It was extremely busy, yet I didn't feel rushed for a moment. Emircan remained friendly, calm, and genuinely engaged, and that really made all the difference for me. In such a bustle, you only see someone who is passionate about their work, and he radiated that passion. I left feeling good and I'm sure he'll keep me coming back. Thank you, Emircan! This kind of service is unforgettable, and the food was definitely worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Bad delivery times, trust all the comments and pick a different location

My order delayed almost 1 hour. When it was delayed only 30 min I called and they said that my order was on the way but they lied. Terrible service.

We have ordered pizzas from them a couple times and we had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery and we stay 2.3km away. Will never order from them again.

We came to order 5 pizzas, they said they are a little busy but it will take 20 minutes. One hour later we are still waiting. In the meantime all the delivery orders have priority.

Dirty and dough was undercooked

Scam pizzeria. Ordered there 2 times. First time I had to wait for pizza for 3 hours and 30cm pizza looked like 25 cm. Second time I ordered pizza and even that it was confirmed by email and showing me some fake tracking I never recived it. Want my money back! Stay away of this place!

Ordered at 5:00 PM. Get my food at 6:56 PM and they forgot the salad. Food arrives cold:/ I called at 6:13 PM to ask where it was and they said they were on their way. I live 10 minutes from this NYP. Still 45 minutes on the road? A bit of a shame

Here are some pictures to show you how much they scam you. We ordered 2x 30cm pepperoni hot honey pizzas. They both arrived with ONE THIRD of the amount of pepperoni shown on their website. We called the place and the man told us that they made a mistake and that we should have gotten 18 pepperonis instead of the 12 we got (mind you, 18 is still half of what’s shown on the website). He told us that we can get €5 discount on our next order which has to be a joke. We paid €30 euros for this and you want us to spend another €30 just to get €5 off a scam? Why in the world would we order here ever again? I was biting on tasteless dough 80% of the time while eating this.

We ordered at 4:40 PM, it is now 6:12 PM and it hasn't arrived yet.

Always half an hour late and cold pizza. Always. Doesn't matter if you order in the morning for a time in the evening, still half an hour late. Quite late actually, which is impressive. Why do I still order here, I don't know?

I once made a stupid mistake of not having it delivered to the correct address, called and was immediately contacted internally! Ultimately saved dinner for 8 people, great service!

Terrible. How can this NYP screw things up so much.. Besides the fact that I have never received compensation for a double-charged order in the past, this time it is a celebration again: pizzas ordered on time before 6.15 pm, after a half-hour delay I called again. Then it turned out that the delivery person had fallen with his bicycle and I waited with a lot of patience. Finally we called again, after which we were referred to another location? Foreign... When it eventually turned out that we had called the correct location, we were promised that the pizzas would arrive as quickly as possible. Now, 2.5 hours later than intended...they are here. What a mockery. I wonder if they will compensate us as promised, but probably not.

Ordered 2 pizzas and were delivered after 1 hour. Were cold and very few vegetables and meat on them. In my opinion she wanted to be done quickly or she didn't have enough in the house. Pizza should be crispy judging by the name but the edges just broke off haha. The only positive thing was the delivery person who was friendly and worth a tip...not for the food haha

Bad thing ever stomach ache chicken was not good almost threw up food poisoning employees don't want to give compensation rude people.

Edit: still tasty! :) Pizza was delivered within half an hour of ordering outside rush hour, arrived hot and I am very satisfied with the quality, I just sometimes miss the garlic oil on the edge, that's the only thing!

Updated my review. I only come here when there are discount promotions, and this week it was 1+1 free. I ordered a BBQ Meatlovers and a 4 cheese pizza. Wait 15 minutes and you're done. The staff there helped me very kindly. At New York Pizza it is also possible to pay in cash. This is no longer possible at Domino's. Unlike last time, the pizzas were very good, especially with the garlic oil on the crust! A small downside is that there is no room at all to eat inside. There is a bench to sit on, but it is really only for waiting.

