New York Pizza in Wijk 05 Monster

It was a tasty and fresh hot pizza. Good branch.

I don’t recommend visiting this place as they trying to scam you on every way, first I had to deal with heat because this place doesn’t have AC which is not my concern but still it’s too hot to wait inside. Second, I had to listen some stupid jokes about my appearance from stuff which is not really nice considering that we live in open minded society hearing some guy calling you gay and laugh over your outfit is odd. Third and last, I ordered 1 - 4 cheese pizza 40cm; 1 New York pizza 40cm; and one bbq meat lover 30cm. It’s all came to total of 61,97, after I payed guy came outside and said it’s not possible to make 40cm so he could only make 30th. I was fine with that as long as I would’ve received my funds back, not only pizza was burned to crisp but guy also gave me only 8€ instead of 16€. After I pointed out to the fact that how come so that price is differed that much, he gaslighted me into believing that I can’t do basic math. I just left without making a scene over 8€ but I do not recommend you visiting this place as next time he might scam someone else for a bigger amount of funds, and let’s be honest, pizza wasn’t as good to tolerate such service.

I ordered a pizza two and a half hours ago and it still hasn't been delivered. They also don't answer the phone when I try to call.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Does the order look like the photo? Not at all! What's so sticky about this? That little bit of sauce on it? Come on! Then we have to wait a long time for our order and we live 5 minutes away from the restaurant, and on top of that, it's cold!

Ordered 2 pizzas, but after waiting 2 hours still haven't received anything. The delivery status has been stuck on "on the way" for an hour and it is impossible to reach them by phone.

We ordered pizzas, but now, 1.5 hours after the delivery time, they still haven't been delivered. That can happen, I suppose, but it would be nice if we were at least kept informed!! I hung on the phone for 15 minutes and no one answered. My wife also hung on the line for 7 minutes because I was afraid of losing my place in the queue otherwise. It was to no avail; after 25 minutes, still no one on the line. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've been late. But back then, you could at least reach them by phone. Just don't order here. Luckily, I can make good toasted sandwiches...

We placed an order but received nothing; when we call, they don't answer.

We ordered pizza tonight at 5:30 PM. It was supposed to be delivered between 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM. It is now 8:30 PM and the pizza still hasn't arrived. Scandalous! Made multiple phone calls. "Yes ma'am, it's in the oven..." "Yes ma'am, they are on their way..." When we called at 7:20 PM, they were in the oven... at 8:00 PM the app indicated they were on their way... well, I wonder if the pizza is warm. I'm practically falling over from hunger. One upside, we are getting a dessert as compensation. You know that joke about the free desserts... they weren't included. We're supposed to get them with the next order. Well, that's not coming anymore. The pizzas were delivered at 9:00 PM. Half warm and woooooooo late. Ugh, what terrible service.

After more than 3 hours, I still haven't received my food; you are told the delivery driver is on the way. Terrible service! After calling multiple times, no one answered, and our food didn't arrive until 9:45 PM.

Picked up a pizza yesterday, delicious taste and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would have done so. I called multiple times to ask where the pizzas (2 of them) were, even though 2 hours had already passed. Terrible shop.

After an hour and a half the pizza is still not out of the store, now almost 1:45 for 2 pizzas, when you call they are uninterested in the complaint, still no pizza, the service on Sunday evening does not care about your complaint, such a shame, I will do my best

Ordered a pizza, nachos, and a drink here at 5:45 PM. Called again at 6:44 PM to ask where it was. It was supposed to be delivered in Monster, so it wasn't that far. They said it was just coming out of the oven and was going straight out. Called again at 7:08 PM and said, "Sorry, ma'am, it's going out now." Well, finally here: cold food, of course, and the garlic and drinks were forgotten! Just don't order from here; it's best for everyone.

Delivering two streets away, and even then, delivering a cold pizza. From now on, no more ordering in Monster, but in 's-Gravenzande, further away, but still hot!

Bought pizza tasty, Too Good To Go not worth the effort. It should be worth €15.99 and you get a small pizza with only salami. An hour earlier I bought a small pizza with 2 flavors for €7.99 (that one was tasty).

