New York Pizza in Wijk 04 Rhoon-Zuid

His pizza is really bad, rock hard, dry, delivered cold, worse than bad. Never eaten anything so bad, it feels like a brick. You can't call that a pizza.

My experience with Hotel New York was downright disappointing and substandard. The food delivery was particularly amateurish: it was delivered by bicycle and arrived cold. Moreover, the delivery person immediately indicated that this happens frequently and that in such cases one should simply call — an implicit admission that this problem is structural. As if that were not enough, the sauce was also missing from the order. It was delivered later, this time by scooter, which only highlights the inconsistency and poor organization. For an establishment with this name and reputation, this level of service is unacceptable. The quality and care leave much to be desired. I therefore do not recommend this location.

I've arguably ordered here a hundred times, but yesterday was the last time. I ordered four pizzas and, after waiting two hours, called to ask if I should pick them up. "Yes, they'll be ready in five minutes." Five minutes later, I arrived at the store and was told, "They're coming out now." After hearing this literally four more times in half an hour, I had to deduce from the sounds in the kitchen that the Hawaiian pizza had been forgotten and still needed to be made. Truly terrible service and zero understanding. There are nine people in the kitchen, and they can't just resolve something like this properly. Despite having paid, I just left the store (no, I don't want the voucher anymore) and I'll never be back. And if the response to this review is to just contact them, that's a complete mess. You have all my information about the order, but decided to keep the money and take no action, despite the obvious lack of compliance. Easy money, and mission accomplished for you! Hats off!

Ordered takeout pizza, always ready on time and perfectly made. They have a great business in Rhoon!

We ordered 2 pizzas; according to the timeline, they were ready for delivery at 19:40. At 19:50, they were set to deliver, and at 20:00, we received the lukewarm pizzas. This is the second time we have received lukewarm pizzas. There is nothing wrong with the taste, but it would still be nice to eat "real" hot pizzas instead of a tough, lukewarm mess. Oh yes, we live less than 10 minutes (walking) away from New York Pizza.

It's not worth it anymore. You accept the order on the delivery platform, then wait two hours and nothing happens. When I contacted them they said they don't deliver because they're far away and refuse to cancel the order. 👎

For the love of god do not order from this location. The pizza came cold, and the chicken was soft from being absolutely soaked in sauce. Woke up in the middle of the night and was violently sick and that's saying something considering I never get sick from pizza/chicken.

We just picked up 6 pizzas and were standing waiting when one pizza fell on the floor as the young man was about to take it out of the oven. According to him, it fell neatly enough that he could pick it up again, so he put it back. A girl quickly walked up to him and whispered, "You really can't do that, because there are people in the shop." Then he just left the pizza lying there to put it in the box. After about 2 minutes, I asked if the pizza that just came off the floor was for me; if so, I would like a new one. A young lady reacted very sharply to this, almost screaming that they would just throw it away. Which seems perfectly normal to me when a pizza falls on the floor after coming out of the oven... After this, the young lady indicated that she didn't have time for a discussion since it was busy. So, we won't be ordering here again!

Delicious buffalo cheese with spicy honey sauce on top. Base crunchy due to the honey, crust crispy. A real treat.

I just received a cheesecake that was still frozen? I called them and was told: "Yes, that's right, you need to let this thaw, so you can eat it in 2/3 hours." I don't really understand what I'm supposed to do with this? 1st and last time, I recommend everyone order from Domino's.

Extremely rude manager (female)!! Just called her with my complaint and dissatisfaction (pizza was only delivered after 2.5 hours!!!) And she says that she doesn't appreciate my way of speaking (I was certainly angry, yes, but without swearing!!) she just hangs up on me!!

After I ordered I got a cold, tough pizza, but I contacted them and they gave me a 15 euro coupon. I've now ordered the Buffalo wings, they're delicious and really hot, so they're getting away with it hahaha, but I highly recommend the Buffalo wings.

In New York, "as soon as possible" means you won't have your food in an hour and 20 minutes. I tried calling three times, but the phone went unanswered. I order from here often, and my pizza arrives half-warm, and then I think, "Never mind, enough is enough." I'll never order from here again.

Late, cold, and tough for the umpteenth time... and when you report it, they don't help you. This was the last time I'd have to throw away two €30 pizzas.

Rhoon branch. Delicious pizzas and a wide choice of smaller, but tasty snacks. You can possibly put together your own pizza and save it in the app to order it again later. The dishes are always ready for collection at the agreed time. Big plus for me, the branch is within walking distance 😄

I just finished the best pizza ever. I live in Pernis and the pizza was great. For this we always had to order from Hoogvliet. This is a lot further away and you also noticed that they were not happy about having to deliver here. Now I got my pizza from Rhoon for the 2nd time and the crust was nice and crispy and the pizza was piping hot. On the right track!

Ordered 1751, nothing special 2 pizza and coke. Called 2001 to ask where the order is. The answer is ready and we have to wait a little longer until the delivery person returns. I finally received my pizza 2041.

What a cold and boring intention there. There isn't even a chair in front of you if you have to wait...you can't get a Re drink. No, better have it brought home? Or is that what they want to achieve with it? They don't see me anymore

If you think you can pick up quickly in Rhoon, you will come home from a rude awakening! You wait 40 minutes, your pizza goes to the BACK of the queue on the screen orders PLUS those that come in that still come in cheerfully after YOUR order. After all, the delivery person has to go out with as many pizzas as possible. In other words I should have ordered online because it was probably available earlier. The photos on the website can go! Here too, “shrinkflation” prevails: the Hawaiian pizza in the photo, topped with a dozen “slices”, has been reduced to a dozen indescribable pieces. Probably a C choice by the can manufacturer, after which only the skin remains. (explanation: one piece in the photo becomes 3 “pieces”, what a shame). Nowadays the meatlovers pizza has also been reduced to what my dietitian would like to see. 2 pieces of NON crispy chicken fillet WITHOUT sauce for €3.50 is no longer a joke. In other words next time I'll get a pizza from Doctor 👨‍⚕️ Oëtker and a can of pineapple 🍍 next time, I'll be faster and cheaper. Because this doesn't matter anymore. And yes it is a choice, but after years I give up. Would adjust the photos to reality 👍👍

Pizza’s waren goed en lekker. Enkel jammer van de bezorgtijd. 1,5 uur later…..

Pizza’s waren goed, maar vrij duur. Zelfs met een 1+1 actie nog €15 afgerekend. De service die je daarvoor krijgt is echt waardeloos te noemen. Bestelling geplaatst om 17:45 en de pizza’s zouden 18:30 komen, wat ik al vrij lang vind. Overigens kwamen ze pas rond 19:00. Jammer… van die drie bezorgfietsen, twee scooters en bezorgauto zoals in de Schakel omschreven werd, is weinig te merken

Echt heerlijk! Warm en smaakvol!

Eten besteld . De salade was wel lekker . De kip was redelijk lekker maar bijna koud . Om maar niet te spreken over de wedges😫. Koud en er zat bijna niks in dat doosje , en dat voor de prijs van €3.49 voor een portie. Een kind had er nog niet genoeg aan. Dat was echt ronduit slecht .