Bad, incompetent and unmotivated staff, cold pizzas and the art of making a mistake with every order.

I was incorrectly transferred to another branch, where my order was accepted but it was canceled without my knowledge. This location (Boschdijk) claims to have called me, but that did not happen. I waited for over an hour for nothing. Ultimately I was able to order again and I would receive it within 30 minutes. After 50 minutes the delivery person came. He forgot the debit card and half of the order. I did not accept the (half) order and refused to pay given all the missed agreements. After more than 2 hours, no order. I am truly perplexed, I have never experienced this before. Addition: I have not been called back. Two days later I called myself to ask if the order could be redone, this could be done at the house's expense, which I obviously appreciated. The delivery went well this time.

Pizza is freshly made and delivered super fast. Worth repeating!

I'm coming in. I order a pizza. I pay. Suddenly the fat guy behind the counter tells you to wait outside. Rude person. He suddenly started smoking instead of making the pizza. He claimed that due to Covid people had to wait outside and not inside. Not true. Because his friend just walked in without warning, smoking nothing with a cigarette in his mouth, swearing with the word Cancer. In the end I get a Pizza without toppings. Very little to no meat. Seemed like just dough. I will never eat here again. The first and the last time.

As others have said, they will cancel orders and never refund the money. Literal stealing. Never order from these scammers. Edit: The new owner replied to this review saying that they could "help resolve this with the previous owner". This rings a bit hollow, as they did not share any contact details with me. We also tried to get our money back for months with both the head office of New York Pizza - who had the same excuse as the new owner that we need to sort it out with the franchise owner - and the franchise owner, who was not co-operative at all. Still scammers until otherwise proven.

Very bad burnt pizza with almost nothing on it. This should represent a Brooklyn style pizza

Pizza's are nice but ordering 2x 30cm pizza and turning up to be 24-25cm or less is kind of a bummer (UPDATE1): Ordered again just to see if anything changed, now 2x 30cm pizza's are 30cm indeed! that's a plus, it did take 1.5hrs to deliver but the size was good this time thus changing 2 stars to 4, hope they would keep that up (UPDATE 2): Ordered at 9:08pm(05/11/23) and receive the order at 11:27pm ..I called 3 times, they said they are to busy and they don't have a delivery guy, 2 hours and 19 minutes for pizza? surely I won't order for a LONG time after this / changing it to 2 stars, 2 hours+++ really?

in het verleden was mijn service niet goed...... dit komt omdat ik via thuisbezorgd heb bestelt. xD ik adviseer iedereen om bij new york pizza (zelde geld voor dominos) dat je bij de site zelf bestelt zodat ze je bestelling goed word uitgevoerd !!! dit laat wel verbetering zien.

As a stranded hungry tourist in Eindhoven, this place was one of the only of it's kind that was open till late. Pizza is kept as a great standard and easily competes with Pizza Hut and Dominos. Great selection of drinks and cookies as an option for that extra touch dessert. I am very greatful for the staff that night, very easy-going and reassuring.

Fantastische service! Via mijn werk wilde ik buiten openingstijden een flink aantal pizza's bestellen en dit kon zonder problemen. De bezorger is vier keer op en neer gereden, zodat de pizza's allemaal warm geleverd konden worden. Verder nog ter plekke een extra glutenvrije pizza besteld die meteen gemaakt werd. Iedereen heeft ontzettend genoten, dank NYP!

Ik Heb de bezorger gevraagd mijn bestelling voor de deur te leggen omdat ik corona heb. Hij heeft zelfs een heel stuk verderop gewacht om te checken of ik het eten had gepakt, zwaaide even en wenste mij beterschap. Erg netjes, hartstikke bedankt voor de service. Heb van de pizza genoten. Het drinken was ook lekker koud. Voor de service geef ik ook graag fooi. Dank jullie!

