gegeven. Gelijk gebeld, en hebben alnog de juiste pizza's geleverd gekregen.vond ik toch zeer correct, omdat op de bon 2x kaaspizza stond. Pizza's smaakte weer prima, vond alleen de bbq chicken van vroeger lekkerder.

De actie 1 + 1 gratis was wel een succes want we moesten 2 uur wachten. De pizza waren niet lekker een hele grote rand waar niks op zat en het vlees moest je zoeken. Jammer!

Glutenvrije pizzabodem besteld. Bij afhalen: "Oh ja, de glutenvrije bodems waren op, dus we hebben een gewone gedaan. Is dat ook goed?" Euh... nee! Ik bestel toch niet voor niets glutenvrij? Had gewoon even gebeld kunnen worden, dan had ik meteen iets anders kunnen bedenken in plaats van dat nu ad hoc te moeten doen. Heel jammer, want hiervoor altijd goede ervaringen gehad.

Afgelopen weekend pizza gehaald bij New York Pizza Nootdorp. De Brooklyn style pizza ziet er op het plaatje rijk belegd uit. Helaas blijkt het tegendeel waar te zijn... slechts 6 plakjes pepperoni op een hele pizza !!! Na een telefonische klacht word je doorverwezen naar een bedrijfsleider die niet van plan is om het probleem adequaat op te lossen. Allesbehalve klantvriendelijk en zeer onprofessioneel ....! Voor ons nooit meer New York Pizza Nootdorp, zonde van het geld !

Meestal heel lang wachten tot de pizza is geleverd.

2 uur moeten wachten op mijn bestelling en toen was de pizza ook nog eens lauw / koud. Uiteindelijk daar nog langsgeweest en toen kreeg ik een bekertje ijs, dat vond ik wel netjes dan.

It's okay, most times we get the pizza send home. What I find annoying is that pizzas are not cut well and taste/quality is can be different between one order and the next.

Erg chaotisch, ze zijn tot nu toe elke keer de zakjes dressing en rucola vergeten. Lijkt alsof ze niet getraind zijn. Pizza's smaken soms goed, meestal zeer matig vergeleken met andere zaken. De Domino's om de hoek is veel meer punctueel en smaakt beter

de knoflooksaus op de randen zat er niet op! erg jammer.

Erg lang op onze bestelling moeten wachten, kregen de pizza's lauw.
