New York Pizza in Katwijk aan Zee

2 stars for 2 pizzas with hair on each one!!! We ordered 4, 2 really delicious (as always), but now 2 pizzas with hair on them! Really awful!!!!

Truly a pizza like you'd get at an Italian restaurant. The dough was unbeatable.

Never received my order, ordered during opening hours. 45 minutes later, I received a message that it had been canceled. Now they're closed, and I can't reorder. 🥲

I've never eaten here but I work at Domino's

Ate there, it's not bad! Pepperoni Hot Honey is really tasty.

The food arrived lukewarm with too little tuna. Unfortunately had to throw it away. My disabled daughter is a fussy eater. When I called the store I got an unfriendly employee on the line who did not want to help me any further #toobadweather

Fast delivery and pizza nice and hot

Recently discovered that quite a few NYP locations have a "Burger Kitchen" location at the same address as NYP. Since "Burger Kitchen" is registered as 100% Halal, my trust in NYP has disappeared for all NYP locations. It is against my conviction to order and eat Halal. So the stars from the past are back to 1 star.

Ordered 2 half and half pizzas. 30cm Italian style. Got 1 wrong pizza. Called immediately. They started arguing first. What does the pizza look like? Is your address on it? And so on. There was a whole discussion in the store about it. Yes ma'am, nobody knows about this so yes.. eventually I got: just send a photo and email to the boss, then he will sort something out. I immediately objected to that. I'm not paying 16 euros to then have to eat the wrong pizza. Eventually I drove there to show them the wrong pizza. Well, they did believe me for a moment.... got a new one. When I got home, it turned out to be a 25cm thick pizza. Great.... still the wrong pizza in principle. I kept my mouth shut. Because they already indicated in the store that it was very busy. Too bad... I worked here myself years ago and the service was 100x better then!! Unfortunately. For me, ordering from New York is now done.

Ordered 2x canneloni, delicious vegetarian pasta! Haven't eaten such a tasty pasta in a long time

Pizza is top notch, the staff there is a drama. No other customer in the store and after 5 minutes I asked if I was still being helped...

Delicious, well-filled pizzas that also look fantastic. Always flavorful and filling. The friendly staff and fast service make the experience extra special.

I ordered 100 pizzas there, which had to be delivered to a very inconvenient location. With such a large order, you can almost always expect something to go wrong, but not at this store. I got the impression they run a well-oiled machine there. All 100 pizzas were still piping hot, delivered by a team of four, and within half an hour that day! 10/10, would order again. Talk about fast food!

I order here more often, really the best pizzeria in Katwijk! Nice staff and fast delivery. I will come back soon

I ordered pizza at 8 o'clock. I had set it up that they would deliver it at 10 o'clock. When it was ten to half past ten I called. First hung up the phone twice then picked up the pizza would be there soon because the delivery person was on his way. Never saw my pizza. Really a disgrace

We ordered in advance and the food was ready quickly. Have a good selection of pizza and also great varieties. The price is a bit expensive, but the taste is good

Stable pizza service! Were highly satisfied! 👍🏻

Friendly staff, after a phone call, the pizzas are simply delivered to the boat in the marina across the street along the grass strip. Good service tasty.....

3rd order in my life and the last

Very good!!! Everything was great, waited 25 minutes - food was delicious!!! Keep it up

Fast delivery and tasty pizzas. Better than another branch I ordered from before my move.

Delicious pizzas, delivered quickly and good staff

I received the wrong and cold pizza, so she called. If I only received a 25% discount on my next pizza, that is of course of no use to you. I think the price-quality ratio is poor. Too expensive pizza for poor quality!

Paid extra for a double, payed the pricy pizza and got only the cheap one. Bummer. At least the cheap one tastes good

Today I waited 2 hours and called 3 times to find out where my pizza was. No excuses, nothing. Very sloppy and negligent

5 sterren!

Really tasty pizza and snack box! Made quickly and much much better than the international chain that I won't name! 😉

Untrained crew by kassa. And if u have action 8 euor 30 cm pizza than it shoud be 30cm and 8 euros not 10 euros when u pay. When u ask them howcome 10 euro than they they dot know. Not clear menu. Its like scam. They have outside different menu and by kassa different price. Otherwise some members of crew r very helpful. They just need training and clear price

Genoten weer, tov 😉🖖

Amazing pizza both for veg and non-veg lovers....the crust was crispy from outside and soft from inside and the taste of the cheese used was really delicious.

Not eaten yet, but they advertise offers and then have no idea how to do it on the till and end up making you pay more. Terrible service.

Hmm I found pizza so so, though others liked them

We ordered two cheese pizzas, one pepperoni pizza and cheese bread for pickup. It was ready exactly when estimated. The staff was friendly and ordering on the app was very easy.