Donderdagavond via de telefoon een bestelling gedaan en een half uur later opgehaald voor de spits. De manager was supervriendelijk en beantwoorde al mijn vragen omtrent het halal vlees. Ik had een buffelo chicken en brooklyn style pizza, smaakte erg goed. Er had wel wat meer kip op buffelo chicken gemogen. Wellicht had dit te maken met de actie 2e pizza gratis. Maar even serieus … Domino’s kan niet eens in de schaduw van New York Pizza staan.

Voor 2e keer besteld bij New York Pizza. Dit was meteen de laatste keer. 1e keer was al half uur te laat, nu wederom half uur te laat. Geen saus bij chicken wings, en geen cheddar op pizzarand, terwijl we dit wel besteld en betaald hadden. Pizza's waren niet echt warm.

Ik heb geen moeite met koude pizza van NY die warm ik het liefst extra op in de oven voor een extra krokante korst. De deeg maakt echt het verschil, Domino's is echt karton wanneer je het voor de 2e keer opwarmt. Domino's adverteert met vers deeg maar echte puristen weten dat vers deeg nooit echt lekker is, bij NY is de deeg gerijpt en heeft karakter dat proef je gewoon. NY is echt het beste ketenpizza die we hebben in NL, de beste ketenpizza is nog altijd Joe's pizza in Amerika.

Ik bestel hier regelmatig en al langer dan drie jaar. Ik heb tot nu toe nog nooit een slechte ervaring gehad. Bestellingen worden op tijd geleverd, en als het uitloopt door drukte wordt er altijd netjes gebeld. Wanneer de bezorger iets vergeet wordt dit altijd later nagebracht. Heel tevreden ❤️

Pizza was lekker alleen helaas geplet in de doos en niet sppr gesneden

Zojuist een kleine zwarte truffel pizza besteld, maar heb het na misschien 1/3e gegeten te hebben weggegooid. Het was mij veelste veel kaas en truffel, gewoon niet lekker meer. Vond het de 13 euro absoluut niet waard.

Prima nyp, eten is prima, aan de uitstraling valt te werken.

Goed dat er een nieuwe eigenaar in zit, alleen de bezorgers moesten niet voor in de zaak staan te geinen maar achter wachten

Nette filiaal, fijne buren (al woon ik er al een tijdje niet meer naast) en altijd lekkere pizza! Service is perfect. Niks op aan te merken, tot de volgende keer.

Lekker, snel, vriendelijk en goedkoop!

Van de simpele fast food bezorg pizza's heeft new York de beste. Pizza smaken goed, af en toe wel wat mager belegd. Ze hebben lekkere kleine hapjes maar wanneer je bijvoorbeeld patato wedges besteld krijg je er maar een stuk of 15, het is dus niet te vergelijken met een frietje. Ook wordt regelmatig de saus vergeten.

Sombere zaak met foute baliemedewerker in een vijandige sfeer, kennelijk zijn hier klanten niet gewenst. Toch maar bestelling gedaan en mergenomen. Smaak en geur van pizza New York simpelweg eetlustontnemend. Geen smaak op taaie deegbodem. Randen dan maar afsnijden. Waardeloos en schandelijk. Zal hier nimmer meer een pizza kopen en bij relaties waarschuwen voor zelfde miskoop. New York Pizza dient snel te verdwijnen.

Lekkere pizza maar dat is het dan ook. Vaak komt het te laat, behalve als ik het ophaal. Medewerkers traag en totaal niet enthousiast. Een negatieve ervaring was dat ik gebruik wilde maken van een actie voor bezorgen. Had die ook telefonisch besteld. Daarnaast wilde ik ook nog een pizza bestellen die voor afhalen in de aanbieding was, en of ze hem samen met die eerste konden meenemen. Nee dat kon niet. Ik dacht jeeeeeetje zeg. Sindsdien valt het me op dat je eigenlijk nooit iets hebt aan hun aanbiedingen. Al met al te weinig service voor de relatief hoge prijzen.
