New York Pizza in Voorhout Oude Dorp

Today, Friday, October 24, 2026, I ordered a 40cm double tasty with the following flavors: - New York pizza - Black Truffle pizza. I ordered the pizza at 6:42 PM. The pizza was ready at 7:23 PM but wasn't delivered until 7:49 PM. Unfortunately, it was a COLD pizza!! Worthless!! We live only a 5-minute bike ride from the location. We won't be ordering from here again. Worthless! We were craving it, but we'll go to Domino's Pizza in Sassenheim in the future.

I ordered something tonight, but it was a disappointment. The pizza rolls I ordered were a slab of dough and cheese. Not tasty. The garlic bread wasn't cooked properly either.

I've been a regular customer at New York Pizza for years and have generally always been satisfied. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my last order: the delivery took much longer than usual. After contacting the location, they immediately acknowledged their delay, which I found very professional. What I especially appreciate is how they resolved the issue: I received a free pizza and a dessert as compensation. That's the kind of service that truly benefits you as a customer. Despite the delay, I'm extremely satisfied with their service and customer focus. Mistakes happen, but the way this was resolved demonstrates that they take their customers seriously.

Today ordered two pizzas Chicken Parmesan. The pizzas tasted good and the delivery man was friendly and on time.

Really great pizza shop!!! When it comes to guest-friendliness, atmosphere or the pizzas that are made, it is all a 10, really great! Had such good pizza and such sweet employees (Andrea was also such a sweet employee) I will definitely visit this pizza shop a few more times!!

Brroklyn pizza was really disappointing. Haalem branch makes it much better. Ingredients 1 of the 3 cheeses is missing, no garlic oil on the edge and the bottom is burnt. The first time it was disappointing, I tried again the other day but it was very disappointing when the case was just there it was good.

Only had good experiences, both with pickup and delivery. Of course it remains a New York Pizza, but with that in mind they are very nice pizzas. The black truffle in particular is highly recommended.

I don't understand why this is so poorly rated. The staff is nice, the pizzas are good by New York Pizza standards, it's ready quickly and I was even able to charge my phone here while waiting!

Pizza Brooklyn style, the pepperoni was burnt, no cheese to be seen, not tasty. Pizza Garlic Chicken, mounds of dominant garlic (not well distributed), more garlic than chicken. Pizza Caprese was fine. The order arrived very quickly, that was the only good thing about our order!

Ordered pizza today. Pizzas arrived on time. Received the wrong pizza, there were 2 options: a new one or a 20% discount on the next order. But of course we don't order here anymore. Chose option 1, said it would take 25 minutes, arrived an hour later!! Gluten-free soil was cardboard and broccoli could be found on the bicycle. This is very disappointing. My husband's pizza was also inedible, bland and cold. 1 star for the effort of the delivery person.

Order took more than an hour and was again incomplete. Then I waited an hour for my ice cream. (I did get one for free). Then I see that the ice cream (strawberry cheesecake) is already 3 months out of date.😡😤

Received the wrong pizza for the umpteenth time. They want to give a voucher, but I won't order from here anymore. Requested money back, but that is not possible because the boss is on vacation?!? Incompetent toddlers work here.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time (again) and the food was cold. Called and I was supposed to get a new pizza that was then given to the wrong delivery person. I have now regularly heard that it is busy and not enough delivery people, so I don't think I will order in the evening.

Waited more than 1 hour for 2 pizzas and 1 dessert. Ultimately picked it up myself because it took so long and the phone was not answered. Pizzas and dessert were cold. Thank you !

Normally good pizzas but today 25 late and a cold pizza. Compliments to the friendly delivery person who delivered the pizza with a smile.

Delivery was on time but the taste of the pizzas was substandard. Chicken and vegetables were on the dry side. Gluten-free base was of poor quality, it tasted like a sponge.

I have ordered something there several times, pizza is good, the staff is also good, it always looks nice, but 4 of the 7 things I order are often not ready on time and I once ordered 1 other one. pizza offered, mine would otherwise have taken another 10 to 15 minutes, which was a bit of a bummer

Dear reader, Received a scandalous dirty pizza with a burnt salty base that was unedible. Then called to ask what they could do. They told me there was nothing they could do while the pizza was still left to show the proof! Disappointing Gr, Marcel

Vandaag 2 heerlijke BBQ mixed grill pizza's besteld. De pizza's waren goed belegd en de bbq saus die erop zat was heerlijk! De pizza's werden precies op tijd bezorgd door een vriendelijke bezorger. We gaan hier zeker vaker bestellen!

Customized vegan pizza is delicious😋 Although I don’t know why there is so little cauliflower😂 Didn’t you see the vegetarian chicken or coriander you chose? But the pizza is delicious overall and the staff is very friendly! Will repurchase again😆

Order via home delivery and not receive it on a weekday... what are they thinking! .... Never again for us

The quality is really shocking, terribly long waiting times, the pizzas arrived cold and when you call you hear far too young people talking to each other who have no idea what they are doing. Definitely not recommended.

De pizza's hier zijn niet erg lekker. De bezorging duurde redelijk lang, maar de bezorger was klantvriendelijk.

Helaas al 2 keer matige pizza's van hier ontvangen. Kaaspizza te donker/deels verbrand, tonijnpizza was gortdroog met taaie bodem en de chicken pops totaal niet krokant. Helaas, maar dit proberen we niet nog een keer.

Binnen 18 mins(!) na bestelling stonden er twee warme en overheerlijke pizza’s hier op tafel. Bloemkoolbodem is een aanrader!