After two hours, still no pizza. I called and said it would arrive any minute. Thirty minutes later, still no pizza. I called again. They said they couldn't reach the delivery driver, and suddenly my pizza should have been delivered much earlier. They also tried to call me. No missed calls, of course, and no one came to the door. I did check with Thuiszorgd that it had been delivered... very strange.

They say it takes 40 minutes but it actually takes 1 hour and 40 minutes.

I ordered from New York Pizza through Thuisbezorgd. It says "delivered," but nothing has been delivered. I didn't even ring the doorbell. I called them to ask where they were. I answered the call, and when I gave my name, the connection was disconnected. What can I do? I've lost 15 euros, and they haven't delivered anything. I think this is considered fraud.

Extremely bad. Delivered more than an hour later even though we ordered 2 hours before the original delivery time. Food was cold and tasteless and a pizza was missing. It was offered to deliver it afterwards, but of course there was no point in waiting another 2 hours. Never again NY pizza in Monster for us..

Just being sent away because they are too busy if you want to order 1 pizza in the store to take away bad service how you get thrown out of the store!

Bad bad and bad again!! You indicate that something is wrong with your order and you will receive a quick answer instead of coming up with a solution. This was the first and last time I order here!!

Delivery 30 minutes late. Pizza completely undercooked. Filthy and thrown away. €12.99 & €14.49... Ingredients price 2 euros. Delivery distance 1 km. Just gross!

Ordered at 7:30, called at 10:30, then they supposedly went into the oven. Called again at 8:30 am. Then my order would be delivered. Finally, at 5 to 9, my order was almost cold. Asked for a pizza without hot sauce. Just to be sure, I called at half past seven to say that I didn't want that sauce on it. Just got a pizza full of sauce on it. I guess it's revenge because I yelled at them on the phone. I understand that you have 2 stars. I will never order from here again. Childish behavior and antisocial to ruin someone's food on purpose.

Bad delivery. Delivery 35 to 45 minutes later than agreed. They tell you nicely when you call, yes, it is busy. Maybe hire more staff!!!

Delivery takes an absurdly long time for a pizza that is ready in 5 minutes.

Ordered pizza yesterday. Would be delivered after about 1 hour. Called after 1 1/2 hours; Turns out they still needed to be made! When asked what the time indication for ordering was for, the response was very rude. “I'm not going to get into this discussion. I am now canceling the order.” After which the connection was broken. This was the first and last time I ordered here. If you treat your customers like this!

The pizza was missing several ingredients that had been requested and paid for. It took 15 minutes before we were finally helped to take our order. Then we waited another 40 minutes for the pizza itself. Then went back with the pizza which was missing. The staff reacted angrily and offensively and did not let us finish and kept saying that it was fine (I worked at NY Pizza myself and know that it was not right). Didn't receive a receipt either. Had a very bad experience here.

Bad service. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes before our order was taken while the staff was busy on the phone. After we ordered we were told we would have to wait about 10 minutes for our pizzas. After 40 minutes our pizzas were made. When we got them the pizzas were not as we ordered, no extra tomato sauce, no garlic oil on the edge, no garlic sauce over the pizza. We went back to report this, they were very unfriendly and told us not to complain so much. At this point I wanted my money back and there was a discussion that that was not possible because good pizza had just been delivered. For me this location was the first and certainly the last time.

The Monster location forgets something every time and toppings are minimal. Forgotten a toy at funny meal twice. Even though it is around the corner, I would rather order from 'Sgravenzande again next time.

Extremely bad. We have been waiting for our order for 2 hours. An hour ago we got someone on the phone who said our pizzas were almost arriving. An hour later there is still no pizza in sight. I've been trying to reach someone by phone for half an hour but no one answers. What a misery.

Pizzas are lukewarm and not tasty

Nicht günstig, aber dafür sehr gute Pizza.

Fast delivery but the toppings are a bit too minimal. They're also less filling than pizzas from other places. I ate the whole pizza and am still left hungry (not a big eater myself). For the price paid I'd expect a filling meal..
