Very bad service, they lie, they said they were deliverying in 40 minutes. They even had a live count down on their website. 1,5 hours later they are not here! I called two times and they cant even tell me when they will come, they are just “on their way” but who knows how long they will take - thats what they said! Then after me insisting, the person hanged up on me. Terrible - never again. There is not even a way to get my money back! Even one star is too much.

Delivery asap took 65 minutes without even sending a message. The margarita pizza was cold. The Turkish pizzas (twice) were lukewarm/cold. The food was good, but the service was a shame. I tried again on December 19th. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I placed an order at 4:30 PM for delivery at 5:30-5:45 PM. I called at 6:00 PM and was rudely greeted. No apology, nothing. Finally, it was delivered at 6:10 PM. Unfortunately, the food was cold.

Since Thuisbezorgd no longer shows substantive reviews, I'll just leave it here. The Turkish pizza with cheese was delivered without cheese (though I paid for it), and it was quite dry, just like the lamb from the kapsalon. I order from here regularly, but it's noticeably stagnating.

Ordered twice in the past few months. Unfortunately, they didn't stick to the delivery time we specified, and we received cold food twice. It's a shame.

Mr. Kebab in Pijnacker is a great place for a tasty döner, kapsalon or Turkish pizza. The food is tasty, the meat is fresh and the portions are okay. Don't expect culinary highlights, just tasty, filling fast food. However, the prices are on the expensive side compared to other kebab shops in the region. Just bad and got a stomach ache. Sauce containers are half filled and diluted with water. Owners are not intelligent, always mistakes with vegetables or sauce separately. Also lying to home delivery and no mutual communication where an older gentleman says something different than the younger one about a blockade list. But anyway it is good that there is no more delivery, less stomach ache and less money to Israel with those Coca-Cola products.

The burgers are really overpriced for what you get - taste mediocre and seem to come straight from the freezer of the supermarket. The pizza was ok, but on the dry side. What made it even worse: they forgot the burger in the order. No apology, no compensation. From reading other reviews, this seems to happen more often. Really don't understand why it is so hard to just make an order right. For these prices you really expect better.

Very disappointing - never again! Ordered food before 6:00 PM, only delivered after 7:00 PM after almost an hour of waiting (and calling). And then? Ice cold food. Even my child's fries were not warm. The hair salon is the same. I called immediately, was told that replacement food could only arrive in an hour (!) - and to my surprise the employee started talking about "settling with a next order". Excuse me? We had already waited an hour for cold food, and then you get this as a response? It didn't stop there: my pita bread turned out to be missing. Called again: it would come with the new delivery. Until I discovered that the sauces were also incomplete. On my third call I was addressed in an irritated tone, as if I was the one being difficult. When I asked what was going to happen next, the employee literally said: "You know what, I won't send food anymore, I'll block your address and you'll get your money back!" Without apologies. Without solution. Without any customer friendliness. I eventually got my money back through Thuisbezorgd, but what an absurdly bad experience. Arrogant attitude, messy service, and ice cold food. This company doesn't deserve any customers as long as they treat people like this. People never order here. Save yourself the frustration!

Unfortunately the food was really not tasty. The salad, which was supposed to contain lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion and goat cheese, consisted only of the first three components. I don't recommend ordering here. They indicate an order time that is more than 1 hour earlier than the actual time they came by. The pizza was really cold, not lukewarm and the kapsalon was lukewarm with some fries.

I advise anyone who cares about their health to NEVER order anything here. After a nice night out me and my friends decided to order here. First of all, I waited 3 hours for my order, which I can still condone because it was the weekend (even though I live 10 minutes away). In the end the food arrived lukewarm, but because we were so drunk and hungry we ate it anyway. There were 5 of us and 3 of us had eaten and all 3 have now had severe food poisoning for 3 days. One of my friends even had to go to the emergency room. The next day I made some inquiries with other people and it turned out that more people here have had food poisoning. So we decided (after we had recovered) to visit the owner to inquire. So the owner is a small man who has never learned in his life what the word respect means. We approached him with all due respect and explained our story. He kept denying it and just continued with his work. It seemed as if he experienced this every day. I will leave out all the details further. I am honestly writing this review not out of anger but purely to prevent future victims.

Waiting more than an hour for your food, we called to pay with 50.00. In the end it was accepted with a meager 20 cents tip, but the delivery person still had to call to see if he could accept cash... I often ordered here in the past and it was really good and tasty, but now everything has sucked in the past 4 years. For a mini pizza (which was inedible) and a Turkish pizza that was completely soggy, we paid EUR 32.00!!!! We will never order from here again!!! How nice that I had my homemade garlic sauce!!

And the doner boxes had rotten fries and were too greasy, the chicken nuggets literally tasted like a lot of fat, and now I have a huge stomach ache! What a bad tent and unfriendly staff! Be warned!!! What a terrible thing. We received a call that they could no longer deliver certain things. Asked to cancel the order, but the guy didn't accept and hung up the phone. Drove to the store and there son and father (owners) were arguing and yelling at each other. Asked to refund my money, there was a discussion where it was eventually said that the money would be back in the account in about 5 days. After 2 weeks still no money so we went again. The owner called the organization, then the phone was pushed into my hand and it was said again that we would receive an email and the money back. If you haven't received any money yet, you still won't receive an email. We will never order anything from these scammers again. See other comments, it's time for them to close that place

This is really a top restaurant Super tasty mix kebab dish eaten with delicious crispy fries. Salad was freshly prepared and nice and cold Friendly staff and plenty of seating Nicely decorated and clean and the benches were lovely We will definitely go here more often or have a jet delivered If you really want to go for quality, this is definitely recommended

The quality of the Turkish pizza was weak and not well filled, even though I had paid for a Turkish pizza with chicken. The price-quality ratio is absolutely wrong. Two days ago I had a delicious lamb doner sandwich at Mr.Kebab. We couldn't pay by card, that's special.....Anyway, today because of... visit made a large order for 4 people. After 55 minutes (!) of waiting, the delivery person arrived. The fries were not even lukewarm but cold, really unedible and we immediately threw them away. The 4 Doner sandwiches were cold and also with little meat!, so also in the green waste bin. We put the 2 salads (the chicken salad was reasonable and the mozzarella salad very mediocre) in the refrigerator and, after much embarrassment, we invited the visitors to go out for dinner..... We are now well over 50 euros poorer in Berkel. eat at the Chinese...

My food was supposed to be there at 10:16 PM and it's still not here! I called the restaurant 10 minutes ago and they said the courier will be there any minute it's now 10:55 PM and he's still not here! I find this unacceptable, I have already waited 2 hours. What a very bad restaurant! Not friendly staff at all to begin with. They can't even speak proper Dutch (not that that's a bad thing) but they immediately get frustrated if you don't understand them. If you ask questions, they cannot even communicate back in a normal way, immediately become very aggressive and even raise their voice. This is one of the worst restaurants ever! The quality of the food is poor and is delivered cold. We had to wait an hour and a half for our order. These people don't even deserve 1 single star!

I'm very disappointed today, We order from here quite often and it is always on time and hot, but today it took more than an hour and a half before the food arrived. When we were happy that it was there, the pizza was already cold so it had to be put back in the oven at home. Then we called Mister Kabab and were transferred to the boss and we said we have just received our order and the pizza is cold and that we were not going to order anymore and he said fine that is your choice have a nice day and he hangs up the phone.

You actually get exactly what you expect from such a place. You can't eat the fries, the large portion is just a small one, the döner is burnt and they don't understand the extra ingredients on your pizza either. It ended up being a half and half pizza. I was allowed to choose a drink because they had forgotten an extra ingredient on the pizza. I chose ayran and it was expired. If you want to eat in frustration, it is recommended.

The hair salon is very nice, but the first time I ordered the order did not go well, so I called and received a new one. Only this order was not good again, a bit vague.......

I was missing a number of products with my order. After indicating this, mrkebab took no action to resolve the issue in a customer-friendly manner.
